Moving on to the food, my friend ordered the linguine alle vongole and I ordered the pappardelle al ragu bolognese. Both were just amazing. It was very flavorful, rich, and fresh. The portions are also fair. For desert, we ordered cheesecake. It wasn't like any other cheesecake I've tried. It was oddly different yet still tasted good! Love the fruits it came with as it complements the cake.

food is delicious, the vibes in the restaurant is great, too. The price is a bit expensive, still a great place to have meal.
The food is delicious, the atmosphere is good, but the price is not expensive.
Checkout must be psychologically prepared. A meal, a glass of wine + tips + consumption tax is about 1568 TWD.

it was a breathtaking moment as I walked in from a creepy looking alley.. its literally a pink door.. beautiful view, great customer service and the food is just amazing... I regret not taking more pictures but the food was so good I forgot all about my phone... highly recommended..

Had a great time at this place, it was really busy, but the waitstaff was very nice. I have dietary restrictions and they are very accommodating. The atmosphere is really cool, I hear they have shows here but we finished our meal before it started. Finding the place is a little tough, it's just the pink door, no real sign. The food was really great.

Such a fun place! As soon as you walk in you feel transported to somewhere magical. We grabbed drinks at the bar while we waited for our table. I highly recommend their Fig Hot Toddy! We had the bagna cauda as a starter and were blown away by the unique flavors. For dinner we had the lasagna and cioppino which were both absolutely delicious. Definitely make a reservation weeks ahead of time!

My expectations were not met. All in all a great evening with fantastic good and entertainment. The premium charged and what was delivered are to different stories. First, if your buying tickets to the entertainment look at the date your buying. It's likely a month in advance and difficult to see. Second, while wine by the bottle is the most cost effective of there are only two of you management will cut you off after one bottle... The performers are original and greatly received. I think for the location and cover charge they should be off a higher caliber. Keep the openness and inclusivity, get more professional acts.

Best dining experience we had in Seattle. Excellent Italian cuisine based on simple fresh ingredients masterfully combined. We began with their Everything Green Salad, which was both beautiful and delicious. The Linguine Alle Vongole rivaled our favorite version in Rome, though this one included some pancetta, an interesting addition. The special Halibut was perfect with a medley of fresh vegetables and polenta. We look forward to returning next trip!

We did not have the chance to try this venue out. When trying to inquire about making a reservation for NYE dinner, they were rude and dismissive on their responses over email. They prompted me to call to their number and talk to the Floor Manager. He was again rude and certainly did not want my business when responding "Ma'am I have a long line of people waiting and I cannot spend the time talking with you on the phone. You are obviously not happy (after I told him how rude he was) and you should not come here". Bad customer service. They definitely lost my business.

This place is something else! The food is amazing. Best Italian food around. All inhouse fresh and delicious. I can't wait to go back. Great food and entertainment. Stop by, you will be happy you did.

The Pink Door lasagna was the best I ve tasted. James was attentive waiter. Coffee was great. Next time though I will make reservations to be in the back room next to the windows or outdoors.

Amazing restaurant, had to wait 45 minutes for a desk available but food and service are great. Through the door is literally a small pink door, it's so low profile that I walk right pass it the first time

For appetizers we had the antipasto plate, which was great, and the squid, which was ok but no super flavorful. I ordered a pasta with meatballs and sausage entree that was also very good. Overall a good meal, and the acrobat was fun to watch.

Worst and humiliated experience ever

Worst and humiliated experience ever
I went there on a business trip from Germany as the reviews were fantastic on a Saturday. Because all tables were taken I sat at the bar and ordered a glass of wine for a start and read through the menu in peace.
When asked for my ID I showed my German ID which they said they cannot accept as a valid form of ID. The only way I could prove I was 29 was if I had my passport with me, which I left in the hotel safe.
I was then told this ID doesn't prove anything and it would be Washington state law and therefore I have to leave the bar immediately and since they didn't have a table I needed to leave the restaurant. Even worse they came with an entire team to make me move...
I have never been more humiliated in my entire life and this is just pure unfair for international citizens.

Really if your in Seattle this is a must. I absolutely love this place. When I pass through I always make a point to go here. The cioppino is by far the best I have ever had. Even better than anywhere in San Francisco. And the drinks they come up with, just try them you will not regret.

Love, love this place. Good thing I don't visit Seattle too often or I would be at brunch and dinner so often they would know me well. The atmosphere is lush and quirky, almost baroque/burlesque and in fact they have burlesque dancing and aerial acrobats, live music to listen to many nights, a cabaret night. The restaurant looks small when you enter, like a small cabaret place, however there is a back entrance to a large room with windows facing the water. The chandeliers and art are mesmerizing. The food exquisite. Save room for their Strawberry Pavlova, heavenly, orgasmic, divine. I couldn't speak. Their house lasagna is very good and vegetarian so will suit those who don't want meat. I can't seem to stop ordering it. However, the selection will leave you torn, many great options. Did I mention I am heading back there in 3 weeks!

Excellent Italian restaurant with good wine menu. Staff is extremely friendly, it has both sea view and live band everyday from 8pm. Vegetarian lasagne is great. My favorite is their cheese platter.

We went there for a nice dinner and wasn t disappointed. The seafood was delicious, the scallops are on the main menu and are definitely the go-to. Whole fish was on the specials and tasted very fresh. Salsa verde they serve it with was a bit strange tasting. Gnocchi that come with the scallops didn t look like gnocchi at all but nonetheless tasted good. Carrot sauce was a nice compliment to the scallops.
The Italian cheese place was underwhelming, I wouldn t recommend it. Wine by the glass selection could ve been more extensive. No rose by the glass at all.
Our server was very nice and attentive, as well as the bartenders.

Great atmosphere! The food was delicious! I had the winter risotto with butternut squash, so good. We had lemon zippolis for dessert. It paired excellent with the raspberry sauce. I went on a Monday night and made reservations weeks in advance. I came to Seattle for vacation and made sure I got this place in on my itinerary. Check their website for the nightly entertainment specials. On mondays they have an aerial act.

A very cute restaurant that is hidden if you weren't looking for it. The service is nice and the food is amazing. Great Italian food. The spaghetti & the Bolognese were both delicious. The creme soda was a little disappointing. Other than that, I have no real gripe with this restaurant.

Pros:
- Romantic
- Friendly service
- Plenty of seats

Cons:
- Price

The Ahi to start was amazing. We also ordered the cheese plate and the bruschetta, both of which were wonderful. My daughter had the rigatoni with the eggplant which she enjoyed. I have the salmon special which was fantastic. And my littlest had the three meatballs and sauce. Service was impeccable.

Great place for a date night. Excellent food in a unique environment. The aerialist was great. The casarecce and lasagna were so good. We splurged on the Caesar with fresh dungeness as a starter and it was well worth it.

Here is where the tourists must come, and I agree that if you are coming to Seattle for the first time, it is a good choice to come to this restaurant. In addition to the meal is not bad, sitting on the window can also see the lake view, I really recommend visiting the pike place market in the morning to come here for lunch.

This is a difficult review- we have very mixed feelings. The atmosphere was great. The menu and drink selection was on point. Our service is where things took a turn. We want to give credit to the hostesses and bartenders- they were friendly and attentive- however, our waitress was terrible. She was not friendly or enthusiastic. She did the bare minimum as far as serving goes. Unfortunate because we were really looking forward to our dinner here!

This spot is delectable! The lasagna is incredible. I likewise had clams, the fish tartar and some different applications. All stunning. The view is extremely lovely and notwithstanding discovering this spot is an adorable affair - locate the pink entryway in the back street. One of a kind within and great sustenance and administration.

My boyfriend and I have just moved in together, so we needed a nice evening meal. Christine was able to serve us as quickly as she could, and politely asked if the food was just going to be split between us. The wait was not long to be seated, nor served. We did feel a little bad about coming so close to close, however her service was superior.

The restaurant was good! The food was reasonably priced across the the gambit of menu options no matter the antrey. So you want seafood, then seafood price is what you'll pay fairly. If you want pasta then you won't be gouged with seafood price. The drinks were exceptional! We recieved good service in alignment with my expectations for the reputation of the reseraunt. The entertainment was dull for the atmosphere, because we couldn't hear it.
The location is fabulous and we had a blast in the alley waiting for our reservation!

Food was incredible. Was a fun adventure finding this place as well! Who knew you would have to look for a pink door to enter the pink door restaurant. Highly recommend making a reservation as it was very busy. Atmosphere was awesome, service was top notch, and food was fabulous.

What a great venue and wonderful food. The cheese board was a great start to our meal. I had the lamb and was very impressed with the flavor and tenderness; fall off the bone delicious. The scallops were perfectly cooked, delicate, and flavorful. The drinks were reasonable and we'll made. And the show, what a hoot!

A pink door without signs or signs allows you to enter a huge and fantastic restaurant! Great food of Italian origin. Excellent service and a frendly wine list. It's a must see! Do not let to go!

Visiting from out of town and no reservations were available. We were told to arrive at 5 to get on the waiting list. Arrived around 5:15 and were able to get a seat. Even if we had to wait, it would have been worth it! The food and service was fantastic.

I ambled upon this place Saturday night just what the doctor ordered! The view spectacular the people even better! Their staff has a contagious warmth. I was dinning alone and my waiter Terrance was so kind and told me about the sculpture garden on Pier 70. Food was delicious: I had a carrot ricotta dish that was a savory dessert and an amazing squid ink seafood pasta. The bartender charged my phone so mins and very cool. Thank you!

FIRST TO NOTE ** THEY WILL NOT SPLIT CHECKS with your party even when you are spending $500+! So if you are planning on going with a group of people, plan ahead, make sure everyone has venmo, cash or something to send their share or one person out of the group might get stuck with a big bill at the end of the night.**AUTOMATIC GRATUITY ADDED BEFORE YOU GET THE BILL- They automatically add gratuity, I understand why in some places but in this case I don t agree with it. Our service was not that great and that s what happens when a server is already guaranteed that extra %. Servers don t provide their best service when places do this, rooky mistake by the Pink door. When you are in an establishment spending $100 s on tickets for a group for the show followed by $500+ on dinner for a group, being there for over 3 hours and having not that good of a server makes you NOT want to go back. Our server that night was Hayley H. as printed on the receipt. *THE SHOW: I ve been hearing about The Pink Door ever since I moved to Washington back in 2003. I m happy I finally got to see the show and have dinner here this past Saturday but with that said I ve seen it and I m NOT IN A RUSH TO GO BACK. It s interesting, and a total Seattle thing but not worth all of the hype. The pace of the show is a little slow and there is a lot of wasted time between acts. There is so much talent in Seattle I know The Pink door can come up with so much more than what was given Saturday night. I do like however that they ask that there are no photos or videos taken to try to get more people engaged in the show but I also think they do that so people can t post videos of how slow and uninteresting the show actually is. I would explain the show as slow performance art with an odd burlesque freak show twist. Not as cool as it sounds. Something I think you should see but for half of what it costs you here. THE ENTRANCE: The entrance is literally a pink door in an alleyway. I love that they kept that feature of this venue. If they say doors open at 9:30pm that s when you can be seated. No earlier. We went early thinking we could get started on drinks and we were told no. So we had to go back out to the alleyway and get in line. A couple of us stayed in line while the rest of us went across the alley to grab a glass of wine. Seating is first come first serve and since we had a party of 6 we wanted to make sure we were early to get a big enough table so we were one of the first people in line. Our table was against the wall to the right of the stage I would say we all had a good view besides 2 of us against the wall. Would have rather come in a little later to get a center table to get a good view of the stage and acts.

Very nice place to eat. It's fun and the food tastes amazing! The staff is very good at keeping everything going, they will replace the coals and griddle without you even having to mention it. It's one of the best places to eat in this city. We will definitely come back soon and recommend the restaurant to my friends and family.
