the hotel staff is stellar. they were able to accommodate me over and above the service ANY other hotel has had in my experience. The breakfast options are vast and bars are full of the best whiskeys and gins known to japan.
the staff is the most respectable.
they were extremely nice, answered every call, and did their best to please me.
