Well worth the wait amazing food and wonderful service

One if my favorite places to have breakfast outside; the patio is amazing and the food is delicious.

Can never go wrong here, well so far, at least. Fun cocktails, ambiance and yummy food.

I loved the outdoor seating. Even though the chairs are close to each other, it's very intimate.
I tried (& love) they're Arnold Palmer with Black berry with Mango iced tea.
The portions are huge! So the price is very worth it!. Waited only 2 minutes to be seated .

Fantastic outdoor setting. Varied and delicious food. A Sacramento favorite.

Great Monte Cristo sandwich first off. Nice ambiance in a fun location. The outdoor dining experience is great and they do have heaters for the evenings.

Well I don't know what to say? We ordered eggs for my 20 month old son and they were runny. We had the French toast that supposedly world famous and all I can taste is the super strong alcohol flavor of the sauce. I had pozole with corn chips and on the bottom there was a deep fried whole corn tortilla. Sunday bunch was definitely an adventure.

Food selection was excellent. Service and atmosphere were very nice. A must try.

This is an incredible place to visit with a very interesting past. It's the original building housing what became the successful "Tower Records" - the original sign is still in the building. It's very famous for brunch and desserts. I highly recommend the Madame Cristo if visiting during brunch (in the picture)

Excellent service with courtesy, on a crazy busy day the staff met the challenges with a very timely accuracy! The food selection was good, and everything was delightfully tasteful as i had hoped for when ordering... Kudos to the staff- 5 stars in my book

I simply loved their marinated Thai steak and eggs. It was really well marinated and soft to eat. Potatoes are so simple to make but a lot places mess them up. I liked their breakfast potatoes too..

My favorite place to go for breakfast! The French toast is amazing and I love the ambiance and all the colorful decorations inside. The outside patio is so gorgeous especially at night.

All I will say is get the French toast, you will not be disapointed!

Famous French toast may seem expensive but the serving is actually really filling! Dont recommend if you're not a sweet tooth

Amazing food, interesting atmosphere. Very pleasant way to start a morning. I ordered their cornmeal blueberry pancakes, definitely a must have. This place is great and highly recommend you bring family or friends for some breakfast!

Best outdoor dining patio in Sacramento. Great vegetarian options. I love the Earth Burger. Pro tip: ask for pommes frites sauce for the fries.

The ombeonce and service is next level. Beautiful and interestingly decorated in the inside, while the outside garden is very relaxing.
The food was good, the service was excellent and personable.

One of my favorite restaurants! They have amazing vegetarian options and I hear the meat options are tasty too! The french toast is seriously incredible. There's basically always a wait on the weekends but it goes fairly quickly and the neighborhood is cute to walk around in while you wait (they'll ask for your phone #).

It s been a while since we had a meal but we come often for coffee and dessert!! Great service and they re open later then most coffee shops if not all!

Fabulous salad....the best of my life....Thai broiled steak, fresh mangoes, etc! Patio packed by 11:30 a.m., but worth a short wait.

We love this place! The garden setting is gorgeous, so try to snag a table outside. Inside has great a.c. and decor as well. The food is very good-I always try something new and have never been disappointed. The house cut fries and sauces are great. With huge portions, plan on taking some home. Excellent signature drinks, attentive waitstaff, and great prices mean this place is usually busy. Plan on a 15 min wait without reservations. Maybe even a little longer for brunch/dinner. Worth the wait tho!

Korean Chicken was great a month ago, kind of bland this visit.

The food here was excellent. We sat on the patio as there was a long wait for inside. It was very pleasant as they had outside heaters. Friendly staff and fast service although we stayed a while as I took a friend from childhood I had not seen in almost 50 years so we had a lot of catching up to do!

This was our second time here and it was just as good as the first! Arrived on a Sun around noon, put our name down for a table of 5 people and were given an estimated 35 min wait time. It was crowded but ten minutes later we were called and seated in the smaller room towards the back of the restaurant.

Overall great place! Amazing food and impeccable menu choices! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Decor is one of a kind and has history. Must visit

i give this spot two thumbs up. really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, i'll be back. the place has a great atmosphere. feels similar to a restaurant in philadelphia that i enjoyed visiting.

The moment you walked in, the outside seating area will have you in love. It felt like breakfast in a forest. I ordered the Thai Steak with country fried potatoes and eggs. The steak was amazing. Cooked and seasoned to perfection. We also ordered their version of French toast. Please tell me if anyone has had better, because this won the grand prize of greatest french toast of all time from me. Great friendly and family oriented atmosphere. If it's a nice day, try get the outside tables if you can. Expect a wait time, but it is well worth it.

Beautiful environment, delicious food, generous portions. I love everything about this place. They provide parking as well.
Tip: If you are like us and want to order one savory and one sweet dish to share, a half order of french toast is enough for two. :D

Tower Cafe has long been a local favorite with its lush and exotic-looking outdoor seating area. I love a food spot with great outdoor seating. Food is delicious and it's a fab place for a dinner date.

I love this place! The decor is awesome and there's so much to look at! The food is pretty good. If you like an eclectic spin on flavors, this is the place for you. It's a little pricey but good. I normally come here for breakfast I get the potaotes with Fritte sauce...to. die. for.
