Update: After owning the Jacuzzi tub for 4 months it finally died heater went. I Called jacuzzi they said they would come to repair it, I looked up the owner of jacuzzi ontario and called to complain about the hot tub. They finally came to replaced the hot tub. I guess after 12 things breaking in 4 months they were tired of coming out to do the repairs. Oh and after all this they wanted me to pay 39.99 for the service call for a tub they took back........Think about this when you by your hot tub.

I bought a spa from Jacuzzi and had nothing but problems. I was told I was getting a floor model but received a hot tub with dirty filters, burnt out led lights ,scratched control panel, a missing remote and manual, burnt out speakers and missing a cable for pump one. It wasn't a floor model but a demo. You would of thought it would of been checked and cleaned before it was shipped! It wasn't even checked when it was installed. I had to call them back to ask why pump one wasn't working.Even though Jacuzzi corrected all the issues. I still fell that they were not honest with me since i spent 15,000 on a dirty broken hot tub and had the service men here for over a week correcting all the issues. All they did to compensate me for my time was give me a second free starter kit. Don't get me wrong I love the hot tub and use it every day I would just beware of buying a Jacuzzi tub or even a floor model. I wish I bought a tub from Sundance the salesmen in the store spent more time helping me to with the chemicals than Jacuzzi did even though I didn't buy a tub from Sundance. The Sundance staff in burlington location took the time to even test the water to help correct issues. I just feel I get treated better from Sundance than Jacuzzi. After all the issues i had trust me my next tub will be a Sundance.

Being a good new owner of a spa, I have found that any time I have had question, or needing direction on maintenance, the staff at Sundance Spa have been helpful, clear, and extremely professional.
I look forward to accessing the staff in the future!

We did a lot of research into buying our first hot tub and felt that a Sundance Spa was the best you could get! We chose the Cameo, in 2003, from another dealer out of town, and were never happy with the service: it was like the blind leading the blind..
When we found out that there was a dealer in Burlington, we were happy that it was closer to us for getting our supplies and testing the water.
But we were ecstatic when we realized that the customer service here was over the top amazing!
We highly recommend this store & staff for their excellent service, knowledge, honesty and integrity!
We still have our Cameo, 12 years later, and it still works great!
Don't go anywhere else....you don't have to: it's all here!

The Burlington store has always been a great place to shop for hot tubs. There are many hot tubs on display with all the accessories and supplies that you need. The staff have always been very courteous and helpful. When I purchased my hot tub last year, the salesperson, clearly explained the features of each tub available and answered all my questions. It was easy to make an informed decision on which one to buy. Any follow up phone calls to the store have been answered promptly. I clearly made the right choice based on the advice from the staff at the Burlington store.

I have found the staff to be knowledgeable, open with their advice and very service-oriented. Thoroughly recommend them. The spa, itself, is fabulous - no complaints.

I bought a Cameo spa from Brian at the Mississauga store a year ago. He was the perfect salesperson, friendly and knowledgeable with a "no pressure" approach. The installation team were polite, efficient and made sure I understood how and when to use every item in the water maintenance start up kit. And the guys at the Burlington store (which is the closest to my house) take the time to answer every question I have. I've previously owned 2 hot tubs from other companies and in my opinion, Sundance spas are the best!

The customer service here is top notch. Whether for service, sales, or support with any questions or inquiry, any person you chat with is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
