I was just in the store today getting some additional start up information as we cleaned the hot tub out ready for the next 4 months. I love that no matter which salesman I get they will take the time to help and even research other information out for me (I had a rodent question). I have said this many times, it's the after sale help that is the most important! I have supply stores that are closer to my home but it's worth the extra time and travel to go to my Sundance location on Appleby Line as I know what I am going to get when it comes to customer service!

Before we purchased our Maxxus Sundance Spa we researched just about every manufacture there was but kept coming back to Sundance Spa because of their reputation as a supplier and their second to none warranty, and I am happy to say we made the right decision, these guys are the best, no matter what our issue or question they have had the answers and they will advise you what s right for your situation which is what we needed on our 1st ever spa purchase

Next time no research necessary, we would buy from these guys in a heart beat

We had a great experience at the store, there was no pressure from Bill and he let us know that when we were ready to purchase a spa he had the quote that he gave us on file. The maintenance staff have also been very good and prompt to help with even the smallest of problems. We have had the spa for almost 6 years know and it still is running great.

Awesome spa's. I have owned mine for a year and a half now and use it every second day. Absolutely love it. Only have had one requirement for service because a little LED light burned out. Store sent technician out for service right away and has not been a problem since. Staff works very fast and efficient. Excellent product and service.

We just recently inherited one of these incredible hot tubs. Absolutely love it. What we love even more is the incredible customer service received by the employees at this location. So helpful, patient and knowledgable. Steve is wonderful. Helped answer all my questions on the maintenance of my tub. Very friendly and super helpful. He even went over and beyond with providing me curbside pick up of my products so that I didn't have to bring my littles inside the store. Thanks so much for your help as always.

The guys have always been very helpful, with advice, services and even the odd delivery (one of them lives nearby). The tub has been trouble free and one of the best purchases I've made. Thank you!

Was in the other day stocking up on chemicals and asking a few more technical questions, I can't get over how helpful all the guys are, so I thought I would do a review. We are not the original owners of our Optima spa, it was installed by the previous owners. When we bought the house I went down to meet the guys and learn more about the tub as it was our first, simple things like cleaning, chemicals, maintenance etc., and they were and have always been excellent with me, even though I'm not the original owner. We have had two service calls as well as a new cover over the past 6yrs and the service has been flawless. The original heater went in Feb a couple yrs ago on one of the coldest weeks of the year, it would have froze solid for sure, but the service tech came out well after his normal hours and changed it for us, their calls were through the roof but he still fit us in well into the evening. He was frozen solid but not our Optima, I could not thank him enough and we even gave him a tip that he tried very hard to not accept but he finally did. If you go over and above, you should be credited some in way I think. I'm thinking we only have a couple/few years left and when the time comes to replace it, there is no question we will continue with Sundance in Burl.

Any time I have called the store I get superb advice and when I can't solve an issue myself, technicians have fixed the problem very quickly. They are always on time, are knowledgeable and are well stocked with needed parts. It has made owning my hot tub well worth it.

They are always friendly and when you need some advice or have a issue they are there within a day or two. The team over at the Burlington location are excellent.

I would recommend to anyone to buy a spa from Sundance Spa. The quality of the spas, as well the service are excellent.

We have had our Maxxus for a little over a month, ...

We have had our Maxxus for a little over a month, and we can't be happier, it is great. A couple of minor issues when delivered that we are still waiting to get solved but the guys told me not to worry, so I am not worried.

I am still getting used to all the different modes and jets, and balancing the water but I guess that is normal. Bill and the guys really stand out for their word.

I ve had my Chelsee Sundance hot tub for almost 12...

I ve had my Chelsee Sundance hot tub for almost 12 years now with little if any issues. Due to its age I recently had some flow issues (Fl1). I had to replace my circulation pump and the flow switch. Mark was great at helping me diagnose this over the phone and had parts in stock and ready for instal. He had his guys do the repairs in a very timely manner so I had my tub running again quickly and if you want to attempt any repairs yourself is more than willing to guide you over the phone should you be so inclined.
I also had to reset the tub mode and Bill, who I bought the tub from in 2008, was great and helped me do this over the phone in minutes.
The guys you don t see in the store, the repair guys, always called once they were done and made sure you knew they had been and the work was complete. Thanks James...

The staff are very knowledgeable and they know their products. I wouldn t buy a hot tub anywhere else.

Such a great store & team! In store or on the phone the entire staff are excellent at support and answering questions to support keeping hottubs working at peak performance. And everything you need is available in store. When we've needed at home servicing of our tub, Sundance responds quickly and is typically able to visit the same or next business day to service the tub.

My wife and I recently purchased a hot tub from the Sundance Burlington location. We did some research prior to our first visit but had little to no experience with the functions and maintenance. We decided on visiting the Burlington location from a friends recommendation. We were happy to see that the store was very clean and professional looking.

Jason was the employee who helped us that day. We really appreciate the fact that he took the time to educate us from start to finish on how to operate and maintain the tub. After we understood how to operate the tub Jason then took the time to show us the options and features. He also worked with us to find a tub which best fit our needs and lifestyle. The store had a few floor models with a couple filled with water. I liked this as you could see some of the options each tub had and feel the jets work.

We ended up buying a tub from Jason that day because of his professionalism, knowledge of the product and overall quality of Sundance hot tubs.

We had our tub installed and all was going well until I needed help trouble shooting a couple jets that weren't pumping water. I went to the St. Catharines location and by chance Jason was working. He remembered who I was and I explained the difficultly I was having with 4 of the SMT FluidX jets. Jason again took the time to help me and called a tech. It turns out that there is a small plastic key used to turn the jets on and off. This allows for better water control but for some reason mine came closed from the factory. No big deal at all. I wasn't sure if I had the plastic key so Jason provided me with one just in case.

Buying a hot tub is a serious investment but Jason and Sundance really made the process easy and we couldn't be happier with the final result.

Customer service is really hard to come buy these days. I would definitely recommend Sundance because of the product and excellent customer service.

My wife and I purchased a Chelsee 780 Spa in October, 2018 from the Burlington Sundance Spa and from our first meeting (with lots of questions!) to our every interaction to purchase spa treatment or new toys - the team at this location has been absolutely incredible!

We had done a lot of homework on which features and manufacturers we were interested in looking at, and had visited several other hot-tub retail locations (across Burlington and Oakville) before we made it into Sundance. The team here was very friendly and knowledgeable, and were the first to actually sell us on the quality and features of THEIR product instead of simply talking about the negative aspects of other brands. In fact, as my wife and I were so impressed we purchased our hot tub on the spot!

The team in Burlington is awesome - they helped us from our first fill, have looked at the water readings and given some great advice on how to keep our hot-tub in perfect condition.

If you are looking for a quality hot-tub and a team who knows that the sale is simply the first part of a long term relationship - look no further than Sundance!!!

Bought our 780 Series from "Sue" at Burlington Sundance Spas. Never even went into the store. Bought and purchased over the phone after researching for several weeks, if not months, what exactly we wanted in a spa and more importantly, how was it backed up (ie. service, parts, warranty). Sue was extremely helpful with all my questions and just as important, the service team setting up the Spa and the electrical team from CALIBRE ELECTRIC were amazing with the hookup and potential issues which were dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. Great work all around. So far, no issues at all.

We decided to go with their extended warranty prog...

We decided to go with their extended warranty program due to the high level of service we received when we first bought the hot tub. We also tend to put the tub away in winter and their crew comes in to close down the "season". There has never been any issues with the quality of their work. My only comment is that our LED lights under the waterfall area only came on partially and I would have thought should have been covered under warranty or identified during the extended warranty inspection. We were told it was not. The work would have to wait until fall when we would empty the tub and can move it to access the light panel. Guess it will be on our dime!

Any needed maintenance over 10 years has been provided in a timely manner and needed parts have been in stock. When the 10-year old spa stereo needed repair, a practical solution was recommended.

We purchased the Optima nearly a year ago and we have had a great experience so far. The pool itself is great and we're happy with the model - lots of jets and nice add ons that the kids enjoy (lights, waterfall). We were new to hot tubs but it's been pretty easy to care for, from regular treatments to replacing the water. What's been really great, though, has been the helpful staff at the store. No matter what questions we have - and there have been plenty of those - they are quick and eager to help. From learning how to treat the water to when and how to empty the tub, the staff at the store have been very helpful.

Always a wonderful experience at the Burlington location. Being a new hot tub owner, the guys here are so helpful in helping me understand how to use the spa, answer my questions and figure out chemicals. What really impressed me was that instead of just giving me a standard set of instructions when it came to
chemicals (like another place did) they took the time to look up our model and asked about our usage etc to figure out what would actually be the best combination for us. We will be forever customers! Thank you for all your patience with us!

He even came back to re move it to a new location by hand with a few hard working young lads. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new hot tub. We also go back with any problems and they are very happy to give us advise on any thing we have given them. ie. well water strategies... great people with great product line.

We bought our first hot tub from Sundance a few weeks ago. From purchase through delivery and installation everything went flawlessly and exactly as promised. The guys in the store (Appleby Line, Burlington) have been extremely pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Post purchase support has been fantastic. Whenever I phone with a question I always get someone live who is able to answer my questions right away. It is comforting to have such good and knowledgeable support for a major purchase.

The tub has been easy to operate. We are really enjoying it, especially first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee watching the sun come up through the trees!

I highly recommend Sundance to anyone thinking of purchasing a hot tub.

We have had our Sundance hot tub for almost ten years now and have not been disappointed with our purchase.
The staff is always helpful and take the time to answer any questions we have and are willing to walk you through any small problems that may arise. The service people are very knowledgeable on their product and can effectively repair any problem we have had immediately without having to change up many parts until the problem is resolved or repeat visits for the same concern.
It s because of this type of service we have received over the years that we would never consider purchasing any supplies, or our next hot tub, from anywhere other than the Sundance Spa Store. They offer a quality product and a level of customer service that is hard to find anywhere else.

I can't say enough good things about Sundance Spas in Burlington. Their customer service is amazing and they are always on time. Our tub was delivered on time, and the installation was professional. We are so happy we went with Sundance and will continue to purchase products from them for years to come. A BIG thanks to Charlie for taking the time to ensure we purchased a tub that suits our needs and a BIG thanks to Scott. Also a BIG thanks to all the install guys, though I can't remember their names they were all great. Even though they are a busy location they always take the time to help you out. Don't bother shopping around if you are looking for a hot tub in the Burlington area because no one can top these guys and their top notch customer services.

I had an issue with my Clear Ray purification syst...

I had an issue with my Clear Ray purification system. When I tried to replace the bulb after a year - i couldn't find the Clear Ray unit! Sundance looked into it internally and it turned out that through a misunderstanding, the unit had not been installed on the re-furbished Optima that I bought at their St Catharines location. Some retailers at this point might have tried to wiggle out or offer some other compensation, but Sundance could tell this unit was important to me - one of the key reasons I bought a Sundance. They directly and fully dealt with the issue, and set up an appointment to send Aaron and Walter to my house and install a new Clear Ray unit. The guys were friendly, professional and quick! I am delighted! And so I just have to echo their reputation for great customer service. Thanks Sundance!

After a thorough search of the Hot tubs on the market and in my own city of Hamilton, I purchased my Hot Tub in 2010 from the Sundance Oakville location and I use the Burlington Sundance location for supplies and service .

The sales experience was a pleasure and the delivery was amazing, as my back yard had a deck that required some maneuvering.

Everything from the suggested electrical company to final installation went as planned.

I also received excellent follow up the day after when I had some questions regarding the remote and installation.

Any small issue resulted in a quick service call, on time and professional.

I have had many opportunities to speak with the owners and staff and every experience has been great.

The Sundance product is outstanding, however the after sales service is Amazing.

The purchase of a Hot Tub is a big investment and you would be crazy to buy a Hot Tub from anyone else but these professionals.

I have been dealing with Sundance Spa in Burlington for over twelve years. During my first experience owning a hot tub, I had a lot of questions and some concerns but the staff at the Burlington store were always friendly, patient and able to make my hot tub experience very positive. No question was too insignificant and if warranted, their staff would even make a house call! They stand behind their product and offer comprehensive service. They are available to provide advice and supply necessary products at the Burlington store during their regular business hours. I was so impressed by Sundance in Burlington, I had them install my second hot tub when I moved out of the Burlington area to Lafontaine in cottage country. Not only did they deliver and set up my new hot tub, but they ensured our warranty was honored when I experienced a problem with the hot tub enclosure. They are always ready to make the trip north if needed at no additional costs.
I would definitely recommend Sundance Spa in Burlington. Great staff, great products and value for your money. Above all, the staff is knowledgeable and willing to assist you all of the time. I love my Sundance Spa!

Called for service due to a frustrating Sun Smart WiFi issue and Bill called back the same day. He immediately reviewed the symptoms and worked the problem with support the next day to try some quick action plans. Unfortunately, hardware component replacement was needed but, that was done quickly after on a service call. Now the feature is running solid without any further interruptions.

Coming up to my first anniversary with my Sundance...

Coming up to my first anniversary with my Sundance Spa Optima! This is the second hot tub I bought from Bill and his crew on Appleby in Burlington. I had an Optima at my last house and after I moved to a new home I couldn't wait to order another one. The Burlington store is staffed with awesome knowledgeable people who are care as much about servicing you after the sale as before. Always ready to answer your questions and offer advice. We bought our Sundance Hot Tub from the Burlington store in 2010. everything from the choice of the tub, to store service and service calls has been great. they are especially good at making service calls in a timely matter. And they always get it right the first time. We have had few issues with the tub, and will certainly buy another one if needed from Bill and the gang.

We are approaching our 4th season with our Optima tub, and it had been a great purchase. It has made our backyard overhaul enjoyable all 4 seasons.
Although we ran into a heater problem last month, the staff and service techs at Sundace Burlington were great to deal with and the repair was covered by the warranty.

They're incredibly knowledgeable and always there to help with any questions that we've had. If you're thinking of purchasing a hot tub, this is the place to go!!
