Cents of Style Review

I ordered a dress awhile back and it was a really soft bubblegum pink color and seemed very high quality. When I got it in the mail, it was a dark mauve color, the length was wrong, and it was very poorly made with very cheap material. I told customer service I was disappointed for the false photos and descriptions of the dress online and told them I wanted a full refund, but they said I still would have to pay to return the dress myself. No thanks. Never ordering from here again.

Their sizing charts are jacked up. I am a size 10-12 and a 38 chest. According to their sizes I should be a L-XL. I ordered a large and it was massive! So I returned it (which sucked because I had to pay shipping) and exchanged for a medium which was still too big. Due to their sizing being a mess and their customer service being poor, I don t think I ll be a customer of theirs again.

I ordered 2 tops yesterday and received them today! I have never bought from this store before, so I was a little wary at first but I was pleasantly surprised. I love the tops, they fit perfectly and the shipping was so fast I will be buying from them again.

Awesome colored walls here that make for some great backgrounds. Me and my roomates did a mini Halloween photoshoot here and it was a ton of fun.

I can't comment on the store itself, but I can comment on the building. I, just like every other teenager in the valley, came here to take pictures in front of the "color wall". While I haven't shopped there before, I will say one thing... This wall was a genius idea from a marketing perspective. Cents of Style is now well known across the state because of this wall. So, whoever the owner is, I think you're genius. I'm sure the shop is just as great inside as it is on the out. The only thing that bumped this place down from a 5 to a 4 star is that it is kind of hidden. It's in a bad location and really easy to miss. Other than that, it's great!

If they mess up your order, it will be your fault, and at your expense, and your time. The shirt I bought was amazing (which is why i have 2 stars) but I didn t get a size that I ordered and now it s all on me and I m basically Out as customer service isn t really working to solve the problem unless I want to drive to bluffdale (not worth the gas!) or ship it back myself. Best of luck to future customers. I won t Be recommending their company as they can barely take care of the customers they have. Also my next day business shipping took more than the next day.

I love love love this brand! I've had almost 10 orders so far and love them all! The tig sweaters are my favorite (I have both cheetah and leopard print) and I love that they're oversized, SO SOFT, and not a chunky sweater. I've found everything to be true to size. I ordered many things as Christmas gifts and they were loved! I also love that I can get a coupon code every time I shop, can't recommend enough! Also their shipping is INSANELY fast. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this brand because its exactly my style!

Not very attentive to their customers. I emailed them several times with no answer whatsoever. Shirt was very small and they did nothing about it. Customer service needs a lot of attention. Would never ever buy from them again.

They are amazing!!! Such good prices, cute and high quality items. And their shipping is lightening fast!! One of my orders arrived the day after i placed it, and the other order arrived only 6 hours after ordering!!! I will shop here again!

My entire wardrobe basically consists of clothes from this website. I absolutely love their mission, which is to empower women by looking and feeling good. Shipping within Utah is incredibly fast. They always have really good sales and always have coupons. Some of the items are of odd fit but overall, the clothing and shoes are of good quality.

No returns, only coupon towards other clothes. I bought a sweater online for 37.07 and that was with a 30 percent discount and it was such cheap quality. I won't ever shop there again
VERY disappointed! Honestly could have got something similar from Walmart for $20 cheaper. Absolutely disgusted

Behind this building is a great place for pictures. They have painted large stripes on their building, yellow, light pink, orange-red, light blue, dark blue, bright green, and dark pink. It's kind of a free for all to use the wall, everyone needs to cooperate and share and the Cents of Style company gets first rights. Once the sun dips down below the horizon, iPhones won't work as well, and those with nice digital cameras can pretty much have the place to themselves. My order was delivered the same day! With free shipping. And the shorts I bought fit perfectly and are so comfy! Great customer service. I will definitely be buying from them again!

I would not buy from them again. I bought one of there value boxes and the items were to small and 2 were ridiculous. A giant pair of socks and when I contacted them they said I could pay to ship them back and they could send me new stuff. Not worth it .

Missing items. No refund. Cheap Quality

I bought some sweaters as Christmas gifts. I paid $25-40 a piece for them WITH a 50% discount! With that price range in mind, I was expecting superior quality! To my demise, the sweaters look like they were bought from Wish or Alibaba. The fabric was cheap, thin, and the patters were painted on instead of stitched in. The sizing was off and does not look anywhere near as they appear in the pictures. The packaging was also terrible! Also, I have to pay extra just for it to leave the warehouse sooner? This doesn't even affect shipping speed!!!

I reported missing items that I purchased before Christmas. They were quick to reply and I was told to wait another 7 businesses days for it to arrive. I contacted them again but was ghosted. I sent emails, called their office, messaged them on FB - nothing! No reply. A week later I was told I should receive my full refund in 4-5 days. That 5th day is today, still nothing.

This is by far the worst online shopping experience I've had. If you are local, go support a different local clothing line. This is not worth the hassle and continuous disappointment.

Crazy good deals of very stylish women's footwear and clothing.., while supplies last! It is like a madhouse in a sauna, but people were very polite despite it all.

The sweaters I ordered had a weird smell.
I had to pay for return postage.
They issue a store credit NOT A REFUND.

Ordered several of the jagger tee in different colors after hearing great things about the shirt. Upon receiving them I noticed one had a small hole under the sleeve and another had some discoloration at the collar. I contacted cents of style about these issues as soon as I noticed them and they were prompt to reply to me and replaced the shirts quickly. I really couldn t ask for a better resolution to the issue. Thanks cents of style for standing behind the quality of your product and for the top notch customer service experience!

The warehouse sales aee great if you ger the chance to go-they have them twice a year. Nothing is over $10/$15. I was able to find a good amount that I could use for a significantly cheaper price. They have a good selection of clothes with a great style even outside their sales. Really good quality and stylish for younger and older woman alike.
