Was in the other day stocking up on chemicals and asking a few more technical questions, I can't get over how helpful all the guys are, so I thought I would do a review. We are not the original owners of our Optima spa, it was installed by the previous owners. When we bought the house I went down to meet the guys and learn more about the tub as it was our first, simple things like cleaning, chemicals, maintenance etc., and they were and have always been excellent with me, even though I'm not the original owner. We have had two service calls as well as a new cover over the past 6yrs and the service has been flawless. The original heater went in Feb a couple yrs ago on one of the coldest weeks of the year, it would have froze solid for sure, but the service tech came out well after his normal hours and changed it for us, their calls were through the roof but he still fit us in well into the evening. He was frozen solid but not our Optima, I could not thank him enough and we even gave him a tip that he tried very hard to not accept but he finally did. If you go over and above, you should be credited some in way I think. I'm thinking we only have a couple/few years left and when the time comes to replace it, there is no question we will continue with Sundance in Burl.
