The Westin is a well appointed hotel that is inclusive in both basic and higher level of service. From the start they greet you and strive to make you comfortable. While some services are quite expensive, spa is one such item, overall you feel a fair value.

It was a solidly built hotel and I felt it was a shame.
I thought it was a top hotel.
The room could be kept near the top floor despite the telephone reservation on the day, so I could check in smoothly.

I was very healed with the furniture and casual flowers of the room.
This hotel is perfect for my age. (* ^ ^) Wow

In addition, I encountered a wedding and I was able to witness a happy start.
I was able to see the young couple in the carriage.
You are young, right?

Thank you for your happiness. Moth

I will repeat it again. Moth

The terrace buffet is the best. Every sweet is modest and can eat a lot. Each one is beautifully presented and can be enjoyed with your eyes. Drinks are also welcome and it's nice to be included in the price.

One of the finest hotels in Tokyo. Staff is responsible and very kind. Food is above average and room sizes are big compared to other hotels around town. They are under Marriott Bonvoy points and provide a lot of support. Located in Ebisu and close to the station and very easy to spot this huge property

Accommodation for Saturday in April. It was full, but we had you cope with check-in almost without waiting time. The front staff always smiles. I could see Tokyo Tower from the room. You can choose Japanese, French, or buffet breakfast, so you can eat whatever you like.

Spacious rooms with a nice view of the city. Has a really nice decor in the room similar to other Westins around the world. The only thing missing was a Swimming pool which is not common in most Tokyo 5 star hotels. One has to pay and use a Swimming pool outside the property

Visit for the exhibition sights. The location is at the end of Ebisu Garden Place, so it's convenient. If I wanted to eat something delicious, I could do Lorries and Robuchon before long.
The hotel did not stay, so it is not a particularly significant review, but unexpectedly, the corridor was narrow and it was a cheap impression.

The Westin Tokyo is definitely not a cheap hotel even by Tokyo standards - but it is located across the street from Ebisu garden place which is full of shopping and great restaurants. It's a short taxi ride to the station as well (~10 min) as there's no shuttle but not too difficult to get to.

From an exterior standpoint, the hotel is pretty bland and blends into the skyline - however, the views from the rooms are nice especially on the higher floors. There's not many large buildings around it so you really get some great views of the Tokyo landscape. The front desk staff is quick, efficienty and friendly - they were able to check my guest into my room without me and were even able to upgrade us to a suite. Always appreciate it when hotels know how to treat their customers right.

The room itself was very well appointed - comfortable and spacious with great views of the city. The bed was very comfortable (as most Westin's are) and the nespresso machine in the room is a nice touch (compared to the lame coffee you get in US Westin's). The club lounge is standard asian style - which is to say much nicer than the US. Breakfast had a wide selection, dinner hors d'orveus were decent, and they had a great liquor selection.

Last thing of note, the bellmen were falling over each other to help us out... definitely very well appreciated. However, the concierge was very cold and unhelpful - I stood there for 5 minutes before she would pay me any attention as she was busy shuffling papers. Not what I consider acceptable for a luxury hotel at that price point, especially for someone like me who has traveled over the world with SPG (average 200 nights a year). Only reason it's a 4 star review instead of 5.

A disappointing hotel design that is in desperate need of an update. I had much higher expectations of the only Westin (and one of only a few SPG hotels) located in the commercial nexus of Asia. Many other better choices for less price in this city. I strongly suggest that Marriott/Starwood update this property.

Grand hotel that harkens back to the classic high end lux hotels from the early 1920s. Sweeping staircase, high end materials, lovely appointments in the rooms all add to the vibe of the hotel. With plenty of restaurant choices, a spa and all high end services, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Visit at a wedding meeting. The facilities and the price are the same as the Westin.
But for the car that came in front of the entrance to ask for the location of the parking lot, the opening is' What is it for? ] Would be like. I also felt that the employees had many private languages. I think that the story of the tax return should be the back.

When I went to the lounge yesterday, a group of aunts was having a loud banquet. I wonder if there is a lounge banquet plan with all-you-can-drink.
The hors d'oeuvre was delicious, but the only liquor was canned beer and wine. After all management is strict.
Breakfast was small, but they were all delicious.
Also, the bed and pillows were so hard that I couldn't sleep much. Even in the same Westin, it is always a problem that the beds and pillows are different depending on the hotel.
The tea bag in the room was a very cheap one and I pulled it a little.

Staff is helpful and courteous. Hotel is truly amazing. Close proximity to two different stations (Meguro and Ebisu). Also, for the Ebisu station you can reach it from an underground walkway from the second basement level of the Westin. Many different fine dining and affordable restaurants are very close and its right across from the Yebisu Gardens. Great hotel to stay at whether for business or pleasure.

Gym small but has free weights. Check in guy was over-wrought, they care a lot about who is with you, which made check in uncomfortable.
A button fell off my suit, and they had it fixed better than new, in less than an hour!
No pool or sento? Walking distance to subway and many restaurants. Event staff helpful.
