The kids area are amazing and lovely for all the ages of the kids from 4 months to 14 years
Books, toys quality, cleanness of the area, the life guards very friendly towels and the quality of the toys and the variety of the activity are amazing.
Prices is high but it deserve it.

Quite expensive but the room and facilities make up for it (specially the kid's pool, if you have a little one with you).
This place I visited once and I recommend it to all people. The place is sophisticated and beautiful and the swimming pool is very enjoyable
Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, beautiful and gigantic rooms. Every day they bring a snack fruit and sweets in the room. Beautiful also shampoos one metal color and the blue one with the scrab.

Reception Edwin was great person who upgraded our room and until checkout everything was marvellous.
One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever had the pleasure of going to! It has everything - with excellent bars (Buddha Bar and Mazi), a huge swimming pool, and a great sandy beach which is not crowded.
The rooms were great, I would have given it 5 stars but the cleaning crew did a terrible job of cleaning. I stepped on a toothpick and it dug in deep into my heel.

Tip Take a couple of bugetten because nearby nearby restaurants are good and far far away!

The region is one of the most beautiful areas of Abu Dhabi for the beauty of the coast.
I loved that we booked during weekdays because there are few guests. Me and my husband get to enjoy the beach and pools by ourselves. I specifically wanted less crowded hotels as a precaution for covid. I think the room rates are cheaper nowadays because of the pandemic, otherwise, I dont think It will be within our budget if it is on regular price. I am ecstatic that I get to experience an overnight stay in this gorgeous 5 star hotel. We felt like a royalty from the way they treat their guests through out our stay, from hotel entrance, to check in, during swimming, while having breakfast and until check out. You will be assisted by a butler to your room and he will give you a brief room orientation instead of you figuring out by yourself where or how things are. That saved us time in getting to know the room and we immediately went to enjoy the beach. Another thing I love about this hotel is that they served free bottled water (dipped in a bucket of ice), popsicles and cut fruits. Overall, money well spent.
Giving this 5 star hotel a 4 star rating might not seem right but I will explain. The high points of the hotel are well known for a property of St. Regis brand that will include the service, design, layout, staff.
My comments are about cleanness of the rooms and the check in, check out processes. For a Saint Regis known brand, you would think the will have a better knowledge to this.
The property is secluded and a little far from entertaining and landmark spots.
Among the best hotels the UAE. Great Interiors with attention to details, impressive customer service and amazing facilities.
The only downside from my stay would be the in-room dining burger I ordered. It was below expectations. When you pay 120 Dirhams for a burger on the UAE, you would expect a much better sandwich.
Staff are very rude, starting from the front desk. I dont want to go through what happen to me which is very bad . But i will make a complaine aginest the hotel. It was very bad and a waste of time . I just destroy my vacation coming to this place i suggest for any one to go to any nearby hotel i dont recomend this one.

Very bad experience and The worst staff i have ever seen in a hotel.i do not recommend to stay in this hotel plus if there is a rate below 1 i would give it.
We called to book a room and as usual no one is answering, after check in in the hotel at 3am in the morning PIA ROHDE was very rude like we were coming to a police station not a hotel, asking for informations in a cold and sharp manner not even a welcome back to the hotel as we are a frequent guests and a member, plus the rate we were given by the central reservation was not the same as the rate she gave us, and as any normal person we asked about why everytime there is an extra charge different than what we were given by the central resevation, her answer was that the procedure says that for any Mariott hotel all over the world you have to pay 4aed extra for the unicef donation, of course we dont mind donating but since when you take people's money without letting them know for what they are paying , this is stealing i guess. After she finished the reservation procedure like a robot, she said that the security will escort us like we were going to jell not a room.
After sleeping for 4 hours exactly ,at 9am an unexpected fire alarm went throught twice for 15min and we thought that we have to evacuate as soon as possible because we were not informed by PIA that they will be testing the fire alarms in the morning as she was so focused in given her negative attitude instead of being professional and welcoming her guests as it should be in a 5stars hotel or even a 1 star because its a business i guess at the end.
After complaining about interupting our sleep and rest because of the fire alarm that we were not informed about, the Manager ALEXANDER ZHAUNERKA said that it was planned and there is a small paper on top of the reception hotel that i should read to know that there will be a fire alarm and there is nothing he can do about it, how we are suppose to know all these things if we are not informed by the staff, and how people who doesnt speak english or doesnt know how to read will understand if they are counting on this small paper on top of the desk to inform them about what is planned and what is not.
Before even i left he started talking about the issue to his other collegue SOFIA that she was laughing about what happened. I was a joke for them i guess.
To be honnest im so disappointed in this hotel, the location and the rooms are nice but the rude and unprofessional and carleess staff in the reception are ruining everything and made my stay very uncomfortable .
Very poor management and the staff should be replaced by professional and caring staff .
Better to go to the nexts hotel, they all have same facilities as STregis same beache same pool and even better food and restaurants and most important better and professional staff that will make your stay more comfortable.

Very nice hotel! Everything was very neat and clean! Fantastic food and attentive and friendly staff! Our butlers, Van Nguyen and Mel Charith, as well as the staff at the beach / pool, the service during the meal, in the fitness center and at the reception were great and very accommodating! The most luxurious weekend I've ever spent. Starting from the friendness of the valet abdullahali, reception, luggage handler Lennon, the OLEA waitress Gayareth with all the staff starting from the manager till the cleaners are more than professional.
The taste of food is really luxurious. Couldn't imagine that the best falafel I would taste it in here.
The endless amount of fruits and ice cream eaten by the beyond the sight swimming pool makes st Regis the best.

Called 19 times without answer or had people hang up on me
Charged 800 aed per day by my bank due being over drawn due to St Regis ineptitude.
This is a very luxurious and fantastic resort. Rooms are spacious, especially the suits. All (or most) rooms also have a balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The room design is modern with a tile flooring.
The hotel has two pool area and a nice beach. The main pool is max 1.4 meters deep with the water chilled down to a very comfortable and refreshing temperature in the summer. Towels are provided at the pool .
All staff is courteous and helpful.
There is even a gaming room on the ground floor.

Loved it ... and then they ruin everything..
Breakfast was included in the price, we decided to have it in the room which ended up to be then charged twice.
The reason given is, unbeknownst to customers, the providers are different between room breakfast and the lobby.
Therefore, contrary to any decent five star hotel in the world, room service breakfast is double the price (it ended up costing close to aed 600 / USD 170 for a continental breakfast for two)
I hate to be ripped off.
