Amazing experience. You're really treated like a king or queen
Use at a meeting etc.
The atmosphere is unique.
The staff looked like a chat and could not be said to be a professional.
Lunch on the terrace
I could not make a reservation at a good time, but I could make a reservation reasonably in a day
The buffet is rich in variety
There are several types of menus that have not been eaten by other countries, so there were no other hotels, so it was novel
There are many families with small children
There are also many guests from abroad
There are many Asians but Westerners
Also, use underground venues for meetings and parties
It was high class but customer service was very good
There are quite a few hours and ups and downs to get out of Garden Place from Ebisu Station, and there are many people who can not easily understand how to get out of Garden Place, so it is better to go with the feeling of arriving early
We walk a bit from the station, but the service is polite and the interior is luxurious. We can respond to events and presentations of various sizes from 1000 people to dozens.
I stayed in the suite for the first time! I could use the lounge, and my work progressed comfortably. Above all, you can overlook Tokyo Tower and the scenery is the best.
It will be an order morning in the morning. The omelet was delicious!
Great location in Ebisu. Walking distance to the Ebisu station on the Yamanote line. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was on a floor with a lot of ambient noise and they were very apologetic and moved me when I told them.
Buffet on the terrace. There are many varieties and delicious. I am satisfied.
Breakfast at lobby level is superb! Exceptional services, conveniently located.
A beautiful hotel with sophisticated design and cleaning from the front desk to the rooms. The carpets in the corridors are also nice with nice haired feet. The staff's response is also something I would like to say, but only the phone response is a subtle atmosphere. Music on hold for confirmation once you ask what you are at Service Express. The answer that came back is off target ...? I think there was a problem with how I heard it ... As we were on consecutive holidays, we chose Japanese food for breakfast. The freshly cooked rice was super delicious! You can cook your rice too GOOD! I would like you to know more about how to use SPG's app for mobile check in / out. I wonder if it is written somewhere? I just do not know? What about The Westin Sendai? I felt so so is 4.
The comfort and scenery of the club lounge is wonderful. The breakfast is also gorgeous.
Acquainted with a disliked shaven owner
There were many types of buffet breakfasts.
There were many acquaintances who liked and disliked, so I only had sausages.
That's why I felt that I hate it again.
There is a sense of luxury, but it is easy to use, it is better if the doorman's response
Rooms - 3.5/5
Food - 4/5 (breakfast buffet is good but lacks variety, I had the same food for a week)
Amenities- not much
Service - 4/5
Thanks to Marriott Bombay's Platinum Elite benefits, I was taken care of by the late check-out plan until 16:00.
Breakfast was late to get up and I entered the restaurant at 10:30, but I was able to enjoy the buffet even though it was a short time.
I'm curious about the lunch buffet.
The lounge on the 17th floor also has a full range of drink services.
Amazing service, great rooms, and a really fantastic place to stay.
There is a parking lot in the basement. There is a discount of parking fee when you eat at the hotel restaurant.
Viking, tea time, Japanese food, Chinese food, steak, sky bar I think it will be a wonderful time that you can't forget wherever you go.
The clerk changes well, is it hard to work in an environment? Sorry
Nice location - short cab ride to Shibuya. Very mediocre breakfast and dining. Overall clean, comfortable and spacious but not the best value.
The room is big and clean but very old fashioned. Seems like they dont have enough staff for late night shift. It takes almost 1 hr to get the late night room service and nobody picks up the phone call.
One of the best hotels in Tokyo. Coffee in the lobby is great if you have 10 mins.
The breakfast buffet is included in the room price and it is one of the best Ive had! I am Japanese/Chinese American and they have dimsum, oden, and waffles! Plenty of non meat/seafood items and healthy juices too! I was VERY impressed.
I visited to have breakfast, the price was high, but I was very satisfied with the kind and quality of the food. It was good that it was quiet because it was a weekday.
Very Western but amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Locals even have weddings here (though that seems to be when their marrying a westerner)
It's terrible. It is . When I used to drive to an acquaintance in the old days, I asked the person at the entrance, "What is it for? "I saw the face with an acquaintance involuntarily. I didn't say "I'm not a cup of tea," "I'm telling you," in a separate car or car. It's a friend's car, an ordinary station wagon. The clothes are also normal. However, it is a gate prepayment. . Well, about 20 years ago, the system may have changed, but since then the Westin has been a demon gate for me.
Amazing hotel, but not really convenient yo visit Tokyo. Better for business.
It is always a great customer service. Parking fee is free for 3 hours at restaurant use.
Nice Hotel in Ebisu. 10min walk to Ebisu station. Although like in all Westin s i ve bin to, drinks/food are expensive.
Fantastic and opulent hotel - traditional luxury rather than modern but a lovely place to stay.
The staff was fantasticly friendly. Everyone seemd eager to help when we had a question. The lobby and rooms were impecibly clean. There was fresh cut flowers everywhere. So many beautiful spots to take photos or just sit and relax. Convenient to the Ebisu train station or just walk outfront and grab a cab. A shopping mall across the street and underground attached to the hotel.
The seasonal strawberry buffet is great.
This time I went to the end of February, so it was small-grained rice, but it seems that various varieties are produced depending on the time of the season.
Beautiful hotel with classical looking rooms. The covered walkway to the ebisu train station is fantastic. The food and beverage at the club is if good standard.
The other day I canceled in Corona, so if I stayed at the nearby Westin and tried to support it, there were few types of buffet and sausage like this. The amount is not out at all. Unmotivated. I was very sorry that if you ask the staff for ketchup, it is selfish, so please take it from there! Because fruits and ordinary spoons can be taken, what is the infection there? If the spit flies, it will be the same and useless if you divide it one by one. I was sorry to do it.
Thank you for the wonderful space and attentive service.
clean hotel, helpful staff and good location. The rooms were large and well configured, especially for Tokyo. The bathroom was western and clean. The breakfast buffet was large with many options, both western and Japanese.
I like the buffet here! There is also an all-you-can-drink course! Net reservation is advantageous.
Ebisu is almost away, but I like Westin quite a bit.
Beautiful property centrally located. A little pricy
Very delicious Chinese food. Ryutenmon.
Feel free to recommend it for lunch.
Although there is a little distance from Ebisu Station, moving sidewalks are also maintained and there is a roof, so I think it's okay on rainy days!
The quality of service is high, and the rooms and decor are also luxurious and beautiful.
All three great sweets
The world of Matsuko Suites buffet
120 minutes 4477 yen
I went to sweets buffet. I am impressed by the high quality of the cake
It s a luxury route, but the pool is not connected. It takes two minutes to get through the public place! The attached garden is a little pitiful. It is not used for walking for the guests. It is only for the appreciation of coffee. It is also the door of the hotel. It can be reached by the side and the path! It is a long walk from Ebisu Station, but it is short! The wi-fi network is unstable, log-in is troublesome, and the chances of staying again are minimal.
I went there for the first time because there was a relative's wedding and reception. It was a very nice hotel. However, I thought that the location of the toilet was a little difficult to understand.
Swish but old. Doesn't have a pool. In a leafy part of town. Quite a few French folks living nearby so the coffee and bread shops are all excellent.even saw a japanese gent sporting a beret - tres bien!
It was relaxing and room service was also delicious
The only difficulty is being away from the station.
Beautiful inside. Rooms like American hotels. Great food.
I had probably too high expectations of the place. The location is out of the center and you need to walk a lot to reach the subway station. Staff are good . The lounge was too packed most of the time and likewise for breakfast buffet we had to wait in a long queue.
I tried to check in after 15:00, but the procession was completed and it took about 20 minutes to check in.
The room was large and the interior was fine, but the leather on the desk chair was cracked and I was told to sit down.
I think it is better to replace it early.
There was no problem with sound insulation such as walls, but I was worried about the noise that other guests nearby often went in and out.
A breakfast buffet is provided throughout the day.
There was a machine to bake toast on a belt, but I think that it is better to pass through the machine several times if it is not too crowded because it does not burn firmly.
You can walk directly from the basement of the hotel to Ebisu station, so it would be convenient to take a train on a rainy day without using an umbrella.
location is great, short walk from Ebisu station. Rooms are large and nice
In the lobby area, it is very crowded with invited guests and events for guests who check in, such as weddings (10 to 15 on holidays). The room to stay is quiet and calm, and the sense of quality is maintained. For those who are not good at crowding, it is important how to get through the lobby here. The service was quick, attentive and satisfying.
It has good access and is often used for meetings. Convenient hotel
The level of service personnel at the door is very high, and it is very helpful to help passengers solve problems.
I visited to join my friend's wedding and reception. The staff members were very polite and the toilets were cleaned cleanly. There was a small partition in the men's toilet and there was a feeling of cleanliness.
Slightly formal but sophisticated service and quality facilities
I'm not so fond of because it is far from the station
I went at a wedding.
The road from the station was a bit confusing.
Great staff, super attentive, over the top indulgence. The lounge is great and they're doing their best in covid times.
Pros: Responsive staff, great platinum benefits for Bonvoy members (breakfast in lounge, Victors, or Buffet; cocktails in lounge or Compass Rose, additional service during massage), good sized rooms.
Cons: 12 minute walk from Ebisu Statikn makes most main attractions 30 minutes+ away, EVERYONE at the hotel is a platinum member so room upgrades were scarce, long queues at check in/ for concierge assistance, and sloooow WiFi.
In the first floor lounge, pasta. Hmmm. Content is too expensive.
There is a feeling of cleanliness, and there is no peculiar smell peculiar to a city hotel, so it is a calm atmosphere. It is a good hotel with a feeling of restlessness that tends to be found in high-grade hotels.
The appearance is seemingly old but the room is gorgeous. Recommended for those who are older
Luxurious and expensive hotel, but definitely worth what you pay if you have budget for your vacation.
The rooms very comfortable, spacious and luxurious. The service, cleanliness and top-level facilities. Most of the employees do not speak English and that is where we find a minimal flaw.
The breakfast is amazing, very complete and plentiful.
They have free wifi service for all hotel facilities.
Very recommended if you have budget for your vacation.
I went to Chinese dragon heaven gate. The service is good and the food is delicious, so I am always very happy.
I love Westin hotels. This one is no different. Service is great and on site restaurants are awesome. Rooms are a little small but it is Japan and that is normal.
Excellent service and clean room. Close to Department store and restaurants
Very nice, modern, with good ammenities. Breakfast is expensive and very few restaurants are open in the morning.
Nice rooms and amazing staff. Great water pressure. In a very nice area with Yebisu Gardens nearby. A little far to walk to the metro during July heat, but otherwise not too far from public transport. The bed was comfortable but firm, and I had some trouble sleeping on it.
I asked at the seminar, but the interior was very antique in antique style. Christmas Disney's play was also cute. I wanted to stay by all means this time.
This is a high end hotel in the heart of an upscale area of Tokyo. The decor is starting to get slightly, slightly dated but it s all done at such a high spec that you ll forgive the 1920s by way of the 1990s faux Art Deco feel.
And what a comfortable hotel it is. Easy to get to from Haneda Airport, with just one change on the train, or a fairly pricey cab ride. Rooms are a comfortable size, with excellent views over the surrounding area. The bar downstairs is a treat for anyone who is a fan of cool, quiet, marble topped bars with leather seats and a staggering selection of whisky. Perfect for reading a good book while you enjoy a well made drink. The cocktails are top notch and service is perfectly restrained.
Is the food good? Look, it s a hotel. You re going to get decent food but nothing that will knock your socks off. But you re in an area with some fantastic dining options nearby, from the ultra casual and relaxed to the high end and fancy. Plus a wide range of bars and izakaya for you to enjoy a drink and a snack at.
Located in a genteel area, with the wonderful Teien Art Museum and Institute for Nature Study nearby - two perfect places to go to for some green space in the heart of a busy area. Close enough to Ebisu Station to connect you to the Yamanote line easily, and a short cab ride from Shinagawa if you want to jump on a range of shinkansens to get out of town.
Pricey? Of course. The perfect place for people who want to go out and hit the Tokyo nightlife? Perhaps not, the Cerulean might be more your style if you want to drop big bucks on a fancy hotel in the heart of the bustle. But what the Westin lacks in nightlife availability, it makes up for with class and calm.
I had a steak for breakfast!
Buffet-style breakfast is also available.
The meal while looking at the city of Ebisu from the big window was pleasant.
You can see Tokyo Tower from the lounge
I enjoyed it with my family.
A great selection of amenities
Lavender Sleeping Colon
My daughter is happy to take it home
I paint on my wrist every day.
We stayed on a day with eight weddings,
I saw the bride and groom on a carriage pulled by a black horse,
I encountered a place where I was taking photos on the long stairs
I felt happy just looking.
Enjoy beer and snacks at the nearby Ebisu beer memorial.
I walked to Meguro and went to the park for fun.
As we had lunch by lunch in the previous square, we ate handmade bread and dumplings there.
I also bought and sold organic vegetables and spices.
MITSUKOSHI was also near by and enjoyed shopping.
Even if you do not go out, play and meals are all very satisfying in the vicinity!
I am surprised that you can spend such a slow time in Tokyo
