Prices have gone up but great food. Service was okay.

I've been dreaming about their french toast since eating there a couple months back. Thinking about driving a couple hours just to have it again...

One of my favorite spots to eat on the weekends. I'll come here after I see a movie in the theater. It's pretty to sit outside on nice days and the inside is just as exciting! I love the Tower monte cristo and if I'm able to come in the mornings I'll get the huevo rancheros. The service is good and the people who work here are polite. Tower Cafe is a must if you're visiting Sacramento!

The ambience is what you are paying for because the food is less than impressive.

Great restaurant with friendly staff and awesome chefs. Very beautiful outside seating as well as an incredible interior design. Make sure to get there early.

Enchiladas and cilantro rice was exceptionally gourmet at dinner. Interior has a nicer ethnic ambiance with tile work, elephant base table,etc. Pricey but every bite made it worthwhile.

Arrived at six, it was not packed. I will be back with my coworkers. It has an awesome feel to it. Food and feeling reminds me of Kansas City.

I have been going here for about 30 yrs and enjoyed the cuisine and atmosphere. The outside area is fantastic with a live canopy and gardens surrounding. This is located where Tower Record started and ended! History, Cuisine, and Atmosphere all in one place!!

Fun atmosphere, gets crowed for lunch even on weekdays, you'll probably have to wait for a table.

This place has amazing food. Anytime I m in Sacramento I m sure to stop by and enjoy their delicious food. The restaurant has a distinct atmosphere.

I absolutely love the place. It has a very special and unique menu, interesting drinks, and scrumptious desserts. But best of all is the atmosphere. It's very difficult to describe, but it's wonderful and the patio is very relaxing.

I eat in this lovely spot quite often! This is the best place to grab a bite. I visit this spot at least once a month. The cooking is very good, the crew is professional and the charge is decent. I enjoy eating in this restaurant to have a rich lunch.

I had their fish and chips and it was some of the best that I have ever had. Panko breaded it was lite and crisp. The fish were big pieces - you had much more fish than breading. Made me wish I lived closer to Sacramento. The art and patio area makes for a great dining experience

Food: they have a array of global inspired dishes dishes. Tower Cafe would be a great place to go with a group because they have so much variety to choose from for varying taste buds.

Some of our favorites: Famous French Toast (must order item!!), Thai Green Curry, Thai Steak Salad, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Malaysian Pita Bread, Korean Fried Chicken, Jambalaya, Monte Cristo.

Drink favorite: Monte Blanc With 2 add shots

SERVICE: very good! they are quick and courteous. At times when it s busy there is a 15-30min wait, but it s organized. There are some chairs outside to sit while you wait.

Ambiance: other than the food itself, this place is beautiful. Like the food, the decor is global inspired from various countries: including plants, paintings, statues from all over the world. This place would be great for a date. They have an out door sitting area and u can sit under a canopy of various plants and trees. When it s cold, they have heat laps to keep you comfortable while you eat.

A charming place to visit, the food is fantastic and desserts are delicous. Adorned with art and furniture from around the world. Eating in the patio is even more fun as it looks as if you're in a jungle. Highly reccomend for someone looking for a fun place to dine!

Easily one of the best restaurants in Sacramento area and a must try place. I love Piag s Steak and basically everything is great. The food tastes amazing and the food quality and taste are very consistent. The menu is large and they have all kinds of different types of foods foods. Great casual dining, great food, great service, you simply can t go wrong. You must try this place now or you will regret not trying it earlier.

What a cool spot! Definitely a gem and something very unique in Sacramento. So many flavors and world influences in their cuisine. There's something for everyone's taste buds on the menu. It will definitely be a place I keep coming back to over time. The outdoor seating area is also something that really must be experienced. Words will not do it justice.

We were told by a local about this place and we were excited to try. As we were turning into the parking the lot, a silver mustang, later found out to be the OWNER! Totally cut us off to beat us into the parking lot. He was behind us and apparently I was driving too slow for him so he sped up to get in front of me to turn into the same exact parking lot!! Like are you kidding me? Very uncool as I had to slam my brakes to avoid hitting him. In return I did flip him off but he harassed 3 of us in front of everybody outside in the restaurant. He was yelling at me, I'm a girl. He continued to shout I'm the owner and you owe me an apology (when he cut me off), if you think you're going to eat you are wrong babe! He continued to call me babe after I told him to stop and we were leaving and he followed us out. Very unnecessary to continue to follow us out after we were already leaving. He got into my face and spit his gum out at me. THIS WAS THE OWNER! I'm completely horrified. All because I hurt his feelings by flipping him off.

Lovely spot. Great decorations tasty food friendly service. Definitely plan to return!

I give this spot a thumbs up. The service was very welcoming and observant. The bill was decent. Reminds me of a place in New York I loved to visit.

Oh exactly how let down I am with my recent experience right here. This is a place I can constantly trust to offer me a great time and also excellent food. I ordered Poh pia their vegan egg rolls, they came out hot as well as looked good. Till we saw an item of what appeared like string. My buddy began plucking it and it was probably 6 inches long and indeed it was a piece of white string. We told the server and also she proceeded to claim it has to be a rice noodle and just how those are baked inside and we claimed all right. It's a nice kick back hidden gem. I like to go here when friends visit Sacramento. I've never just gone there for no reason (like i would a Denny's) the atmosphere is very nice, and there is representation from many cultures there. I just feel cramped some times. cheers.

I ll always have a soft spot for this place. The food is good comfort food and their desserts are quite good.
