Beautiful hotel ! I love the adjoining mall and the Seven Kitchens breakfast buffet is the best!!!! The waiters really cater to your every need. I look forward to it every time I visit.

Definitely worth it's name. The pub was a tad slow in the beginning, but it picks up over the night. Great service. But the food could be better.

Went there for a workshop. The place simply top notch. Everything is grand. The staff is extremely warm and helpful. Wonderful experience.

Stayed at this property when I visited Mumbai on a shopping trip.the staff here are were sweetest and most hospitable ones and they even suggested some shopping places I should go visit. All the special treatment given by the staff here turned my shopping trip into a mini vacation..had a really relaxing and wonderful stay here and would love to go back again..

Great location. Friendly staff. Quiet and confortable. Good restaurants.
One great area of improvement though: elevators are just a pain... getting from 9th to upper floors can take you up to 5' waiting...

The happening hotel of central Mumbai is popular for hosting prestigious events. Have attended quite a few of them here and like the classy service with tasty food, be it Indian or international. Being part of the complex encompassing High Street Phoenix Mall and PVR cinemas is an advantage for organisers(to club a film or documentary show)as well as guests to spend some time when arrived early. Changing art installations with some message are usually very interesting. There are many restaurants, though a bit pricy, offer elite ambience.

Wallet parking staff is a lil hyper n racist types! Hotel is luxurious

I have stayed here twice. The first stay was ok. But during the second stay, I realised that the staff is very rude. Also, we had problems in the room and the other room given to us wasn't what we had paid for. That's when we decided that we won't stay here ever again. So won't recommend it to anyone.

All types of functions can be held & excellent food service

Its a WOW hotel. Extremely well equipped staffs, architecture, food, rooms - everything will speak for it.

Don't count on 399 on Saturday or Sunday. There was no traffic on roads but bus didn't come for 1.5 hrs.

Location is awesome as it is very near to lower parel station.
