This is a fabulous hotel with the best service that I have ever received. We will definitely return and encourage others to visit!

Very kids friendly, very nice staff. Wheel chair accessible. Kids had a lot of fun in the splash pad.

From the moment myself and my son checked in until we left it was a wonderful experience. Every member of staff we had contact with was polite and knowledgeable of the Hotel and Abu Dhabi. And just like General Mcarthur when he had to evacuate the Phillipines he uttered the words I shall return, so will I.

Amazing location, has one of the best beaches in UAE. It consist of 7 buildings hotel apartments, 2 buildings hotels, 34 luxurious villas and some of the finest restaurants as well huge banquet hall for events. Beautiful landscape. Best place for relaxing. 10 minutes drive from UAE capital Abu Dhabi.

Everything you would expect from a luxury beach resort plus more.. facilities and restaurant choices are plenty. Will definitely come back here again without hesitation!

One of the best hotels in Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi

Room wasn t ready well after check out and service at upstairs lunch area was painfully slow. Reception area wasn t clear so guests were having to negotiate where it was Ana who was in line next. Wonderful service but seemed uncoordinated and under staffed.

Definitely the definition of royalty, every step of the way feels like a different world. The view is stunning and the beach is quiet. It's an ideal location for a relaxing break away from the city. The staff are prompt and friendly leading towards that comfortable experience.

The hotel is great as expected in 5 star resort and from this brand. Facilities, beach and long shore line of the island is amazing; and proximity from the city is very convenient. However the staff at Reception is another story.. I m totally blown away as to how inept they are at sorting the mistake they made by charging me double for the room charges upon check out. I realize that there was double charges after checking from my bank. After many calls I made I still don t get any clear response and not even an email of assurance that I will get my money back. On my 3 rd call I requested the duty manager to email me since he was too busy to answer my calls but nothing. I don t know how else I can get someone to pay attention to my request when nobody is even responding. They don t even give email address of the right person whom I can communicate regarding this mess they made in the first place...

St Regis is nothing short of spectacular! Amazing service especially from butlers Gary and Cyril. The room was magnificent. I had a delicious breakfast one morning in my room. It is a splurge but everyone at St Regis makes it so worthwhile!

One of the worst customer services i have ever experienced. I wanted to book a room and been trying to call them from 11:30am till 6:30pm. They either keep transferring or no one answers their phones. This is ridiculous. I wanted to have a special night with my wife and needed to provide them with instructions. No way i won't spend my dime on this hotel
