I love the larger rooms, especially when travelling with friends. The pool is great and we LOVED Canyon Ranch Spa. Get a day pass to the spa if you don't get a treatment - it's a great value! Looking forward to staying here next time I go to LV!
Wonderful place to stay while on vacation in Vegas. The room I stayed in had a wonderful view of the strip.
Good hotel. No fridge access or else you'll get charged since all snacks occupy space. No way to store take out foods or cool water especially during a hot summer.
Stayed at the palazzo for two nights whilst in Las Vegas. When arriving the room had a smell of cooking which was unfortunate but we were tired so didn t really mind and it wasn t too strong. The smell went over night and was gone by the morning.
The room was very clean, modern and was huge. I have no complaints about it.
The location of the hotel was great. Right on the strip and an easy walk to get anywhere. That s if you needed to go out. The hotel itself is huge and has more than enough inside it to keep you fed and busy. It has over 40 restaurants to pick from. Out of the two we picked one was not very good and was very expensive for what it was and the other was very nice and the price was reasonable.
There are loads of shops in the hotel and a Walgreens which is really helpful if you need anything.
I would definitely stay here again.
Ok place. Opulent. Expensive. They charged us for a couple of mini fridge items because the sensors in the fridge detected that they had moved. We just put a small grocery item in it. If that sounds good to you, stay there.
No coffee in the room. You have to walk through the smelly smoky casino to go anywhere. For an expensive hotel, it is really not all that great.
Great place to stay in Las Vegas if you want to get away for a weekend or longer. The Palazzo is always improving and changing their look. Have been staying here since 2008 and plan to stay for many more years. As a longtime client, I'd recommend to anyone who adores the class and style that both the Palazzo/Venetian provide from the fine dining restaurants, excellent shops, and artwork.
You can definitely tell this is an upscale hotel, but it's missing the wow factor of some of the other hotels as you walk through like the Wynn or the Venetian. I still love how clean and grand it is, and if you're walking the strip you might as well walk through this one too. Everyone was friendly enough and the signs were good at guiding us around.
We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The hotel is very clean, friendly staff and nearly endless choices of restaurants and entertainment.
Jackson, our bartender, has made our stay at the Palazzo so fantastic. He is absolutely great!! So friendly and helpful, knows so much about the city and gave us the best tips. Thank you Jackson, you are awesome!!
Lovely hotel the best in my opinion rooms are big with pretty good views
We loved everything about it staff was awesome and the room was WOW!!!
Had 2 rooms side by side. One was upgraded and cost more than the other room that was side by side. I book through an event and was told that s not how I booked them. So they did nothing and were fine with charging me $80 for the other, identical room. I experienced poor customer service. Which seems to not be the normal here.
Wonderful friendly staff, they truly understand thr hospitality business.
Very, very nice. My room, the pool areas, and the common areas were clean, fresh, and impeccably maintained. Staff was super friendly. I can't speak to the value or cost as I was visiting for work and work was paying a contracted price. My only complaint--acknowledging that this is Last Vegas--is that I despise cigarette smoke and one has to cut through the casino to get to the rooms. To the casino's credit and why I still gave five stars, the air exchangers definately got most of the smoke.
Amazing place! Love Venice? Love Italy? Cant afford to there? Come here!
Beautiful hotel. Fabulous rooms. Staff are very pleasant. Resort fee is ridiculously high and they won't give free water to their guests who are paying $52 a night in resort fees. Beautiful surroundings aren't covering up the greed in Vegas.
I chose the Palazzo for my stay because I am a return guest and comfortable with where the elevators & pool are and familiar with access to the canal shoppes. I had a serious medical issue arise while attending a trade show at the Sands Convention Center.
I had a massive heart attack. Then two more heart attacks at ER.
Hotel EMT arrived ready to assess my vitals. They very quickly encouraged me to go to tbe hospital and I was delivered to the cardiac thorasic team at Sunrise Hospital.
I am still in the hospital awaiting a quadruple bypass surgery.
The EMT, police, and fire department personnel first responders are my angels and I wouldn't be here if not for them.
THANKS for saving my life!
Great hotel everything you can ask for and more will be back to stay again.
We loved everything about our stay. Wish it could have been longer.
One of the favorite for me and my family to stay with great parking options and also hosted a great slot tournament
See my review of Venetian and give The Palazzo an additional 5 's
Currently only open Thursdays to Saturdays including the largest pool. But, having stayed here last time, the rooms are beautiful.
We received an upgraded view upon arrival. We booked in advance (about 3 months) and received $150 resort credit. Rooms are pristine. The casino is very clean. Access to both Palazzo and Venetian pools was very useful. The Palazzo pools are slightly more sedated and are largely shaded throughout the day. The gyms come in handy, especially the Venetian gym. I was very impressed, and I will return.
Beautiful sister Resort to the Venetian, great place for shopping, dining.
I love this Casino (and RESORT) because it makes me feel like a Queen! It is luxerious. It has the feel of a fun Casino yet very well organized and extremely clean. Always a polite server near by and people helping you. We visited both the Venition and Palazzo resort, the look so beautiful, full of light and so colorful with a lot of flowers. And... free parking - really thinking about customers
See my review on The Venetian. While I didn't stay at the Palazzo we did spend some time here. Both are part of the same hotel group. The Palazzo is a more contemporary feel and has both great restaurants in an upscale vibrant energy to it. The smoke is tolerable it must be because of their air handlers or filters.most of the hotels and resorts in Vegas I can't stand because of the smoke. It aggravates my allergies. Both the Venetian and the Palazzo seem to addressed this well. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Vegas.
Palazzo is a great hotel. Beautiful design and friendly staff. Connected to the Venetian. It's also centrally located on the strip
Great hotel: easy access, free parking, direct access to suites. Incredibly responsive hotel staff. Need a few more dining options, but pretty good still.
One of the best hotel in Vegas. They have very good restaurant. All rooms are very good large and clean. The rooms are the best that you will get anywhere in Vegas at that price. They have got the best decorations in premises and you could spend hours within the hotel just clicking photos at various spots. There are lots of trendy restaurants including upscale steak houses, Asian bistros and continental stuff. The variety on offer for the food is just amazing. The room service is simply excellent. The grand canal shoppes are a must visit for anyone coming here, the theme, the ambiance, the food and the gondola rides are just amazing. There is so much more to do here than just playing at the casino. The location of the hotel in the strip is pretty amazing too. You are at the dead center of the strip and very close to the upscale fashion mall. The got many pools to chill out during summers, you cant rent a cabana for a relaxing experience. The spa amenities are excellent too.The greatest thing about this hotel is the party atmosphere, you will see tourists in all kinds of trendy dresses having a blast at all times.
Beautiful hotel and casino. I will definitely be back and enjoy this awesome place. There is a lot to do such as the steakhouse, Paris baguette and in-house shopping mall. Suites are huge and reasonably priced. You can also walk to Venetian via the escalator/elevator or thru the bridge. Well planned and fabulous hotel to stay at while in Las Vegas. Don t think twice and just make it happen. Customer service is awesome. 2 Casinos within the hotel.
I love this hotel! I like that there is great dining and shopping all inside. The hotel rooms are beautiful and spacious! I will definitely return! The "Grand Luxe" and "Smith &Wollensky restaurants are my favorites! Definitely worth a try!!
One of the nicer hotel casinos but with less of a premium than some. Linked to the sands expo making it perfect for shows that use that space. Grand lux cafe case is great for a bite if you're in town !
Hotel was very nice but we experienced multiple issues from unfriendly staff to loud noises coming from our room in the middle of the night with no urgency from staff to resolve it. Not a good experience.
The Palazzo is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful! We have spent our last two anniversaries here and both have been fantastic.
my experience at the Palazzo gets better every-time! i love everything about the hotel. clean, beautiful, friendly and helpful staff. i feel like i m on top of the world whenever i stay! highly recommend if you wanna feel like a queen for your few days in las vegas. no other hotel like it!
Here you won't need to look far for luxury. The view over Vegas is amazing from the higher floors.
I stayed at The Palazzo for 3 nights while attending a conference. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of space to workout in the morning. The service was fantastic, and there were tons of options for shopping and dining. I would definitely stay there again if I had the opportunity.
The rooms are spacious. The casino is clean. The staff was friendly and polite. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
Wow. Last night they cleaned our room and put the sheets on upside down. The tag was sharp. I have a nice cut on my neck.
Extraordinary lodging. Rooms are gigantic and all suites. The restroom is decent and huge and has a television. Separate latrine in a little room. Lobbies are in every case clean and the area is incredible. We generally remain at the Venetian yet like it here better. The pool region is pleasant too.
Beautiful! Room on the 45th floor with gorgeous views and everything on point. 5 star room service and the food was good. Shopping galore
This is a pretty nice hotel. The check-in line was not very long and it moved quickly. It would be nice if there was online check in or self service kiosks like other hotels have though.
The rooms are all suites and are very large with a separate seating area for relaxing. There are power window shades which can be closed from the bed, but they didn t shut all the way so I had to get up and close them myself anyway.
I found the bed and bedding to be very comfortable. I was able to fall asleep quickly and slept well through the night.
The bathroom is very large, there is a full size soaking tub and a shower stall. In here it was clear the the room cleaning could be improved - the vents had a thick coating of dust.
The elevators are in a location where all of the rooms aren t too long of a walk. One of the other hotels I ve stayed at the walk to the elevator from the room was crazy. You do however have to walk though the casino to get from the lobby to the hotel, I think that is to be expected though.
Very nice accommodations, stayed in a nice room almost 950 SQ ft, (used points so it was cheaper) otherwise fairly expensive but comparable to other nice hotel casinos. The room was modern but classy, especially the bathroom suite.
I was lucky enough to get a late check-out for 4pm!! Restaurant selection always seemed busy and needed reservations or a 30+ minute wait. Staff, all the staff was great. I'll definitely return.Nice
Chilled out with waiter service.... perfect. Lovely place
i take 2 showers daily and i got a rude attitude when requesting extra towels over the phone on the second day. explained to housekeeping and they kept me stocked. the room was clean and other than the towel request the customer service was wonderful. casino wasn't the best but very accessible.
Both the Palazzo and the Venetian have some of the nicest hotel rooms you can find on the strip.
Went to the coffee shop and it was wonderful as usual. They have the best servers and the food is always delicious. Might be a little pricey but it is well worth it.
This was our first trip to Vegas, and we will definitely return. It would be difficult to find a place to stay that is as elegant, yet comfortable, as the Palazzo. The entire Venetian complex is amazing.
The suit we were in was beautiful. The tub was huge and the room was very clean and tidy! Needless to say we had a really great time!

We made reservations for pool side in one of the rooms and we paid. When we arrived they wanted to charge us 100 dollars more. Also check in was really late

5 Experience
We went for the spa experience and what an experience it was! Best experience we have ever had at a spa!! Superb customer service and a breath taking facility with all the amenities you could imagine!
Beautiful hotel and rooms. Great service and didn t really expect anything else as I have stayed at the Venetian as well.
Room was awesome, the view was incredible. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Probably the best check in I've experienced the lady was so nice and seemed to go out of her way to make sure we knew what was all around the hotel and answered all the questions we had. Casino was nice downstairs and shops and shows were great. Only complaint is not having any room in the fridge for personal drinks or food and no microwave.
Good experience, safety place, spacious room, the best part the party at the pool
This is a 5 star hotel love the bars, the casino, the restaurants very top notch, the only complaint I have is the amenities in the room, for example i was looking for a kettle to heat some water so that my dad can take his medication, but they didn't have that, called room service said they do not provide that, said room service can bring you water but it will cost you $10, which was outrageous. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels on the strip never experienced this, other than that lovely hotel
So happy with the Palazzo. Been coming to Vegas for 30 years and stayed almost everywhere. The Venetian/Palazzo defied expectations. An amazing room, all suites, plush bed, and I took a photo of the cool tv in the cavernous bathroom with a make up station. Complimentary valet parking, fast, great shops, restaurants, and there was no waiting to check in. I will be back to this destination, for all of the above, and a perfect location on the strip.
The Lux cafe has the best food! A little bit of everything.
Loved it.. great location for our family, solid amenities, nice view and upscale rooms. Recommended.
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice.
Very nice and elegant place to stay. Customer service is excellent.
Great hotel. Great staff. Very clean hotel. You will love this hotel. It is a must place to stay.
Great place to stay in Vegas if you can score a good deal. All their rooms are suites, just like Venetian. I think they recently remodeled the interior because everything looked quite new and different than the Venetian.
We were not staying at this hotel but we played a lot in the casino. Despite having one of the best casinos, a table inspector (his name is Jay) was very rude with us.
After playing for more than 4 hours on the ultimate poker table with a great atmosphere, Jay's duty started (maybe he didn't slept good that night) he shouted on me because I gave an advise to one of the players after the hand ended (not to mention that the player was very happy that I was teaching him since it was his first time on an ultimate poker table). So we all left that table and went to Wynn casino where we stayed until dawn (Wynn casino is amazing btw and they have the best personnel)
This casino is absolutely beautiful. This was the first time here for my wife and I. Good thing is that they are a 5 star hotel with free parking. That's nice. But the best part about this place is inside. They have tons of shops here and a lot of beautiful sculptures and art here. Even the bar is laid out beautifully. I highly recommend this place to locals and tourists especially! Hope this helps!
Very nice room, I do like the venesion More than the palazzo the suite feel more fancy, over all it was good.
You can t go wrong in this luxurious hotel, which is five-star all the way. Impeccable service, solid facility with all large suites, excellent restaurants and spectacular views rule the days here.
Of course, there s a noisy casino to walk through look for other hotels without casinos if you want a peaceful and quiet direct route to your room but here s where the action is on the Vegas Strip, and if you re a smart shopper you can find reasonable rates during slower seasons. Highly recommended!
Love the connection with Venetian, grand canal, etc. Great friendly staff, clean and polished hotel.
Everything was just okay. The service, the casino, the pool, the food, the location all fell a little short of a memorable vacation I would recommend for others.
Beautiful hotel and casino! Crystal was so wonderful and helpful when we checked in! She gave us a guide to the best restaurants nearby and told us her favorites! A very special treat since my wife and I are both celebrating birthdays (2 days apart)!
Very loud party up until 3AM. Pool currently limited access due to quarantine.
We were charged for accommodations not used. They refused to work with us when we disputed it. Not worth the cost that it was. For what it costs to be there, you'd think the service would be better. With so many hotel options on the strip, you'd think they'd value their guests more. This place is a nightmare and I tell everyone I know about what a rip off this place was. Super disappointed.
This is a luxury Italian themed Casino, Hotel and Resort with 3,068 rooms situated on the main Las Vegas Strip. It is very upmarket, has a genuinely classy feel to it, and has plenty of bars, restaurants, etc inside the complex. This hotel was opened in December 2007 so is one of the more modern venues on the strip. The actual casino floor area is about 2.5 acres (close enough to 10,000 square meters. As at August 2019 it is one of only two casinos left in Vegas where Caribbean Stud Poker is still offered.
This hotel is a little bit on the outskirts, but it is amazing! There are so many pools guests can swim from, the shopping center is beautiful, and the restaurants are amazing. The rooms are also really spacious and there are televisions in the bathrooms! The toilet is also in a room on its own so there's more privacy. I can't imagine staying at any other hotel.
Only downside is that their fridge is fully stuffed, so you can't use it to store any foods or drinks that you may have on hand.
Just a great place to be. You can almost not leave the area and have everything you need.
This is still my favorite resort to stay at in Vegas. We go about once every 6 weeks and they always treat us with kindness and respect. The rooms are always perfectly clean and the staff is always courteous.
The casinos at the Palazzo and the Venetian are excellent, both in atmosphere and payouts.
I've stayed at every high end casino resort on the strip and I keep coming back here!
Love this place! It looks amazing! The are a lot of restaurants you can go to and try different dishes from different countries! The staff were all kind, polite and friendly. They make sure that the guest get everything he/she needs. My mom and I love the room! I looks elegant and classy. Complete with amenities and a huge comfort room! We will surely go back here with out other relative when we go back to Las Vegas!
Amazing luxurious hotel room. Loved the front desk staff. Swimming pool could be a bit more cleaner.
Nice clean Casino. The pillows in the room were unforgivingly huge and impossible to sleep on without crippling your neck. Paid $40 for a room service hamburger (no cheese or bacon) that came late. No fridge or coffee maker or tea. Really??
Palazzo is an amazing place with great service, bed used to be so comfy but have a high center now so you seem to sleep in a hole. Could just be this room 46-716. Service is outstanding.
Spent the week here for a work conference. Obviously a very upscale facility all around. With that upscale comes the prices for everything. Room was clean, updated, and spacious. Lost one star for the lack of a usable fridge in the room. Refrigerator is stocked and will charge your room if anything is touched. Also all of the non-refrigerated items are the same. The whole facility is very large and rather disorienting. Overall decent place.
LOVED this hotel! Can I live here please? One of my favourite places I ve ever stayed. Huge room, impeccably clean, amazing decor. I want 2 sinks in my bathroom now. Not crazy expensive for the giant room we had.
Great hotel. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.
Palazzo has a beautiful hotel and casino. It's one of the few places that still has free parking. But play close attention to where you are going and where you have been because, you WILL get lost. Palazzo and the Venetian are connected and it's had to tell where one cuts off and the other begins.
Love the shops here and one of the only places in Las Vegas where you can get free parking.
It's a very neat hotel and beautiful, definitely coming back.
I usually stay at the Venetian but this time, we were booked in the sister casino. They are very similar and high end hotels on the strip. As with most things vegas, expect to pay big $$ for tour stay and convenience of major eateries within walking distance. Tao is great as the other fine restaurants inside. Still no coffee pot in the room and after a night of partying this is sorely needed. When walking to sands expo hall, you don't have to go outside. Pools are nice amd they are adding or refurbishing a new one too.
Absolutely incredible!!! Check in was awesome, pool was great and the staff were incredible!.
Came here to check out the casino and have some fun. It was very, very quiet for a weeknight but I ended up finding a $10 blackjack table (6/5 :\) and the players I met were awesome and the dealer was helpful and friendly to new players. Unfortunately Palazzo loses a star because the drink service was very slow and they took out their Sicbo table, which was the main reason I came here to play.
Great hotel! I stayed here and it was amazing. It was clean and nice and I loved it! If you ever come to Vegas stay here.
AMAZING, AMAZING & AMAZING! Pricey, but was well worth it. The rooms are huge, clean & friendly staff. Highly recommend a stay here.
