I went to eat Teppanyaki on the 22nd floor.
Meat can be eaten as it melts without chewing.
It was soft and delicious.

As there is private room, it calms down.

I would like to go there again if I have the opportunity.

The impression that I walked all over Ebisu station and was far.
When you arrive, the lobby is large and gorgeously furnished. Some rooms are gorgeous. It was cleaned cleanly.
We had dinner at Ryutenmon, which was so delicious that I would like to go there again.

Fantastic location between two metro spots, right across the street from any shopping you might need to do and a great garden area for a stroll. You can take an airport shuttle to/from either airport to save a lot of money on a taxi. The hotel itself is pretty amazing looking, great buffet and my room had a very distant view of the mountain. Highly recommend.

The Westin is located in the Ebisu district which isn t the first place you would think of staying when going to Tokyo. However, I really liked this neighborhood and it s much more residential and quiet than Shinjuku or Shibuya-Ku. That doesn t mean there isn t a lot to offer here. There are a lot of good restaurants and shopping in this area. The hotel is located right next to the subway.

Rooms: 4.5 stars
Service: 5 stars
Location: 4.25 stars
Overall: 4.5 stars

The hotel feels old with the style similar to the 1920 s style. Staying here feels like you are in the Great Gatsby novel. The rooms here are huge and that to me makes it five stars. Most rooms in Tokyo hotels are extremely small and these rooms are three times the size of a typical room. The service I found to be really great as well and the food offerings at the hotel are top notch.

Excellent location for the Ebisu prefect. Train was a bit of a walk but I would repeat the stay because of the distance to the train due to noise, congestion, etc. My room had a distant view of Tokyo tower and there was nothing unsatisfactory about the room/hotel.

It was a very pleasant time from arrival to departure.
I was an ordinary person and enjoyed the extraordinary atmosphere in a profound and luxurious atmosphere.
Employees are kind and polite, and they also smile and respond to preschoolers.
The child was happy too.
The meal was buffet for both morning and dinner, and although there were not so many types, the taste was delicious.
I felt this was a five-star hotel.
I want to stay here again.

Just undertaken first of two four night stays and consider this to be one of the best value for money hotels in Tokyo.

Have stayed at the Mandarin Oriental and Park Hyatt (more than once) and both are fantastic, high quality hotels however I have to say this hotel is very close in standard across the board and yet offers excellent value for money.

I thoroughly recommend.

(Shall be my new go to hotel in Tokyo - visit 3-4 weeks each year).

UPDATED:
Just today checked out after another 4 day stay and without jetlag, I noticed a few issues.

Breakfast at times is inadequately staffed, as is the concierge/bell hops. Using the fancy Marriott/Westin app to get someone to help collect your luggage is a waste of time....you shall be waiting all day.
One coffee, two if you are very lucky as the coffee system is so bad; needs urgent review.

Air-conditioning is not good enough and you sweat at nights.

Absolutely woeful English language selection on the TV, genuinely disgraceful for A Westin/Marriott hotel.

Housekeeping staff are EXCELLENT; very impressed with standards.

Impeccable service, great rooms and innovative touches.

If you ve stayed at a Westin before you won t be disappointed by the one in Tokyo.

Not the most convenient location, as there is a long walk to the nearest metro stations, but there is a bus to and from the airport.

However, the food is great, the service is as excellent as you would expect, large rooms for Tokyo with great views. Nice gardens and little touches like you can borrow training clothes and shoes if you forget yours.

The lounge is really good, breakfast is particularly good.

Stay here if you can!

The decor of this place isn't my taste, the room especially felt dated. However, the housekeeping is amazing! Room was meticulously cleaned every day including organizing my cosmetics on the bathroom counter and adding an extra tissue box in the bathroom when I moved it to the nightstand. Check in and check out both had long and surprising (10+ minute) waits. Really, the housekeeping was the main standout, to which I'll always compare other hotels and fondly remember about this Westin!

This is an awesome place in the middle of Tokyo, surprisingly too lavish. The breakfast is awesome, great dishes and a good mix of all, don t miss the Onigiri and Orange Juice! Gym is well equipped and separate rooms for weight, cardio and body exercises. Staff is very nice, welcoming and cheerful. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

This hotel is definitely one of the finer higher class hotels. The staff is very attentive professional and efficient not to mention the rooms in facility itself was extremely clean. The quality of food prepared by their culinary team at the restaurant was by far some of the cleanest best tasting Cuisine I have had definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling where the things I'd mentioned are important to them

Modern hotel with every amenity. Some rooms have a view of Mt. Fuji in the distance. The breakfast buffet does not offer too many options and gets crowded quickly resulting in some wait time.

I wanted to stay there once, but this time I was able to use the club lounge on the executive floor.
The view from the room was also wonderful, and I was able to experience the extraordinary.
The customer service was also kind and polite. I definitely want to go to stay again.
I think it's a great hotel.

We walk a little from Ebisu Station, but even with a suitcase, it can be worn without difficulty if we use Skywalk.
Impression that there is nothing around because this building (garden place) itself is a landmark existence. I can see Tokyo Tower Cape in the distance.
Service is neither good nor bad ...

From a few years ago
I don't have New Year at home

I ate osechi at the hotel today

Corona measures are solid
I was relieved

Chicken curry
It's pretty spicy
I couldn't eat them all

All the desserts are covered
This is also safe

This kind of consideration
I'm happy

Beautiful hotel, very close to the train lines. The hotel rooms are beautiful as are the gardens that surround the hotel. The Ebisu station is very close, within walking distance and it is only two stops away from Shibuya.

It's a fabulous hotel, located not far from Ebisu train station and close to a complex of restaurants. Staff is super friendly, it's only missing a star cuz there's no swimming pool - if that matters to you. You're still a 3k yen cab ride from main attractions, but if you are good with a subway, then it's great.

GORGEOUS HOTEL IN MEGIRO KU

GORGEOUS HOTEL IN MEGIRO KU
Five star comfort and tranquility in the midst of bustling Tokyo. Brilliant service, great food and close amenity to trains.
Exudes that Japanese politeness and thoughtfulness that make syou want to go back again.

We stayed at The Westin Tokyo for two nights. Is it the executive floor on the 17th floor?
Visited for the first time in 10 years including restaurants.
Accommodation for the purpose of going to see the Christmas tree at the entrance. A masterpiece! Christmas decorations at the entrance to the Christmas tree. There is a coffee shop behind the tree, so
This is a place I want everyone to visit.
The rooms are clean and dust-free. The room was turned down because the check in was 19:30. If you like modern classics, it will be a relaxing space that you really like.
The bathtub is undeniably old and the night view is crowded with high-rise hotels these days.
There is not much impression from the room 10 years ago. .. (I think it depends on the room type.)
The corridor in front of the guest room was also well cleaned. It is a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

The last experience was wonderful and I was very excited to visit Westin.

However, the executive lounge was closed for evening cocktails for children under 12 and hors d'oeuvre hours (17: 30-19: 30).
It will be available again after 19:30, but the alcohol and food are clean and tidy.
I am sorry that it is not a corona countermeasure and will continue.
It was a valuable and valuable lounge for children to enjoy together ...

For those who are looking forward to using the lounge with their children in the future, we would like to refer to it as a reference.

A calm and very good hotel.
I did not expect the news to be bought on the day I went to eat.

I stayed at my nephew's wedding.
Three people put in an extra bed and stayed.
I was told that I had graded up,
It was an ordinary room.
It may be impossible if the extra bed is small and male.
Bed and amenities are normal for Westin
I was a little disappointed.

The lobby is Goges.
I think the service of the staff was very good.

Comfortable hotel with excellent staff. Terrific breakfast buffet though getting a second cup on tea or coffee may take a while. Clean and excellent for weddings, events, and meetings. Bar in lobby. Nice lounge with happy hour snacks and beverages. Decent gym with mix of cardio and other equipment. Spa on the premises. Quite a nice area to stay in and short walk to Ebisu metro station.

I stayed in an executive room. When I said that I was worried about the sounds around me, I was able to change my room on the upper floor and take great care of it. It was good to be able to use lounge loosely.
