No complaints. The staff was courteous, accomodating and very knowledgeable. The azul restaurant was good, the quality of the meals (dinner & brunch) were very good and we got our money's worth.

Pretty disappointed... They dropped several of their signature menu items. Service although polite and personable very inexperienced and slow... Price has increased significantly selection and service has declined significantly. As one of the premier vista's in Tucson it was a sad experience. We will definitely try again soon... Hopefully with a much better outcome.

Aaron at the front desk saved my Veteran's day getaway. Was staying at a horrible hotel and I called at 11pm to see if I could get a room at La Paloma, Aaron not only got me a room with a view at a phenomenal rate but also sent something a little extra to the room for us because we had a rough night. Favorite Tucson get away!!!

Okay

Classic Westin property. First class all the way. We have been coming here for the past 20 years. Never disappointed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great deals in the summer. Hint: Beer in the gift shop is $3. Poolside is $9. You're welcome:-)

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. They gave details about the resort and the surrounding area. The room is big and beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend this resort and I will be back.

The beautiful La Paloma is still gorgeously set against the Catalina mountains and offers an amazing pool and affordable staycation experience. If you don t notice things like dust on end tables, or above the lounge bar, or dirty grout in shower tiles then this is a fantastic stay with moderate pricing. If you re grossed out by a lack of attention to cleanliness then maybe shell out a little more to stay somewhere else. Areas of the hotel need repair badly like the wood and marble in the lobby. Scuffs on the wall, dust and dirt abound in the rooms. Again, no hotel stay is perfect and the beauty of this resort can not be understated. My last remark is that the bar should open before dinner - it s 100+ degrees outside. Could I at least get drunk?

By far the best resort really am enjoying myself here. I am here for business conference and its absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Front staff are so well and professional and the caterers are amazing. Mountain view is great ..definitely plan to come again!

What a great place. Staff very helpfull and friendly. You can just relax and be stress free at the spa and my kids could not get enough of the pools. Will definitely come back here again.

Checked into room. We are an elite member and supposed to receive a welcome gift worth 500 points- nothing there. Additionally the room smelt awful (like a person had died) but we were in a rush to get ready to go to a wedding so couldn t do much about it. Lastly we were in room c171 and must be by the maintenance door and the workers slam open and close the door at least a dozen time early in the morning and talk to each other exceptionally loud to wake us up various times. The epitome of not relaxing.

A great staycation for us Phoenicians. We haf stayed elsewhere before but a friend recommended this place. Nice room, nice bell staff upon arrival (Vlad), nice front desk staff (Olyvia). Ride to pool never showed up so we had to walk. Nice pool amenities for young and old. Pool food service was good. Beautiful views, nice grounds, close to shopping and restaurants. We will be back!

Well! This is quite a lovely introduction to Tucson I have to say I could not have gotten a better first impression having my stay here! I attended the JMP 2019 Discovery Summit here, and stayed one night. The food at the venue tasted fresh and local (even if it wasn't) and the pools and spa area were lovely.

Beautiful resort, reasonably priced. Only drawback is I am diabetic and had hypoglycemia in the middle of the night, and there are NO VENDING MACHINES or open convenience shops to buy any food or even get some juice. Luckily room service delivered something in 10 minutes, but it was a very uncomfortable wait while my sugars kept dropping

Had a very relaxing 2-night stay. From the moment I checked in, it was great. Heather at the reception desk was professional, efficient, and kind. She shared a list of some local hiking trails and highlighted her favorites. It makes a huge difference having positive, trained hospitality professionals as the face of a brand like Westin, and Heather made a great impression for the entire Westin La Paloma Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, the grounds were well-kept, and I enjoyed a delicious meal at Contigo Latin Kitchen. Thank you Heather, and thank you Westin La Paloma!

Beautiful resort. It is very quiet and peaceful and a perfect place for the conference I attended. The food is excellent as well and the spa great. Would return again if I am in the area.

Very nice property. Huge resort with great pools, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Didn't have a chance to use the spa this time. The room was nicely appointed and has a balcony with a great view. Excellent staff - helpful, happy and kind. Every person we encountered was super nice.

The only negative was that I could hear my neighbors TV through the wall. Not super loud, but when it was quiet on my room I could hear it for sure.

We did get to see javalina and coyotes crossing the golf course.

This is a great resort. Their customer service level is at all times very excelling. Anything you need you, just call them and will get it for you. The food in both of their restaurants has great flavor. Most of its rooms has a view. Another great thing to enjoy is Sabino s their swim-up bar.

Came here for a business conference. I'm very impressed with every aspect of this resort. The cleanliness and the polite helpful staff are top notch.

But even that was overshadowed by the absolutely stunning view from every room.

Felt very safe. The restaurants are very limited. The room was spotless. I awake at 4 am and go for a walk. I noticed several employees wiping down hand rails at that time. No maid service, however, trash and laundry was picked up several times over the course of the day.
Limited restaurants, so Grubhub
Pool areas were fine. Families kept distance.
Room was 65 f when checked in and stayed that way
Room was spotless

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Upon arrival we were notified that our room had been upgraded and we were given a view overlooking the golf course from the third floor. The balcony was perfect and a great place to spend the morning sipping coffee and watching the sunrise reflected in the mountains. We enjoyed dinner at a nearby shopping center (shuttles were available, but we drove ourselves). The following day we spent several hours lounging at the pool. The adult area was quiet, service was friendly, and the pools were very clean and refreshing. My only complaint is that the room felt and smelled a little stuffy when we entered, like it hadn't been freshly aired out. (This was easily fixed by opening the screen door to the balcony, which we left open all night - it was really nice and fresh this way). We would definitely stay there again and we've already recommended it to others!

Clean

Called LaPaloma directly to book 5 rooms for a family weekend. Thought the process would be easier dealing with a local reservations specialist. Boy was I wrong. Quoted a price of $113/night per room. Which is the same rate offered at multiple web sites. Then immediately following me saying "book it", somehow the rate changed to $150 for one night and $160 for another. Ho does that happened. Oh and did I mention that I'm a Marriotts reward member.

DON'T BOOK DIRECTLY WITH LAPALOMA!!! You are waisting your money.

Who knew Tucson had this treasure hiding in the mountains! One of our favorite resorts in Arizona that has all the boxes checked. Beautiful area right next to the mountains, multiple pools, has a bar and restaurant. Only downside we had was that it was pretty secluded and far away from stores. This is especially important if your significant other is having an allergic reaction in the middle of the night. Had to drive at least 20 minutes to find a store that was open that had the allergy medication. Other than that, we can't wait to head back with medication in hand lol.

One of the best resorts in Tucson. The pool area is amazing! They have slides and a swim up bar. The rooms are elegant and have great views of the mountains or golf course. We always have a wonderful experience here.

Management from the top down did a very poor job of handling complaints. We were there for an annual golf tournament and I'm hoping it will be the last. Jonathan, Rita and Mr Malone all offered no assistance to make Tyler's rude and unnecessary treatment right. We will never set foot in another Starwood property.

The Red Door spa is really nice. I got a message and gentlemans pedicure and both were great. I loved the locker rooms and everyone of the staff i interacted with were really nice. The atmosphere was super relaxing and felt like i didnt wanna leave. Also, you're allowed to bring in alcohol so if you wanted to bring a bottle of wine and make a day out of it you can.
