Very classic style of decoration, and the shopping malls outside Hotel are very convenient!
The suite is large enough, although a bit outdated.

Nice hotel and very friendly staffs that offer to help you anytime.
good to stay, with big shopping mall and Ebisu station within walking distance.
American hotel brand.
Service level is high.
Good location, small and easy to use, good bar and restaurant
Rooms are large, staff friendly and anyways accommodating of early check-ins. B'fast buffet is varied, but very few choices for people with dietary requirements ie gluten free, dairy alternatives. Location is pleasant but a little far from the train station or many research choices, shops etc.
This is a 5-star hotel attached to Ebisu Garden Place.
The restaurant area is located on the 2nd floor and has a particularly recommended Chinese restaurant (Ryutenmon).
Currently, MI Mitsukoshi Isetan Holding Card presents a 15% discount on food and drink charges.
You can get the same benefits at the lounge cafe.
This hotel is not a comprehensive evaluation as it has not stayed for food and drink only (there is use of the banquet room), but it is surprising for the inflexibility of the 1F lounge and bar customers.
I will omit it because it will be longer if I give a concrete example.
Extreme differences with the survey period also drown ..
For example, H Okura Tokyo can meet the needs of the food and beverage department, the accommodation department, and even the customers. At least we will offer you alternatives.
It is a famous hotel with a high standard within walking distance from the station
Every year Christmas tree is worth going to see without fail! Really nice
A five-star hotel in Ebisu. Afternoon tea can be enjoyed in the lounge on the first floor, which is great!
I always use it. Hospitality is wonderful and I am always checking out with a feeling of satisfaction.
I stayed in the club lounge king room. I was very comfortable in the nice classic and luxurious lobby and room.
I'm glad that the club lounge and breakfast were carefully wrapped in the corona one by one.
The view of Tokyo Tower is also nice.
However, it is only because of Corona, but it is a little disappointing that the sweets of tea time are limited to one plate, the wine of cocktail time is served because it is not a wine glass, and there is no Ebisu beer. did.
Also, I was a little disappointed with the detailed service, such as the one who seemed to be dissatisfied with the egg for breakfast and the one who did not make pho.
Is an old building but very well taking care off. The beds are a little to hard for me and the pillows to soft. The bathroom is old, even the bidets are old. I would ask for a good view.. overall is a great hotel. I am not sure $300 a night is worth it. You can definitely find a cheaper hotel en Tokyo with great Customer Service. Japan exceds on that!!
The facilities and services are not as good as the finest hotels.
Beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities and very helpful staff. Part of the bon voy group. 15-20min cab ride from tokyo station. Within 20min walking distance of a plethora of delicious food places like wagyumafia or Ramen Nagi Butao
Came here for a quick meeting. Very elegant atmosphere. Staff was very formal and friendly.
The Westin Tokyo was an elegant and relaxing hotel
The spiral staircase on the lobby floor is wonderful! There was a bride and groom taking pictures
I was able to stay in the suite! The view was good on the Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Tower side, and it was nice to enjoy the music with the speakers in the room The club lounge had a light meal so I didn't have to go out for dinner. Breakfast is well protected against infection and you can enjoy the buffet with peace of mind
Excellent hotel. Modern, clean, comfortable. Large rooms for Tokyo.
Amazing hotel with amazing facilities inside, the feel is like an old European castle with the ornaments, proper stone pillars and large oil paintings.
I was at both bars, one on top was with stunning view of Tokyo and the other at ground level was nice too. Only I did not like to sit inside, because people were smoking cigars and was really stinky due to the smoke. So we sat just outside in the rest areas, very large and comfortable sofa seats, food was nice and bear was fresh as we were right next to the brewery . It's not cheap place, however is worth visiting for the experience and is perfect place to treat a person. Anyone will be impressed by the luxury inside and will cost you less than a good restaurant visit for sure.
We often use at breakfast buffet. There are many healthy menus and I feel the highest level in Ebisu area. There are places where I feel that the operation at the restaurant entrance is a bit more friendly and polite, but it's not as frustrating as it might be. Outside visitors are recommended to enter before around 8:30 when there are a large number of guests.
Beautiful hotel, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the employees were incredibly helpful. Very easy hotel for foreigners.
I stayed in an executive suite.
Not only the interior and interior, but also the shared space other than the guest rooms is spacious, so you can spend a luxurious time in an atmosphere as if you were abroad.
The club lounge was surprisingly compact.
The view from the room is a bit disappointing because the feeling of life is completely visible on the Tawaman side.
We feel a little bit of oldness of facilities, but all rooms are large and comfortable.
Very high level place, superb service, even the standard room is amazing.
I went to the very popular "The Terrace" weekday dessert buffet. There are a lot of desserts that can be happy just looking at Strawberry Dessert Buffet from February to April! Besides desserts, I think sushi and salads, fried chicken, pasta, sandwiches, soups, etc. are also available, and men can associate with each other. Of course, it's so delicious no matter what you eat, it's the Westin. Drinks were delicious, plenty of quantity, all you can drink (glass exchange system) It was a really happy time. We recommend that you make a reservation about 3 months before the day you want to go.
Top Hotel with a Club Lounge Floor. We had a wonderful Teppanyaki Dinner in a separated Room for 8 guests. It was an incredible experience. The Steak that was served was unforgettable. After the dinner we went to the Bar on the 22nd floor. Super nice service and good drinks. My room was on the 15th floor with Tokio Tower view - gorgeous! For me it is always an experience looking at Tokio at night (and day) with such a view. The room it self was very decent and super clean. Two queen size beds with extra nice bed linens and a lot of pillows. The bathroom was well equipped with a tub and a shower. We had the option for breakfast, either on the club lounge, french or continental breakfast or on the ground floor like a super food court with international breakfast. We decided for the ground floor and it was incredible. So what else is needed - the hotel is well recommended by me!
SPG
Lounge good.
It's a very nice hotel. A few more vegan options on the breakfast buffet would get it the extra star
Afternoon tea in the lobby took a long time to serve tea, which was disappointing, but it was a pity that the booking customers were passing back and had an elegant calm time.
Very professional, clean, event organisation tools were very good, food is good, decorations in lobby are splendid and rooms are very clean and comfortable
When I went to the hotel from Ebisu Station, it was difficult to understand the direction to go in the Garden Place. I felt it would be nice to have a large guide plate.
Use the terrace at the lunch buffet. I was able to eat slowly because I was allowed to use the private room with a baby and an adult. It was so cold that I went through Mitsukoshi.
We only used at work, but correspondence of people of hotel man is wonderful. It is a pity that the coffee shop's coffee is too expensive and there is no smoking space in the hall.
The king bedroom on the 21st floor was used on the middle of three consecutive holidays. The club lounge on the 17th floor was always crowded because it was not so large. Weddings are also held all day, and the lobby is quite lively. The breakfast at The Terrace was a long line around 9am. The content of breakfast is the same as other affiliated hotels and stable. Personally, I have a good impression that the ingredients for egg counters and noodle bars are abundant, and the pho was tasteful and delicious. (Other series are often quite salty)
Great hotel with a nice view. Hotel is perfect, but little far from both stations (Meguro, Ebisu).
Good location but slightly expensive for the room offerings. Small gym but 24 hour access which is nice.
The dessert I was trying to eat did not come out when the remaining time was running out
If you want to eat, it is recommended to secure it early. (^ o ^) /
Good hotel, with excellent service and expected amenitiew. 10 min walk to the Ebisu JR line and 13 min to the Ebisu subway stop on the Hibiya line.
Excellent service. The room had everything we expected from a Westin. We stayed one night after arriving from the States. A perfect way to transition from one culture to another !
This is a slightly bubbly hotel, but we also recommend the service and the restaurant.
Had dinner at Mai, the Japanese restaurant. Good service, great food in a traditional setting
I used it for afternoon tea. The food was delicious, but it was disappointing that it took a little time for the tea service to be served as a cup service and exchange system and it was not possible to get much. It was good that only chai (both hot and ice!) Was on the menu.
Solid hotel in a great location; walking distance to Ebisu station.
I sometimes use it at work, but I always spend it comfortably.
Hotel for Christmas tree sight seeing
Christmas tree is not stiff enough.
The atmosphere of the passage from Ebisu Garden Place is good.
I have no desire to complain about Westin under the sun, but the outdoor smoking space on the right side of the hotel entrance is somehow manageable ~ The scene where the smoking group is sagging with tobacco is invisible to the sights of the first-class hotels ! ! I think that those who smoke in the whole building and the whole area in the whole area and quit smoking will also politely give up ... but something looks like a shame club in Japan ~! ! There may be no one who cares about such a cousin ... but if you don't even look there, it's the west of heaven! ! There are no complaints! ! Correspondence of all the staff is wonderful, and breakfast is really delicious! !
Visited 11/23.
Both the Westin and Ebisu Garden Place were beautiful for Christmas.
Nice decent hotel. Clean and friendly staff.
Buffet breakfast was good
Close to middle of the City but I prefer the Hilton Odaiba
As in the past, the friendly Bellman has disappeared.
Always large flowering trees and shrubs is now have been decorated is impressive tree hs of cherry tree Christmas lounge and tea hs delicious luxury hotel is in the lobby
I asked at IT events.
Walk a little from Ebisu Station.
I visited at an Oracle seminar. Access to facilities is too bad for seminar purposes. As there is a moving sidewalk, it will arrive early towards Ebisu Station, but Meguro Station is closer at a distance from the hotel. I often go to Ebisu Garden Place privately, but this is my second visit to The Westin Hotel.
You can get on the carriage in the wedding ceremony!
Service is not good enough. A tough hotel for smokers.
This is a lovely hotel in a delightful area. The staff are unfailing in their kindness and help.
Friendly staff but a bit out of the way from the center of town. Nice big rooms
I used to eat at restaurants often, but I stayed there for the first time. The customer service and the guest rooms were comfortable. The night view is also beautiful.
Service is totally yikes! If they do not understand what you are saying, they ignore you or just hang up on you. Restaurant service is not what you would expect considering the prices. Unbelievable. I had to complain to the manager. Apologies accepted but not from a hotel from this rank and in such an area. Staff should be trained starting from basic manners (in both English and Japanese) Someone proficient in English should be available. I would rather chose a capsule hotel.
Awesome views, super helpful staff. Would be nice if they had more vegan food options but I ate well enough, it was just the same things during my stay there.
The building is beautiful and the food is delicious. I wonder if the room is that. But there is no doubt that it is comfortable.
