They were so accommodating to all our needs. We went got a baby shower and the service was amazing. Big thanks to Jan for making our time there so perfect. He was kind and on top of everything we needed. The hotel is spectacular, the views are gorgeous. The food was spectacular and they accomodated my gluten free request. Highly recommended hotel in Abu Dhabi!

Massage was wonderful however compared to other 5 star hotels, the facilities (in the same price range) were lackluster. Go somewhere with a pool, a larger jacuzzi, a better range of post massage sweet treats and a larger changing area.

As an stg member of the hotel i called to make a reservation around 10pm for 1 night, so i asked the staff who was making the reservation for me to give me a better rate as im coming late and checking out early and plus im a frequent guest and a stg member ,the staff said that nothing was in his hands and he can talk to the manager that he might give a better rate, when Mr.talal the night manager talked to me , he answered by a very sharp tone of voice, asking me what i want without introducing himself as he should ,saying that no one told him the issue before talking to me, showing a very poor communication between the staff, so when i explained to him that im a member and that i like the hotel and i want a better rate and i dont want to choose another hotel, he told me that there is nothing he can do about that ,and this is our prices either take it or find another hotel next to us, for sure they have better prices, what kind of manager will talk to a guest like that, and show disinterest in having them , and promote other hotels, very unprofessional staff for a 5 stars hotel, and i think the santregis managment should know about that if they really care about their guests, and change the criteria of recruitment because the staff are the image of the hotel .
This will be my last time staying in santregis or even going to the restaurants inside it.
And i wouldnt recommend anyone to be a stg member, they will just make you believe that you will benefit from discounted rates while making reservations and inside the restaurants , because you will benefit from nothing, not even a normal treatment.

Hotel ambience modern and inviting. Food very rich on top level.
Beach polluted by stones of the neighboring construction site. Only possible with shoes way into the sea. Quiet location but far from the city. Without a car one is isolated. Louvre about 3 km away.

Stayed several times, again spent a week wonderful holiday relaxed. Excellent service and good food characterize this first-class hotel. Fantastic quiet location with very nice pool landscape.
Also excellent is the Thai restaurant, highly recommended. Butler service was always and always at your service. Golfing a stone's throw away,

Top-class 5-star hotel. It has a nice paradise-like garden leading to one of the cleanest beaches in the UAE.

Spend 2 nights here as a romantic getaway. Loved the room, it was time well-spent

One of the best Hotels I have ever been to. Great service, great breakfast buffet and little shops and restaurants conveniently located just outside the main entrance. Very child friendly. Anthony, one of the butler, always has a little treat for the kids.

We stayed at the St. Regis for a week and it was a fantastic vacation! The hotel is beautiful, the beach is amazing, the service is excellent and the food is delicious. We didn't want to leave the hotel because we wanted to enjoy our stay there until the last second. The first vacation on which I was sad that it was already over.
To say goodbye, we even received a small present.
We will be back definitely!

I had high expectations from my stay knowing the good reputation of St Regis brand. But here this brand is rather misleading since the property is geared towards mass market (package tourists) segment and it has its impact on the service.

I stayed in the Ocean Suite which was spacious and overlooked golf course and sea. Next to the hotel there is a construction going on which affects the quality of stay in negative way.

The service in general is rather mediocre. No attention to details and proactivity you would expect from St Regis.

Service at reception and F&B booking was unprofessional and somewhat unfriendly. Platinum benefits are not explained, no appreciation of the status was given. Team doesn t try to help you. The butler service as it should be was non-existent.

Concierge team is even worthier. I tried to book transfer to my next destination. The availability was confirmed. But a few hours later it turned out that all vehicles were book by external event attendees! The concierge didn t even try to find another option and was rude.

Service in the restaurants is generally fine but heavily dependent on team members (inconsistent).

I tried all restaurants and found the quality of food to be very average. The most expensive one is Mazi and the worst one in my opinion.

The management of the hotel is totally invisible and not interested in what s going on and what kind of feedback the guests have.

The housekeeping was inconsistent. One day our room was not made until 3 pm.

Furthermore hotel seems to favor the conferences and events not taking into account the comfort of guests. See my case with transfer booking.

The good thing was beach service which was vet friendly and proactive.

Having stayed at more than dozen of St Regis hotels around the world I have unfortunately to conclude that this one was the poorest one and not up to St Regis standards. I d say it s at basics Sheraton level.

Its Marriott category (6) is misleading since it gives you high expectations which are never fulfilled.

Many minor flaws of which add a general impression.

Private beach well equipped and well served, excellent sea except when it is windy, the hotel offers several restaurants and services, a small supermarket, bar, gym, etc., great for families, far from tourist attractions, everything cannot be had, good standard cuisine, recommended for 4 days of relaxation

My preferred luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi.

I prefer this hotel every over the Emirates Palace Hotel. Reason: the rooms are spectacular and feel very fresh Anna modern, like holidays. Bathrooms are just so beautiful too, which a huge shower and beautiful toilet and the free-standing tub.
They have very good beach service - amazing fruit platter!
Nice breakfast buffet too.

Very very nice hotel, that's how I imagine paradise. The bathroom left the biggest impression.

Beautiful hotel on a pretty beach. Room (suite) was amazing with a great view. Lush grounds in a lovely setting. Did not give it 5 stars due to a couple of issues. Buffet restaurant selection was
more limited than I would have expected for the Middle East. Some tightening up needed on staff training - had a couple of issues that were more difficult to resolve for this class of hotel than they should have been - once another staff member intervened the issues were fixed.

Overall a very pleasant stay.

This is the seventh time in three years that we have visited this hotel and excellence is still there!
The beach is beautiful and above all natural! The restaurant offers varied and succulent dishes the rooms are spacious cleanliness reigns everywhere and the extremely kind staff is entirely devoted to your comfort and your well-being
This Hotel is 10 to 20 minutes from the city center by taxi, always in sufficient numbers and it is very close to the Louvre Museum which will open soon

It was an amazing stay so far and I am very well taken care by my Butlers especially by Alina,Van,Enrilyn,Suchil(he made a towel crab which is fantastic), all entire property is good and Olea team especially.see you soon stregis.

Decent place, however the Buddha bar service is very slow.

We ordered a coffee and it it took about an hour, even though it was empty.

Great location, beautiful hotel BUT... The athletics club is a complete letdown and totally overpriced for what it is, with the most expensive pool access in Abu Dhabi. Looking for a 25m-pool - The Westin offers unbeatable rates for access to their training pool. No need to overpay just for a brand name. Let's hope the new Rotana, Rixos or Saadiyat Beach Resort will offer better options once they open their doors on Saadiyat Island. This will mean the St Regi's won't have the monopoly any longer and residence of Saadiyat looking for training pools will have more options that doesn't limit them to emptying their wallets. Boo!

Nice hotel. Very helpful and nice staff at the pool. We volunteered and without questions at the pool and with the wheelchair helped since we are both handicapped people. So many help we have not experienced in any 5 star hotel. Thank you again, because without this help, we would not have been able to experience many things.
