Those who know me know that I am incredibly difficult to please. The Steller Group far exceeded my expectations! They listened to what we wanted and were willing to work with us. They were honest, professional and would tell us the truth even if it was not what we wanted to hear. They did a fabulous job of staging 2 houses for us. We also bought a house and they did a great job there too. They worked with us to negotiate the contracts to be outside of the normal real estate box especially for dates etc. They work as a team so you do work with a different agent for the buy side and sell side. We were initially reluctant to do that. It did take a little extra effort initially to clarify expectations, but most likely you are less picky than I am. (One of my interview questions is "how do you deal with difficult clients?" The team approach worked very well. I fully recommend using them and if you are in the process to interview agents give them an opportunity to interview them. Highly impressed! Phenomenal Job!

He also stated Stellar agency had remodel plans drawn up as they buy homes like this. Odd to say at an open house! However list agent Blair says to my realtor, "we are taking bids to 5:00 on Sunday & decision on Monday. Opposite from showing. Hmmmm.
Blair also states seller needs flexible close date to coordinate with their purchase. We offered above ask with the requested flexibility. Blair comes back later in day & says "seller going with buyer that has no contingency." Huh?
Then, we offered to take any contingency off & do an early close. Nope seller has accepted other offer already! We were told no decision until Monday.

Seth is amazing and he is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. We were planning to move out of state so we only needed his help with selling our house. From the moment that I first contacted Seth, his responses were immediate (when I emailed him in the evening, I'd have a response by the time I woke up the next morning). Seth remembered everything that I told him. He even showed up at our house to say goodbye on moving day and brought us a photo book of our house!
Seth works with a wonderful team who handled all of the details for us. Carolyn is a wonderful staging expert! And, Jake! Jake is exceptional! He coordinated all of the work that needed to be done as a result of the inspection. Jake even offered to sit at our house to let workers in if we had a scheduling conflict. When we moved to Centennial, Conrad represented the seller of the house we bought and were impressed with him throughout the transaction. 3 Years later he was our first call and we weren't disappointed. Blair from his team was our selling agent and checked every box from generating a very busy open house, multiple above asking offers and getting us under contract ASAP. The deal then became extremely tough with the buyer but Blair kept a level head throughout and we just closed last week. Blair killed it, and a great guy too. Conrad and Seth represented us in buying our new home and more of the same: professional, consistent and awesome at every step. My wife commented multiple times that "The Stellar Group has been the one constant through 2 very tough transactions" and she's right. They navigated a difficult lender situation and questionable business practices by the selling agent. We just closed yesterday and literally could not have done it without the Stellar Group. Bill Dehmlow came to me as a referral. We chatted once before meeting, and I learned that not only did Bill seem like a great fit for us, but I also really liked the Steller Group model.
Last minute, I emailed him to check availability to show homes the day after Thanksgiving. Without hesitation, he made time for us. On Black Friday, when you want to be eating leftovers, and sleeping on the couch, he instead was out galavanting with us. AWESOME! I gave Bill a list of desired features in a home and sent him some links to things we wanted to see the next day. Bill came prepared with MLS print outs for our notes. And this process continued over the next few months due to the crazy housing market here in Denver.
Just my luck, we always seem to be buying in very hot seller markets. And in the past, I had lost homes due to schedule conflicts with past Realtors. The Colorado housing market is hot hot hot, and I wanted to be sure we didn't lose homes for that same reason this time around.
Now, I must say, this is one of my favorite things about the Steller Group, and they are the only office I have found that does it. The way they operate, is that if your Realtor is tied up and can't show a home when needed, they have Showing Specialists (Licensed Realtors) who have the primary job of only showing homes. I saw a lot of homes (day and night in some cases), and there was NEVER a time that Bill or our Showing Specialist (Katie is SPECTACULAR) couldn't get us into a house. It honestly made me feel like I was their only client, which I know wasn't true.
We wrote ALOT of offers. But Bill never lost his smile or enthusiasm with us. And in the end, not only did The Steller Group find us a great home, but we got a great price and had our own trusted, personal advocate the entire way.
