Very friendly staff from the moment you enter till the time you leave.. ambiance is awesome.. we had the buffet at Seven Kitchens. Apart from the Sushi all the other dishes were very good.. the continental was excellent and the dessert spread was one of the best I've seen at any buffet including other 5 star hotels.
Beautiful rooms, wonderful service. Their breakfast is notable for having really, really good plain croissants.

The hotel is located in upscale area. Overall it has excellent ambiance and service levels. However there are some things that they can improve on. For starters they don't have prominent direction signs for conferences and events happening there. As there were multiple events that day on the same floor, it was difficult finding the right event. Again, the meeting hall doors don't have directional door knobs confusing the guests as to which way the doors open. Food quality is good with decent amount of choices.
The Sahib Room never seems to disappoint. Amazing ambience and great food. The service also is really good with well mannered staff and very polite. A perfect place for a family dinner/lunch.

The place was very much elite, the area where it was located was very easy to reach, very good staffs and it was next to high street Phoenix. There was very good lighting.

One of the best hotel in all of Mumbai and the only single branch in all of India. Has an ample number of speciality restraunts and great food!!! The staff is great and would always welcome you with a pleasant smile

First of all I was amazed with view from my room. The service offered was top notch with easy check in and check out. The food was good and healthy. The ambience was good with proper hygiene offered. I would really recommend this place as it is worth staying here with family and friends.

A centrally located venue. Good for events as they have about 11 halls made available for events f different sizes. Restaurants have great food an equally awesome view. Smokers alert ! Ones attending events here have to come all the way to the ground floor for a ciggi break

Excellent hospitality by world-class hotel, everything is perfect whether it is food or the atmosphere. A special welcome awaits while entering into hotel. Truly Indian hospitality and the location is so good one can easily reach the place. Have been there with friends for reception on 9th floor, had a great time. Plus 1 for interior.

Excellent service at Par. Truly Five Star service. We were there for our anniversary celebration. We visited the Seven Kitchens restaurant situated on the nineth floor of the hotel.. The restaurant is huge and a numerous variety of food is available. The staff will do anything for you to make you feel special. Variety of food is displayed. SEVEN KITCHEN is buffet style. Hence it offers both lunch n dinner. The ambience is very elegant..The staff is young dynamic and excellent courteous in every manner. They would do anything to keep you happy and going..Very attained to every small details.. All varity of food is available.. International cusine with Indian dishes make it a great combination..The desert section has a lot of Indian and international delicacy that you make your taste buds tingle.. Recommended to all for an unforgettable experience.
