Husband took me out for mother s day Teds in Okc wrong decision! Wrong time food was barely warm customer service sucked no suggestive selling? Only thing he ask when he brought chips and salsa out was if we wanted tortillas customer service when we ve visited Ted s in other places food amazing, customer service off the chain, it was money wasted!!! still paid our ticket and still tipped cause it s what we do. Informed the manager he looked crazy eyes glazed over and speech slurred as if he had been at the bar. Yeah Okc Teds 300 Outlet Shoppes Dr I won t be back there!

Why won't Ted's serve tea with an orange slice? Not everyone wants lemon. We can't do that, or the oranges are only for the bar. Really!!!!!!!!

If I could put zero stars I would I went to the Ted s Escondido in Del City. I stood there for 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me wanting to place an order and when I got hone with my order half my stuff was missing. I went back and spoke to the manager he acted like it was my fault and never received an apology despite spending a lot of money on my order. Ted s has gone down hill since they sold the business to a corporation. I will never go there again!!!
