Brilliant as always. Staff are fantastic. Hotel is lovely and well taken care of. Only downer is the bar - open but not quite up to the task. Sure that'll be fixed in the following months. Would highly recommend.

Only valet parked my car here as was visiting Nobu Restaurants. Staff were friendly and what a lovely scent to walk into.

How you pay for 29 meters room and they give 21 meters room with a reason we dont have Available room ??!! I dont recommend this small hotel .. also dont even think to have a breakfast.. the menu is small and they will take one hour to make 2 eggs
My family and I stayed here for my brother's wedding three weeks ago. We had an unbelievably incredible service from the Duty Manager - James Wilson. Their hospitality in comparison to the wedding venue - the Four Season's Park Lane, was second to none. I cannot express how grateful we are to James and all the hotel staff for being so accommodating to our entire family, and for ensuring that we had everything set in place for the wedding preparations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in central London.
I was gonna give them half a star but I don't have that option. We order something and it always comes late, sometimes room service messes up the food and forgets stuff. Also, to use the gym you have to be over 18. I come to London almost every year and this was one of the worst hotels i've stayed in. If you want a good hotel, I would recommend Grosvenor or Amba or Milestone, even Royal Garden. I am disappointed in this hotel.

I stayed for two nights in January and absolutely loved Como. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, they gave me great local recommendations. The location is great, easy walk to so many places. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Definitely the largest room I've stayed in London. The bed was heavenly, it made really difficult to get up in the morning to face the cold wet weather. Highly recommend it.

The hotel rooms are large compared to London hotels. The service is sweet, but the water does not give them water. They answer them at specific times of the day.

Had dinner at Nobu and was disappointed by the experience. It felt rushed all the way through. The waiters either pushed us to order/serve wine when we were still on sake or were totally absent when we needed them. The service in the restaurant didn't feel up to the standards of the food or pricing. Very disappointing. Must say the waiters in the bar area were great and very friendly. Food in my opinion is hugely overpriced. Yes it's good but I've eaten as well in other top sushi restaurants for half the price.

Found the interior rather odd...Strikes of brutal 1960's architecture. But rather liked it. Location is great. Its actually in my neighborhood. But love to stay in hotels. Highly recommend to anybody visiting London . staff and service are second to none. Belgravia, Marylebone, Knightsbridge, Kensington all within easy walking distance for great shopping and absorbing the nice parts of London.

We stayed in this hotel for five days and the service was exceptionally good. Concierge was always trying to accommodate our needs. Also, the hotel is located in a good location.
As you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Recently refurbished so the decor is great and really clean. Hot refreshing towels provided right while you check in. The breakfast was good and in house Nobu was excellent. I didn't have a chance to try the spa.

Nice hotel located in the heart of Green Park- the park view rooms are stunning. If you are visiting London, the location is key and only 10 minutes away from the tube. Nice hotel with nice rooms and views. Welcoming staffs but the room service is really bad , they are so stingy. They make the refill every 2-3 days, either for the bathroom or tea , coffee supplies . I keep calling everyday for something to bring. I m tired of keep asking.

Outside it lookslike a office block the staff should learn how to treat guests and seriously they are so unresponsive it reminded me of visiting a nitemare on elmstreet avoid there are far better 5 star hotels in london

We got a room for just 1 night. Room was very small, with the luggage was impossible to walk around the bed. But we were glad to get a room last moment. we did not stay longer as it was too expensive for the accommodations.

The bathroom has no Shtaf. The hotel is nice and close to everything. The Shabu is also in the bathroom. I do not recommend it very bad. The hotel is nice, elegant and elegant, but the breakfast is not ok.
