Nice and fairly large property between Ebisu and Meguro stations of the Yamanote line. This Westin is more like a high-end, modern Japanese hotel than a typical Western Hotel, which makes it a favorite for events and celebrations.
The breakfast at the French restaurant on the top floor is amazing.
The location is likely the weak spot. Any train connection is at least a 10 minute walk. I find the walk to Meguro station more relaxing (exit from B1 through the back). With luggage you'd likely need to travel by taxi though.
Some rooms have a Fuji view.

We had tea in the lobby lounge.
It was a late time, so it was difficult for us to enter because there were no customers, but they welcomed us comfortably.
Next time, I would like to use a restaurant or afternoon tea.
It was raining on that day, but it's very convenient because you can go without going outside from Ebisu station.

Top notch Westin. As with any other Japanese high end hotels, service is amazing (see below), and breakfast buffet is very good. As with some other Westin in USA, Westin Tokyo offers the whole exercise gear (shirt, shorts, socks, and running shoes) for 500 JPY...*and* they bring it right up to your room! (That's probably mostly because the gym, which is very small, doesn't have shower or a changing/locker room.) I managed to map out a great 3 mile run around the hotel on Strava (with enough sidewalk and minimal crosswalks).

And as I came back to the hotel and all sweaty, a bellboy came running to me with a fresh towel and bottle of water...just amazing!!

If you can shell out some extra bucks, definitely go for the rooms with access to the club lounge (room types start with "Executive" something like that) - you could basically get three meals there :-) And nice to have solace compared to the breakfast buffet downstairs, which get jam packed on summer/holiday weekends.

Join a wedding reception. Calm and elegant atmosphere, courteous service, good food. It was a first-class at all and it felt like the Westin. At the ceremony I attended, I enjoyed live music from the band and had a great time.

Great location in Ebisu near Shibuya. Covered path with moving walkway from Ebisu train station. Nice shopping plaza and restaurants nearby. Beautiful lobby and well appointed rooms. As in all of Japan, excellent service.

I used the lobby lounge at a meeting.
Because it was Sunday, I felt that the seats were filled with women using afternoon tea.
So I felt a sense of stuffiness.
It is a pity that the tea is a mug.

A luxurious hotel in a quiet area of Tokyo. Ebisu Station is a short walk away and this hotel is the last stop on the Airport Limousine Bus (Ebisu and Shinagawa) route from Narita. Immaculate rooms and friendly staff. Very popular on weekends, especially for weddings.

Use The Lounge.
The entrance was close and it was a cold day, and I had to wear a coat while indoors and it was cold and I could not help it.
No matter how clean the facilities, I do not think that there is a 12% service volume.

After all I think that the correspondence of the staff is drawing a line with other hotels. Sorry, even compared to other Westin. It is on the top of the well that I know, but it is my favorite hotel in Japan.

Breakfast is very well devised, and there are only hotels that have a good reputation.

It's not a problem on the hotel side,
It is undeniable that the mass hotel is more responsive as to how to turn it when it is crowded, because the operation at that time is unexpected due to the busy day like a business hotel and a mass hotel for only one day. Other than that, I think the price was good on average

I wonder if breakfast was good.
At the hotel I stayed at so far, I usually got tired of breakfast at the hotel for 5 days, and I couldn't eat it.

I myself have stayed at a hotel more than 300 times, but this is a comparative study.
I don't think Japanese hotels had such a good image of breakfast.

There are many good things about breakfast at the inn,
I think the hotel breakfast will get tired on the second day. I don't remember how good the morning was when I was so relaxed during my stay.

I think it's a good idea for the overall response

The moment you enter the entrance, you will lose your eye on the bright lobby
I walk a bit from Ebisu Station, but I do not care so much because I walk the place with the roof in general
Land pattern, meals can be one of the many fun options inside and outside the hotel
Of course the room is suitable for a luxury hotel, but it feels like the price is appropriate

Knocked down from five stars because the front desk manager insisted that he needed to photocopy my wife's ID (they don't if you have a Japanese address). Escalating to the duty manager made that problem go away. The hotel was fine otherwise.

There was no free upgrade of Mariit Bonvoy in the full room and the bed did not pass the request, but the breakfast buffet was fun because the breakfast buffet was attached. I live in a local city and in Tokyo, but when I stay at a good hotel, the locals turn into destinations and I have fun.

Not a traditional Japanese place to stay, but wonderfully familiar for a European traveller. Efficient staff, clean, comfortable rooms, great restaurants. The hotel is right opposite Ebisu Garden, a little shopping mall which has a Burger King and a pasta place, if you want to eat more cheaply. However, for a traditional meal I recommend the in-house Japanese restaurant.

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, so very little noise from outside. Not very well sound-proofed inside, so could hear people above walking around.

Near to Ebisu Station for easy travel to city centre and beyond.

A hotel where you can relax quietly away from the noise of Tokyo

front
Elegant atmosphere overflows in a large space. All the staff smile and feel good. If you have a package, you will always speak.

Lounge
It is not so wide, but the scenery is nice. The dishes after the cocktail time change from plate to plate, so it can be enjoyed even if you live longer. In addition, the back meeting room will be opened if it gets crowded.
Breakfast is often available at the restaurant, but lounge users can also use the bar for cocktails and free of charge. Although the menu is limited, I am glad to be immersed in the stylish space of the bar.

room
Request a room with a view of Tokyo Tower. You can see Tokyo Tower and Sky Tree side by side, and feel that you came to Tokyo. You should book Tokyo Tower View.
However, the rooms are old, and the air conditioners are cold and cold. You need to adjust the wind direction of the air conditioner yourself. All right if you adjust.

breakfast
There are few people in the upper French breakfast, so you can eat calmly. Of course it's delicious and it has a lot of volume. Recommended.
The lower restaurant buffet also enjoys the view of the garden, but many non-guests can not relax. There are a lot of platinum madams that come dressed with makeup, perfume smells and chatter is loud and noisy. The lower restaurant is not recommended in this respect.

[Others]
The station is far. Convenience stores are also far. The tourist destination is only near the beer memorial. It can not be helped because it is the reverse of a quiet location.

[Conclusion]
Because the hotel has a good atmosphere, it is also good for the hospitality of customers from overseas.

I can't judge because I was drunk just by visiting the bar for the first time in 10 years.
However, since it was afternoon on weekdays, there were few employees and I could not receive hotel-like services at a hotel price.
Is it a work style reform?
I thought the bar should be closed.

It is across the road of Ebisu Garden Place. It is easy to stay at reasonable prices if you are alone ~. Is the impact of inbound just recently? If you do not reserve early, it is difficult to take on Saturdays and Sundays. It is okay on weekdays .... When I stayed here, it was an Osan that made Ebis beer a set.

As expected from a Westin Hotel, very nice rooms, efficient service and wide selection of restaurants and bars. I especially enjoyed the Cantonese restaurant and the Teppanyaki dining on the top floor. Also within a short walk to the Ebisu station which was convenient. The Airport Limousine bus to Narita starts from here as well.

This is a beautiful hotel. If you are a Westerner and concerned about not speaking the language - you will be very comfortable here. There is a mix of Western and Asian travelers at the hotel. The restaurant in the lobby is great for breakfast and you can get traditional Western-type breakfast or traditional Japanese cuisine for breakfast. Something for everyone. This is a top notch hotel - especially for business travelers - in a very safe part of the city.

I stayed in a clean and luxurious room. I turned to a non-smoking room, but I felt a little tobacco smell, so when I told the staff, the room was changed immediately, and I received a present of apology. My favorite place is Ebisu Garden Place.

I'm not really used to staying in very fancy hotels so I'll admit I felt rather out of place, and it's really possible I just don't know anything about fancy hotels but I found everything to be great. The staff were friendly, the rooms were amazing, and the view from my room was the best.

There was a Christmas tree right at the entrance, and the train was running underneath, making it a space where children were excited.
Although it was an adult in a very big tree, tension was raised.

The Westin in Tokyo is a beautiful hotel. Definitely one of the best Westin hotels we have stayed around the world.

The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Only issue we had was a delayed flight and being charged twice for a airport hotel transfer.

Located close to the Ebisu train station which was 2-6 stops on the metro from Shibuya/Harajuki and Shinjuku which makes it ideally located to stay and explore the heart of Tokyo.

The rooms are slightly dated but that does not mean that they were not in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. It means this hotel in general is more traditionally luxury in its decor.

Staff were always ready to help whether it was the people at the front desk, concierge or the staff at the Westin lounge if you happen to be a platinum SPG member.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best breakfast I have had in a hotel. The variety from pastries to cereals, cooked breakfast, fresh fruit. Dumplings, miso soup station, salad bar the buffet catered to both east and west pallets.

Would recommend this hotel for anyone staying for pleasure of business it has everything you would want.

The gym is quite small for a hotel of this size and when it gets busy it is tough to complete a work out.

This westin is a little older than some, but has aged well. It has a very nice classic interior with spacious rooms for Tokyo. The staff are very helpful and kind and most speak pretty good english. It's been a delight to stay here

You can reach it on foot from the station without getting wet.
There are many restaurants in the neighborhood, so I don't think you'll be in trouble even if you stay for a long time.
The view from the room is also good, and the furniture and atmosphere of the room with a profound feeling is very calm personally.
The bed is a little soft.
The hotel desserts and sushi are also delicious.
The beer in the lounge is also great.
After that, if you can make further efforts to train the staff of the restaurant on the 1st floor, I think that you can live a more comfortable hotel life.

Once a year, I go to Buffe on The Terrace on a wedding anniversary. Service is also polite. However, the food lineup seems to be unsatisfactory for men. I'm talking about going to a different place from next year.

I felt a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and had a very good time.
The facilities are clean but a bit old
