Everything was handled so smoothly from beginning to end. Johnny took care of everything from coordinating with my vacating tenant, to arranging contractors to get in to make necessary repairs or improvements to the property, coordinating staging and photos, etc. which was so appreciated considering I was out of state and also out of the country during this process. Everyone was always very responsive and followed through on everything that needed to be taken care of. He could not have made it easier for me.
