Amazing food the service is top notch. The show was very fun to watch. The food. What can I say about the food! Man was the food amazing from the appetizers to the dessert couldn't have been any better! I will forsure be a repeat customer!
Every dish was spot on, the wine was well paired, and desert scrumptous.
This was one of the best and most interesting dining experiences I've ever had. The food was excellent (I had the frontega cheese balls & pesto lasagna). The servers were extremely courteous and helpful. The decor and general ambiance was fascinating (there's something of a circus theme), and there was a cellist playing beautiful, atmospheric music.
Best Italian restaurant I've been too ever I at 11 yr old went to iron pot in SF
and had a crab & shrimp souffle this place rocks bar mix master is so on point
Excellent experience, great live music. There are actually two areas. The one in the front is a nice lounge and bar with live music (see the website for their rotating schedule). In the back there is a fairly large restaurant area. Cocktails are nice and creative without being cheap on the alcohol. All and all not cheap but you get a very nice experience for it!
Fantastic seafood!! Be sure to make a reservation :)
Absolutely Amazing, Elegant, Delicious, Friendly Knowledgeable Staff. Fantastic!
First trip to Seattle- this place was a great choice for dinner on our first night in town. Lasagna was fantastic, and the meat and cheese plate was amazing. Great choice.
Great place to dine. Great place to take your date. Food was amazing. My girlfriend and I had a great time except for the huge group behind us started banging the table and yelling very loud. That made us extremely uncomfortable. Other than that it's a great restaurant.
Enjoyed my lunch-time, I thought the menu seems a little old-fashioned but my 'everything green' salad was top notch. View from the outdoor deck here is the big draw for me here.
Reserved a table 2 weeks in advance, requested a view, and ate dinner overlooking the bay! Great service, great food, best gnocchi I ve ever had.
Amazing food with a beautiful atmosphere and terrific service.
The fancy garlic bread was tasty and toasty- perfect pairing to the fabulous meatballs. But the linguine w clams were just okay and the hyped up Caesar wasn t anything special...
My bf and I really enjoyed their lasagna and pork shank osso bocu until later in the night when we were home and realized we had food poisoning. No doubt the food looked and tasted great, but something about the quality of the food (or cleanliness) was off. We were sick for almost two days. This may have not happened to others, but it sure happened to us and it's worth warning others about.
Had an amazing birthday dinner on a warm, summer evening. The views are sweeping, the remodel is gorgeous, and the food is delightful. Overall a wonderful night!
SO good and totally worth the hype. Definitely get a reservation though and try to get one near a window. We had the watermelon margs and they were absolutely bomb! Service was excellent. Overall a fantastic experience.
Starting up, the receptionist was kind and hospitable, servers are also well versed
Views, italian food, special performances. Be sure to look for their peach door (very small signage) in the Post Alley.
Expensive hard to find staff the best food is outstanding
The food, drinks, and atmosphere, are really great.
Everytime I go to Seattle I have to pay a visit to the Pink Door. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is friendly and professional. Love the pink door!!!
Beautiful patio on a spectacular Washington day! The Pink Door is a mid priced Italian restaurant with a great wine list and food. Entrees range from $16-$30, appetizers are in the $8-$15 range and glasses are $10+ with bottles $35+. A good date night would run you around $100 with tip.
The Pink Door manages to avoid being a tourist trap in the midst of one of Seattle s biggest tourist spots (Pike Place). The food is DELICIOUS! We have been twice now and both times had great experiences!
I would recommend Pink Door! Reservations can be difficult if you don t plan ahead, so try going during an off time and walking in should be no issue.
Awesome place for dinner.
For a quieter and formal experience make sure to make reservations to sit in the main dining area (coming down the stairs from the main entrance it has a bit of a speakeasy or Cabaret feel).
There is also a more casual and festive bar and and dining area on the other side of the restaurant - often with live music and other acts. There's plenty of outdoor seating during the warmer months with fantastic views of Puget Sound and is a great place to have a relaxed dinner with friends as well.
Cute little Italian restaurant at pokes place marketplace. I would recommend booking reservations several weeks in advance or going early.
The remodeled bar is great, much larger. Food and service were good.
Absolutely love this place. Beautiful view, great food and ambiance.
The pink door is a great place , I come here last week and I had the crab corn risotto and it was very good.
We loved every bite! The ahi tuna was seasoned to perfection (appetizer), the vegetarian lasagna was absolutely delicious, and the clam linguini was full of delicious clams! We walked in without a reservation at 530 and were promptly seated with a window view (outdoor not available). You would most likely need a reservation for outdoor seating on a beautiful evening. The waitress and hostess were very kind and helpful.
Very good Italian food. Good atmosphere with view of Pike Market.
A Seattle favorite! The lasagna is the best I ve ever had and I m not a lasagna person normally. Great service as well!
Oh man. What a fun and excellent place to be. Dinner is stunning and delicious. Entertainment is delightful. Service is superior!
Very good kitchen in the famous bar area with sun terrace. As you can easily see on the pictures it was delicious.
Decor is eclectic, food memorable, service polite and ambiance boisterous
FUN! It was an adventure finding the entrance as it's not really marked. It was literally a pink door off an alley.
Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! Excellent food and even better desserts!
By far my favorite resturaunt in Seattle alone. Words cannot Express how much I like this place.
We had the most amazing experience once we found the pink door. The food was superb, our server Evan made our experience so enjoyable and the icing on the cake was Tonya the aerialist who entertained us with her beautiful performances throughout our Monday night meal! HIGHLY recommend!!!
One of my favorite things to do when taking out-of-town guests to the market and waterfront area is to end the evening at the Pink Door for drinks, a light late dinner or dessert and to do it on their outdoor patio with it's twinkling lights and view of Puget Sound. Their food is good and the service staff are efficient and friendly so it is a good place to go whether you sit inside or outside. I highly recommend this place.
Food like your Italian Grandma would make! Fresh ingredients, well prepared and fun, friendly staff.
Food was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff is friendly and attended to us quickly.
Charming place with excellent food and very reasonable prices - loved the Rigatoni with Italian sausage and Nutella chocolate cheesecake!
Excellent service and phenomenal food!! Highly recommend!! Even if in town for a short time it is worth going!!
Amazing atmosphere, wonderful food. Seattle staple! Must try their lasagna. Definitely try to make reservations in advance if you can.
Yum! Such good pasta! We loved it so much we went there twice while visiting from out of town!
Definetly a nice place to take someone who is new to Seattle. Very pleasant ambiance, often live music.
Had their Risotto yesterday. It was ok but nothing special. It seemed to dry for my liking. Never saw any burlesque & calling The Pink Door the best roof top bar in Seattle seems very American. I call it a ok Italian restaurant and thats it.
Great food, would recommend. A little bit hard to find. No signs in the alley
Great views on a nice day, if the deck is open and you can get there before it fills up. Lives up to the hype.
Whoever saying food is great is lying. Food was terrible. Service was mediocre and seafood with tomatoe broth and got mainly broth. It had 3 shrimp and eight muscle and few little clams. Pasta with clam had no taste. Will never come back.
Absolutely, loved the food! Super delicious! They have a roased garlic appetizer, that was amazing! I had this twisted noodle and eggplant dish, highlly reccomend! Friendly staff, and super helpful! Definitely would come again.
Absolutely fantastic!
Back in NL I tell a lot of my patients about the special experience in this restaurant. Five stars do not say enough about the perfect service, the tasteful decor and the welcome feel. The food is carefully prepared, of good quality, beautifully made and very tasty. Without exaggeration you feel that you are welcome and that the team of employees are happy that you are there. It is a kind of coming home, thanks for this !!
Ordered Lasagna as my main course, it was overbaked dry and I didn't like the taste of the cheese(I think I taste goat milk, which I need to keep out of my diet), so I kindly asked the server. He arrogantly dismissed my complain addressing that the restaurant is popular and they sell hundreds and thousands serves of Lasagna every week, so it's my own problem. My friend ordered some drink that she didn't like, and was also treated rudely. Very disappointed with the service, and food, but mostly service. Well it's located at Pike Place, they really don't care about customer satisfiction cuz tourist will keep coming. sigh.
Great date place, great views, great spinach lasagna.
Surprisingly, this is also one of local s fav spots to go as well, but for the late nights. We usually go on Tuesdays when they have a lovely band playing live music, and me and my friends would continue cocktails & live music at IL Bistro, just a few steps up from the Pink Door. :)
