Very large zoo very pleasant to visit, the animals look very fit, I loved this place, ideal for family holidays and even alone, there are 3 courses (with the map), the course 1, 2 and 3 hours, pity that there is not a complete course to see all the animals.

Wonderful, huge, green park. There you can spend many hours and not notice it. Very interesting, many animals are kept almost free. A very interesting experience of entering the cage for predatory birds is that huge eagles of different kinds fly freely around the aviary and there is no barrier between them and humans. A very large collection of animals, many cubs. Teddy bear, giraffe and small monkeys are adorable. Zoo very much. We hope to return here and again.

But a terrible aquarium
Three fishes Not interesting at all
Why, in principle, in Jerusalem aquarium? To carry water
More corridors than aquariums
Dreary place

An excellent zoo only that most of the route is not shaded. Even though we arrived early it was too hot. It is recommended to start from Noah and then continue the tour because the second part of the zoo is actually relatively shady.

We traveled during the Corona period so many shows were not open and also the train does not work which means you have to walk a lot !!
The animals seem to be tired and barely moving but the kids are having fun.
They should add refreshment and drinking corners.

And there is almost no chance of finding parking.

Very nice place even if some animals were missing or slept well hidden when I came! Zoo beautifully maintained! I liked to see the elephants finish breaking a trunk of palm to eat inside and I liked to read moreover that the penguins present are mostly sabras!

Entry prices are quite high. You can search for promotions through all kinds of organizations. An annual subscription also pays off if you go a few times.

Nice place to spend time with the kids. The highlights were the darkroom with the night animals, the feeding of parrots in fruit juice that the children can feed (at a cost of NIS 5) and the bridge hanging over the African area with the giraffes

Very nice and modern. The aquarium as of now is still in the opening process and is not running at full capacity, so there are many exhibits amd tanks that are empty.
Pretty sure that when it officially opens it will be much better.
All in all a fun visit.

A great day. Not the largest zoo, but still a great experience. Many enclosures you can enter. Large playplace for children. Petting zoo. Elephants. Penguins. African animals. Various primates. "Train" for people tired of walking. Noah's Ark exhibit.

A stunning world of animals that live in well-groomed enclosures, and are not at all embarrassed by the amazed public looking at them with affection, admiration, apprehension or curiosity. A pleasant pastime for the whole family, young and old, and even the teenagers (my children), whom I hardly brought here, were very pleased with the trip.

Very good zoo on the basis of it has a mission and fulfills it.
The exhibit are large and the animals are comfortable in confinement. The African herbivore exhibit is a good compromise giving the animals room and having them visable.
The zoo is on a steep hill, so they have an excellent way for elderly to get around.
This place has the most room inside the exhibit I have seen. They should be commended for keeping the animals somewhat comfortable

Personally, I don't like zoos - lions and elephants, for instance, should have hundreds of times the amount of space they have here - but a lot of the animals do have open areas and are in good condition and the grounds are very lovely.

Excellent zoo!

Excellent zoo!
Clean, tidy, lots of explanations about the animals and what they do to preserve and help them.
Very educational for the little ones too.
Since it is in Jerusalem then a lot of ascents and walking that is not easy in the heat. I would recommend visiting at times when the sun is less scorching because in my opinion there was not enough shade.
Very accessible with strollers.
Convenient parking although during rush hour a long walk to the entrance is possible.

Good place to wander with the family. Although the zoo is loaded with visitors, you can always find a nook where to sit.
With a map in your hand, you will not get lost even on such open space and the intricacies of paths. Everything is harmonious and calm.
There are no days to go to the zoo because of its overload: Pesach-all days and Sukkot-all days.
Caution! - pirated prices for all kinds of snacks such as ice cream and key chains.
