I had an issue with my Clear Ray purification system. When I tried to replace the bulb after a year - i couldn't find the Clear Ray unit! Sundance looked into it internally and it turned out that through a misunderstanding, the unit had not been installed on the re-furbished Optima that I bought at their St Catharines location. Some retailers at this point might have tried to wiggle out or offer some other compensation, but Sundance could tell this unit was important to me - one of the key reasons I bought a Sundance. They directly and fully dealt with the issue, and set up an appointment to send Aaron and Walter to my house and install a new Clear Ray unit. The guys were friendly, professional and quick! I am delighted! And so I just have to echo their reputation for great customer service. Thanks Sundance!
