Everything we had was spectacular! I can't wait to go back.

Wait was a little long, outdoor seating area was pretty cramped but the food was superb! Had the egg tower, to die for!

Amazing brunch place! Unique and cultured atmosphere with a fun outdoor patio seating! Beautifully and worldly decorated! I take all of my out of town visitors here for breakfast and brunch and they rave about the famous french toast! Tower theatre next door makes for a fun Sunday movie!

Cool locale. Exotic food...good for others, but I stick with the burger.

It's the first time I had their huevos rancheros. It wasn't anything special. The whole dish quality would be on par with IHOP or another fast food restaurant. I give this place low Mark's because the volume of people waiting makes me think that I'm going to be eating something special. Not the case here.

The food is always Delicious!! Very different dining environment (outdoor patio)so purdy.

The food was good ( had fish & chips). Menu is more to the spicy side which I'm not a fan of. Busy but comfortable. They have outside dining. D'angelo was our server and he was terrific.

Beautiful outdoor seating, lovely indoor atmosphere, and the food is amazing! I can never pass up the Famous French Toast soaked in custard. Tower Cafe is a must visit.

Awesome cafe. Eclectic, stimulating and tasty food to boot!

We had a great experience! From the service to the food, we enjoyed everything. My husband tried the Mexicali breakfast burrito and I tried the chorizo con huevos. While I tasted both, I preferred the chorizo con huevos. We took a look at the desserts, didn't try any but can't wait to go back for dinner and try one or two!

Incredible ambience, great food, excellent bar. Awesome for brunch, so there's usually a wait, but you can get a drink and sit in the garden route you wait.

Food is good but not great. Very festive and good vibes. The menu is too eclectic and needs more focus.

Wonderful if your not in a hurry. Food, service, and atmosphere are excellent. A great place to linger over a meal with a friend or sweetheart. Wander over to the desert counter. Their carrot cake in so good that all carrot cakes I eat are compared to it. Few come close.

Budin Azteca was unearthly, tower linguine ok. Service great.

We have been going to the Tower Cafe since it opened. We've had breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night desserts. All good. Such a great menu. Outside patio is super. What's not to love about the Tower Cafe.

The Chinese Chicken salad and Thai Steak salad are some of the best salads I've ever had. All the dishes are over $10 so it's not the cheapest restaurant in Sacramento but definitely worth the price in my opinion. I love the decor because it's super random and colorful and there's plenty of parking.

The Tower Cafe has good food, however, do not order take out on a busy day. If you must order take out call ahead and do not order the creme brulee. The wait was long and awkward with no where to sit. At some point I was forgotten and when they did remember me my food was placed on the counter and I was forgotten again. I wasn't sure whether or not to take the food and go or wait. I'm glad I waited other wise I would have forgotten the creme brulee. In hindsight it would have been ok to leave the desert behind, but I already paid for it. The creme brulee was scooped out of a dish which would have been fine if it wasn't haphazardly thrown in a to go container. While the flavor was good it did not look at all appetizing. Dine in at the Tower Cafe. Do not order take out.

I love this place, this place is like food around the world, once a while they change up the menu. Delish food, worth the prices and going there is fun because you can look around and see different there in the restaurant, they have outdoor dining too. The workers are friendly too.

Excellent place to eat. Very interesting inside. Something from every culture around the world is up on there walls. Colorful & just amazing. Outdoor patio like a island jungle atmosphere.

Delicious food! The atmosphere is incredible and calming. I think a definite must when in the Sacramento area.

Food was good but they will not get you ranch for your French fries never been to a restaurant that will not give you ranch for whatever it is you ask for it.

One of the most interesting & uniquely decorated restaurants in the greater Sac. area. Also very lush & shady if you opt fot outdoor seating. Plenty of portable outdoor heaters for comfortable nighttime dining outside too.

Best breakfast ever in town visiting from Sausalito and this my favorite place to have breakfast

They have pretty much everything, are open pretty late, and have great desserts. Don't go here if you want the best for lunch or dinner, but it's sure to satisfy everyone should you have a big group. The desserts really are good though, and the atmosphere is neat

If your have time to spare near downtown Sacramento, this is a must stop. Food is decent, typically American-Mexican fusion food but what makes it extra special is the place s ambiance showing an eclectic collection of international art. On weekends, prepare to wait. The cakes and pastries are a feast for the eyes, try them all, you can t go wrong. My personal favorite is the eggs tower. I wish they can also offer Cholula aside from Tabasco and tapatio.

I took the waiter's recommendation and ordered the tower's French toast and to be honest I was not really impressed with it. It was dry, nothing out of the ordinary. An average dish can be good somewhere else but in a city that is packed with great restaurants you would expect a little more.

The Monte Cristo amd Bangers for breakfast was on hit, and so were their Mimosas.

They need to pick it up. They use to have decent food and service. Now I'd rather just play cards here than eat.

Went on a Saturday and the wait was about 25 min. They do have outdoor heaters in the patio area which is great. I had the chilaquiles really good twist on comfort food. The french toast are really good!!!

It's beautiful on the patio, but the Thai steak I ordered was super fatty and undercooked, and eggs were slimy

Absolutely wonderful food and experience. We will make a special trip from the Bay Area for this one.

This place is beyond description for food, staff, and environment. If there were more stars, I'd give them. I've never had anything like their french toast, which is perfect on the outside and surprising on the inside; I suggest you take the first bite only with butter and then decide if you want to ruin it with syrup.

Service was good as always..carrot cake was a little dry...

One of my other favorite places to have brunch. Try their famous French toast I also like their grilled steak as well as their salmon. I love how green and healthy their salads are.

Everyone is so nice and the food is great! Positive vibes and love the decorations. Wish the restaurant was bigger because the place was packed. But it was worth the wait! Can't wait to go again.

Tower is a wonderful location with something for everyone. French toast, Monte Cristos, and a whole lot more. Pretty good baked goods and pastries for dessert or for later. Tell Doe I said hi!

Amazing ambience and phenomenal food! Their steak was the first steak in the US that my father loved and their Thai green curry was fantastic. They also have a great garden in the back. We will definitely be back!

Our first experience was December 2016, it was Fabulous! Went back May 2018, it wasnt as good and the service lacked also!

We found this facility to be quaint and charming. The staff was very pleasant and courteous. My wife had the tuna melt, which was to die for. Pay attention to the pesto, served with this dish...Incredible! I ordered the Thai steak salad, which was equally as outstanding , as my wife's dish. Sat outside in the garden, which was delightful. What an Awsome jewel, of a restaurant!...........

Brought family from out of town and we had the best experience ever love the seating outside the service Beyond impeccable French toast oh yeah it's so unique and so delicious corn meal pancakes also the bomb and you know what they encourage sharing and if you take a walk inside and look at their Bakery counter if you don't have room to eat it there take it with you it's so worth it the best

Tower cafe is cozy and eclectic. The food has always been delicious

I love this place except for one thing, the food is always COLD!!!!!! Why, why, why? Ruins everything... Went last Sunday and the table next to us had COLD food, sure enough mine was COLD also...
Please fix this....

Always friendly service and great food. Food arrived in a timely manner...I love the Chinese chicken salad. It's the best!
