The French restaurant on the 22nd floor had some of the worst service from any restaurant I have ever been to. We got waters at the end of the meal only after we asked. I had a steak bourguignon. All it was was two think steaks on top of each other in some beef liquid. Then a basket of steamed vegetables on the side. Way overpriced for this.
