First time stay. The hotel is nice. Front desk staff are very condescending and rude. That along with other issues I had there will make me doubt going back.

Can't wait till the open the renovated pools in 2019 summer
Great place, beautiful hotel, great customer service
Absolutely beautiful. Make sure you find the indoor river and walk along it.
Stopped in Houdinis they had great customer service and awesome magic books.
Didn't stay here, but it looks like an awesome hotel. Not so vibrant like other hotels but beautiful
The experience exceptional service at the Venetian and you will too. Definitely a top of the line resort.
Went to gamble on honeymoon. Had been at the blackjack tables and roulette table spending money for hours. We were looking at other tables to gamble more and while we were far enough from the tables, they were asking us, husband and wife, to social distance from one another. When i told the pit boss we were married, she called security and he brought a dog and harassed us more. Needless to say, we went elsewhere for our gambling and i really regret that i spent any money at the Venetian at all.
Some fantastic shops and wonderful restaurants! I love the entire complex and would gladly spend more time there if ever in Las Vegas again. The show in the Canal shopping area was a great added bonus.
Amazing experience. Good Italian food. Great location on strip. Our suite was spacious. The staff was friendly, and patient with us during our bachelorette party stay.
Beautiful hotel! This picture is just one of the ceilings at the hotel. We stayed in the Master Suite for ADA, and it was very nice and easy to get around. The shower is perfect for a disabled person to use. The restaurant's here are all delicious, but pricey. But then everything is pricey in Vegas! It's a huge hotel and finding your way around is a real challenge!
Still a favorite after all these years. Sometimes I just walk through the main lobby to stand in awe at the opulence of the large pillars and huge murals! even if you don't stay here, it's worth just walking through that lobby to take pictures.
My stay at the Venetian hotel was very exquisite and much enjoyable I will be coming back soon defiantly next vacation the location and service is very good with many places to explore around the hotel but overall rating for my stay here is 5 stars I would rate it even higher if I could rate it more but I really suggest staying here next vacation in Vegas guys I really did love my stay in the time being at this hotel :)
Very posh resort! We stayed here for a summer weekend in July and really liked the Venetian Resort & Casino a lot. While it is not cheap and literally everything is fairly pricey it was fun to splurge and enjoy the nice restaurants, gambling and in-room dining and movies also. Would definitely do this kind of short-term (two-night) splurge again some time.
Our family love this hotel, especially the indoor canal and stores.
Very clean, friendly and attentive. I will post the rooms pics but I wanted to share how the lobby looks. The cleaning staff works all night doing and amazing job up keeping the hotel.
You will find a new thing to do and see at every corner of this great hotel
This hotel has a big casino. This is the sister hotel of the palazzo. The price is a little
Bit cheaper then the palazzo. This hotel has a big poker room. If not the biggest from around the strip that always has player playing.
Lavo Italian was just what the menu ordered. The suggestion of dinner was amazing and the cocktails even better! Don t let the outside fool you! Worth the stop.
It is a very nice hotel and Casino. Make sure to get some Lobster rolls and Lobster ME when you make it to this awesome spot
The property itself is beautiful the staff outside the gaming floor are top shelf in terms of friendless, helpfulness and almost anything in between. On the gaming floor however, is a different story. Free table game lessons are offered and standard times daily but these never started on time and there was ZERO indication of where they were to be taught. When asking almost any dealer or "suit" as we heard them called either they didn't know, passed on misinformation and then disappeared or failed to help in any meaningful way.
The highly inflated prices for just a basic bad coffee were wildly annoying and having to visit the Grazie desk 4 separate times just to have all of my questions answered was laughable.
Is there room for improvement? 100% no ones perfect but when the price points of the room are that high table game lessons need to start on time.
Also be prepared to be woken by slamming doors quite often. It seems that the suite doors are setup to slam just to ensure they are properly closed. There seems to be no way to close the door quietly no matter how hard one tries.
Which is why I removed a star the general noise caused by the overall setup of the building just didn't allow for anyone trying to sleep at any point who was no black out drunk.
I would, however, 100% recommend this hotel as the quality and attention to detail apart from what I mentioned above trumps a non recommendation
Everything was perfect except that they didn't have a microwave
Gorgeous hotel. Walked through the shops, some reasonable prices. Great atmosphere.
Awesome place. Loved the boat ride inside the artificial river.
We loved the Venetian! Stayed here for just two nights and were treated extremely well. The place is absolutely gargantuan! We had a lovely room with a fantastic view. It was nice being at one end of the strip since we enjoyed walking down and then back up. The restaurants in the Venetian are also excellent
Stayed at the Venetian tower. Extra large room, clean, working area, two TVs. Loved it!
Simply awesome must visit and room rates are great for quality. Happy Travels
Amazing hotel. Definitely reminds me of being in Venice.
Love the gondola rides even though they're not singing in the actual gondola right now due to Covid-19. Perfect place for romance
Took the wifey for her birthday. Hooked us up with strip view and top floor room. Great time.
Beautiful hotel and casino. A little pricey but the room is beautiful and spacious. Bathroom is very luxurious looking and has a separate tv. LoL! You are right in the middle of the strip so it's nice that you don't have to walk far to other hotels for shows.
I had purchased tickets for the MODS MUSEUM and they have changed their opening date several times. I asked for a refund since I won t be able to attend at a later date and I keep getting the runaround from all parties involved, what a cheap scam to take people s money. Not very professional of the Venetian to allowed their contractors to damage their reputation. Not the Vegas we are all accustomed to.
Great staycation for essential workers. Pay for one night and get 2nd one free..
I always enjoy staying at the Venetian. It is "hands down" my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. A majestic and visually beautiful hotel that offers just about everything you can imagine.
The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel itself is in the best proximity to everything on the strip. You won't need transportation unless you are going further from the strip. It's also within walking distance to the Fashion Show Mall. The restaurants are all amazing, but if you still want a great meal the Grand Lux is open 24 hours and has a pretty extensive menu . I promise you won't be disappointed if you stay at the Venetian or it's sister hotel the Palazzo!
Get swept away in Italian renaissance. Gondola rides inside and out, walk along the meandering canal bathed in soothing classical music and shop at lovely little shops and top notch retailers. If you need to satisfy your hunger you will find a multitude of restaurants to quench your hunger and thirst. I suggest to catch the daily shows at town square and enjoy some Italian gelato.
Was therr for an event not really impressed with the service or the food really a shame for such a expensive restourant to offer this kind of experience defently not a return place
Incredible suite and staff but no microwave or personal-use refrigerator and huge so it's easy to get lost in. Venetian theater had excellent sound system but a handful of people tripped and fell in the aisle near our seats before the Steely Dan concert started so be careful. The casino area was very congested compared to some other resort casinos we visited like Mandalay Bay etc.
The best hotel on the strip, period. From check-in to check-out the experience is seamless. The only hiccup that we had is when they asked us for ID when we ordered tea at slots :). Bed is beautiful and soft like baby bum, all is super clean. They have around 6 pools in total. Well spent $200 a night!
Our stay at The Venetian was amazing!! The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Extremely clean, both in the rooms and in the casino/hotel/pool areas. Definitely want to go back!
It doesn't matter when, why or where you're staying in Vegas - get breakfast at La Bouchon. Best almond croisssnt I've ever had!
Marvelous architecture !It has incredible rooms. It has incredible architecture. It is fun to roam around and look at for hours. The gondola rides are a fun experience. The mall and restaurants were enjoyable. But there is no coffee maker, microwave, or usable refrigerator in these gorgeous rooms. All in all, it was a great weekend.
Must stay if your in Vegas!
Great hotel and nice shopping places. Desapointeid with the resort fees
Beautiful resort but it's kind of a maze to get to the rooms. 2 different elevators and lots of twists and turns.
Clean room, great view, nice show, lots of fun things in premises. Eventhough No coffee machine in the room. Overall great experience.
A very cool place inside and out. The mall area inside includes, among many other things, several Italian restaurants, coffee shops, and places to buy gelato. The floor is fake cobblestone, the walls are like Venetian buildings, and the ceiling is painted like the sky to give the illusion of walking through Italian streets. It's a cool experience, and for those who have been to Venice, you'll find their landmark geography frustrating, but their architectural imitations pretty impressive. You can even purchase a gondola ride in the canals (~$60.00).
The bed is probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Spacious room, excellent staff, a great sportsbook and very clean casino. Exactly what you would expect from The Venetian.
Beautiful, elegant Italian-themed hotel and resort. Always stay at the Venetian in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, we were refused even the slightest upgrade at the front desk, even though we are loyal repeat customers.
Also hope management listens to the general public when we assert the irritating and disingenuous elements called "resort fees." These have kept us away for quite some time. Please discontinue this transparent public deception. Low hotel rates are not a bargain when this ruse is tacked on.
Great poker room, clean hotel.... shows still aren't playing due to COVID unfortunately.
Great hotel, but watch out where they put you, compare to what was promised: this was our first stay and we booked a View Suite, but somehow were downgraded at check in to a view of another wall or maybe that was supposed to be the view , but I would not call it the view. During the booking they try to upsell you some vague upgrades, and then downgrade if you don t upgrade, maybe? Should I have booked a Better View? Was there an option? What is considered a view at this hotel? Having a window? Is it worth the extra I paid to have this view? Why do they make me spend time thinking of this instead of making it crystal clear and easy? No idea. The booking process and suite classification seems rather confusing, at least on the first stay. Great otherwise, will come back, but for restaurants, not rooms with the view .
It's my 10th year staying at the Venetian and it goes without saying If I didn't love it I wouldn't keep going back. I just love everything about the place.
Loved it. Memorable experience. This place has it all: gondola rides, shopping, Casino, restaurants, food court, wax-like museum, artwork throughout the hotel (which you can take pictures by as seen in my photos), wifi, & free parking (some of the other nicer hotels charge). It's also in a great location. We were able to walk & take monorail to most of hotels on the strip. My husband & I stayed here for our wedding & we loved it! We are already planning to go back for our anniversary. Overall great experience & would definitely recommend.
Loved this place, clean, perfect location in the strip. Wow the casino hosts are friendly , helpful, drinks served promptly. Must visit the river boats with scenic sky on one of floors
These is the Best and only placeI recommend, excellent service perfect restaurants and casinos these place deserve then 5 more stars house keeper Maria 4T Teran is a fast worker and very good at what she does
Very nice place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Extra large suite style room, exceptionally clean.
This was by far the BEST resort experience I have ever had. Top notch service, clean rooms and facility, great food and very nice casino floor! This is the ONLY place we will be staying in the future when we visit Las Vegas.
I have stayed here numerous times. It is a great property! CLEAN, courteous, well laid out, gorgeous guest suites, always keeping things updated and kept up. EVERY employee is there to help and be of service. They appreciate your business, knowing you have many other choices. I cannot say enough nice things about the Venetian/Palazzo properties. My favorite!! Their Covid prevention practices were as top of the line as you can possibly have. Thank you!
Amazing experience of the Italian streets and atmosphere. Great shopping and dining places
The Venetian is my favorite hotel in Vegas. It is beautiful, clean and spacious. They offer great shopping and restaurants. The only thing that I did not enjoy was how uber/lift services had to go to a different valet area.
Has it been a month already? I was here for a week with my family you barely have to leave the hotel to get anything they have so much to have their own food court wonderful sights and even if you do go out of the hotel less than two blocks you have so many things
A great experience with fantastic food and a lovely Venice visit inside the hotel
It was fun to walk around.
The hotel entrance is gorgeous.
I really enjoy walking through the show's and looking at the beautiful faux finishes. So worth the time to visit.
Great dining experience at Canaletto at the Venetian
Really a beautiful hotel. What an amazing experience! I especially love all of the grand canal shops. Very expensive, but completely amazing, elegant, superb.
I definitely recommend you stay here on your next trip to Las Vegas!
I only stayed for a day, but my experience was great. The room was clean, looked amazing, and we had a nice view of the pool. Everything was easily accessible and you can get to most places (the pool and food court) with a short walk. It was good to see them enforcing the mask rule around the casino and there was staff around making sure everything was sanitized. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back again. I had no issues.
Last time I came here I had an amazing time.. This time so far is a disaster... Just checking in took an hour and a half. First I was in the regular line and it was moving a bit. Then the attendant told me I was supposed to be in the invited guest line... 20 minutes for one person to move. I feel so disrespected and discussed by the way the staff has treated me so far. Hopefully they do something to keep me, otherwise I won't ever come back. So far nothing. They stuck me in a room that shouldn't even have a window....
Everything is perfect. Its beautiful! Probably on of the best hotels on the strip
Woww!! Staying in Venetian had been on my list since the first time I had set my foot into their resort! Nothing less than an excellent service!! Stay was fantastic! Restaurants are so good that I had a hard time having to choose just 2, given our time!! Would love to keep going!!
Loved the room. It was very big and the bathroom was big as well. I really liked the room and it was very comfortable. My husband was angry because we arrived at 10am because we had an early flight we tried to check in early and instead of just telling us it s $80 to check in early they tried to make it sound like the $80 was covering something spectacular. It wasn t. They tried selling it like they were giving us a great deal to pay this $80 fee which included free magazines and newspapers to read, 2 free coffees a free drink at the bar and FREE WIFI . Considering no one reads newspapers or magazines anymore and we paid a resort fee to get WiFi the only things worth it were 2 coffees um gross if it s not Starbucks and 2 free drinks considering we were paying an extra $80 and a resort fee daily nothing was free. We also were checking in for 3 rooms so they were making money off of our group. Otherwise it was a great experience and I loved it but my husband refuses to stay here now solely because they tried to make it sound like something it wasn t instead of just telling him they are greedy and wanted an extra $80 for us to check in a couple hours early. I would stay here again if I could somehow convince my husband.
Beautiful place! Nice rooms. Friendly staff! Highly recommend!
Beautiful place. Good energy. It is a must see when in Vegas.
A very impressive hotel. What they have managed to portray is amazing...like you are in a little Venice with canals, gondola's and some of the famous landmarks of the city. All I can say is WOW!
Fun place to play poker, lots of tables. Great cocktail waitresses. Plenty of dining and shopping options. The 2nd floor river is awesome!
I've been to The Venetian Hotel many times. I actually frequented this hotel 14 years ago when I used to get comp rooms. Since being a Caesar's Diamond, I rarely come here. On a recent girls trip, I decided to book a room here since it was close to Encore Beach for the pool party.
I booked a Bella Suite that came with breakfast for two. I checked in and asked about the breakfast. The front desk staff says you would just need to do a room charge and go to the restaurants in the hotel and she mentioned the names. I said perfect I wanted to go to the Grand Lux and she said yes that's one of them. Again, I confirmed, I don't need anything? She said no just do the room charge and it will be removed. Perfect I said and I left to meet my friends.
The next morning, my friends and I met for breakfast at the Grand Lux. When i went to do the room charge, I was told that I didn't have the authority to do a room charge. I was surprised and I told the server about the free breakfast. She too was confused as to which breakfast special I had as there were different ones. I told her that i was told to order breakfast, do a room charge and it will be fine. The server was so good and explained everything. I was a bit disturbed by not having my room charge open as the front desk staff took my credit card and told me to charge the breakfast to my room. No coupons etc.
Anyway with all that, I finally said forget it. I'll pay for it since my meal was good.
The rooms are clean and the elevators run fast. I like the separate living room and a tv in the bathroom.
The Venetian would have received 5 Stars but unfortunately with the breakfast confusion I had to knock a star off.
Stayed here for our first Vegas trip and would definitely go back. A very professional staff right from checking in to room service. Their King suite are spacious enough for a couple and kept super clean. The casino here is awesome. Has a great time shopping at the Shoppes and the canal with gondolas is a lure for a pot of people. The Madame Tussauds wax museum is a good place to visit since your already there. Cabs/Uber/Lyft are easily available to help move around the strip and with the proximity of other retail as well as restaurants and bars establishments make this place a wholesome place to stay at.
Great venue. Excellent food choices and top notch rooms. Connected to the Palazzo. You could spend a whole day walking the shops. Everything you need under one giant roof if you are going to visit Las Vegas. Will be back for sure!
Best of the best! We won't stay anywhere in Vegas but at the Venetian!
Love The Venetian. Atmosphere is amazing. Classy clientele and great staff.
