Very International , eclectic decor. The outside patio is very nice ! The All American burger is one of our favorites. I really like their black bean soup especially when it has a hint of heat.
The dessert counter calls to us everytime we're there.

Atmosphere is beautiful and food was delicious but the service left a LOT to be desired. We waited 15 minutes for a table which was fine but we weren't told the kitchen closes from 11-11:30 so we had to wait 25 minutes to be able to order anything after waiting 15 minutes to be seated. Appetizer showed up less than a minute before entrees and ths server didnt check back until we were done eating. When we mentioned the issue with the app, she didn't apologize or even acknowledge the comment. While the food and atmosphere were great it was an overall disappointment from the staff.

First time here and last. I was extremely disappointed on the food and customer service. The food was fair but confusing, I was waiting for better food since most reviews are 5 stars. Getting any attention from a waitress or waiter was a challenge, I lost count of how many times I ask for coffee or the bill. It s a beautiful place to past time, this may be why there are so many good reviews.

Cute place, large menu selection, quick service while we were there. The food was good, but didn't seem like anything special. I had the curry flatbread and my friend had the ravioli, so maybe we just weren't adventurous enough.

Great for dinner or dessert and coffee. Service is a hit or miss. When you get great service asked to be seated in servers area when you go back.
I love the outdoor seating.

Fun ambiance, great outdoor seating options. Varied brunch menu with international cuisine and creative spins on American classics and many sweet or savory options. Can be a long wait on weekends, line gets smaller after 2p.

I ordered the Eggs Tower for breakfast on Sunday. It's their version of eggs Benedict. It comes with tomato which I asked to substitute for avocado (costs extra). I thoroughly enjoyed it and the crispy potatoes on the side. Coffee wasn't my favorite, but the service was great.

Outdoor seating in the middle of a small forest. Sit with your back to the fountain and you're by a waterfall! Or indoor seating if you aren't a nature enthusiast. The Thai steak salad is exceptionally good! A terrific place!

Having lived and worked in Sacramento for almost eleven years, I would pass by here often, mostly prior to showtime at the movie theatre. It was perpetually crowded with many people waiting for tables. I detest that with a passion. So when we recently came to catch a show but had mistaken the time and had a layover of an hour or more. We noticed that the place was curiously not busy and figured, "What the heck? Let's finally try it!" Boy, what we were missing all these years. At any rate we were very pleased with the food (surprisingly large portions), the attentiveness of our server and the outdoor courtyard seating. Definitely worth future visits, even if waiting to get in s required!

Great breakfast spot!! Ample parking and easy to navigate to. The outside dining area is absolutely gorgeous; the inside decor is eclectic and busy but the over atmosphere is nice. The breakfast menu has a variety of options, but only a couple traditional items. If you are going on Sunday, expect it to be super busy. The restaurant was packed and we were quoted a 30-40 minute wait, but I think we only waited 10 minutes or so. All of our food was delivered quickly and tasty. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience and would probably return.

Definitely a must go place, sit, relax, have lunch or some drinks. Inside or outside seating is recommended, depends on your mood. Inside worldwide variation of decor and out side seating, garden while enjoying the Sac view. Awesome, tasty food and variety of drinks, teas and more.

Delicious food, good drinks. I love this place for brunch, but unfortunately many of the locals do, so the lines are insane on weekends. It's worth the wait though, especially if you sit outside! But even the inside decor is wonderful; the Tower is full of amazing weird decorations.

Enjoyed it, good portion of food, my only grip is that we are packed in there. Can't really have an intimate conversation with a bunch of ears listening. Not purposely but tables are so close that you can't help it. Staff was great..just the right amount of attention.

Edward is the best server, atmosphere is the best any where , menu selection is superb, and the quality of the food is second only to the garden and decor of the establishment. What blessing seeing the ad in the Sacramento Visitors guide.

Wonderfully executed cuisine that is bursting with flavors without being salty or greasy. Outside seating is very enjoyable and the inside decor provides a lot for the eyes to look at. Very professional and courteous staff. Prices are not cheap, but you get what you pay for at Tower Cafe! Highly recommended.

Forever a favorite!! If you can't find something on the menu to tempt you then you just aren't hungry. There are A LOT of choices and most are unique fare from all over the world. It's all good! The desserts are mindblowing. Brunch is amazing-- they make a thick custard-y french toast that will ruin it for you anywhere else. Super cool interior. Service is usually spot-on, but sometimes they can frustrate you, mostly only at lunchtime though.

The seasonal frenzy toast was delicious. Their chilaquiles were delicious despite looking more like nachos. The mole was really good. The place its self is beautifully decorated. Very colorful and inviting

Offers a variety of world inspired foods, but the best reason to come here it is the amazing custard French toast which is truly unique and out of this world. Watch out for the long lines on weekend mornings

Got the Kingston Pulled Pork Sandwich (relatively new to menu). It was decent. Next time I would go with the Irish Beef Stew. If you see the Salmon Nicoise salad on their daily specials you have to get it. It's delicious. As always, beautiful and intimate atmosphere, especially if you're dining outside. There are heaters outdoors for chilly winter days/nights.

Interesting, eclectic environment. Split a full order of their famous french toast with another person and it was plenty of food. Very custardy and delicious! Will be back to try more items on their large menu.

What a fun spot for any meal! Enjoy the beautiful garden if the weather's nice, or make an attempt at taking in everything there is to see indoors. Seriously, the decor is bananas. Food here is extremely delicious, and a bit off the beaten path without losing approachability. There's something here to appeal to just about any palate. Perfect for your quirky in-laws or hipster brunch crew.

Tower is my absolute favorite restaurant in Sacramento. Their menu never disappoints. They have one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I have ever had, their French toast is amazing, but the best thing on the menu is their Texasia steak dinner. Strip steak marinated in plum sauce and other Asian flavors is out of this world. I have yet to have a bad meal there.

My absolute favorite place to go when I visit Sacramento!
The food is amazing. The atmosphere fun and eclectic. Prices reasonable. Service excellent! What more can I say? Definitely check it out!

Surprisingly enough, we were able to get seating here. The food was very good, however, the main attraction is the atmosphere. A gorgeous place to eat with a great deal to look at. Parking is interesting, but to be expected.

Beautiful setting indoors and out. Heated patio with garden setting and fountains. Unique take on Asian and Spanish dishes. French fries with dipping sauces was a good start. Large portions. Green curry chicken was very good but the chicken itself was not tender. Service was very good.

I stopped by to meet up with a friend before going to a club to see a band play. I'm only giving 3 stars because I didn't eat or drink anything there, so I really can't rate this establishment.

Listen. I mean for brunch, not so great. I don't even understand why the long line when we have SO MANY options in Sacramento!!!! Their Thai steak salad though... I am salivating just typing about it! However, I am not willing to wait in line for something basic. From tower to bacon and butter, I'll go to iron grill on Broadway ANY DAY!!!
