Standing proudly next to the Palladium Mall, this is another successful 5-star hotel that lives upto the 5-star level and quality. The restaurants and Bars truly are worth the visit.

Got this lunch buffet deal in very cheap price but buffet is huge all type of cuisine selections available attached are all the pics look at it and i need not say more....

Super hotel, amazing ambience, great location. Inside available a few restaurants, coffee shop & library, bar, rooftop restaurant, etc. Here's expensive decorations by real flowers.

Stayed for 2 nights..Check-in was smooth and we got a room with one of the best views , thanks to the courteous front desk staff, Ganapathy. Spic and span rooms and the hotel has taken all precautions for CoVID !
Excellent dinner and breakfast spread. Food was amazing ! The service at the seven kitchens live counters was a bit sloppy . They got the orders to the wrong table not once but thrice !! Very slow service , we had to request water and salt & pepper , multiple times which was quite frustrating. The buffet restaurant was crowded , but this is quite expected given the holiday season. Saw a clear slack there , maybe they were unstaffed or had untrained staff ? Apart from the poor service at the restaurant , everything else was just great !

Largest rooms in the city and largest breakfast buffet in the city as well. Wheelchair entrance is very much there and assistance available too.

St. Regis is very nice place to stay. They have very view as well. They have many ball room for events and in that they are surviving very nice food also.

Amazing staff, very clean and cozy. Friendly staff and linked to a great shopping mall.

A great venue for exhibitions. Sad to see their rooftop bar has shut. Good venue though.

Ballroom on 9th floor. Accommodated approx 350 people. Not sure of the total capacity? Good sound, lighting and center stage. Food catered for too was good, especially the variety of starters.

Excellent Hotel, very comfortable. Food is amazing, don't miss the afternoon tea.

Also, the Sunday Brunch is totally worth the money. Keep your tummy empty for it. They have great dishes and meats not found anywhere else like Kangaroo.

I visit the club call XO which is a part of St. Regis hotel. The club was pretty empty when i entered but after 1-1:30 the crowd and the place really turned up and overall was a great experience.

We were here to attend the conference and the Banquet Services were par excellence. The f&b and the services were upto the mark

The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The view is good if you believe in it.

The service is warm, and helpful. The room service has food which is an absolute delight. They have one of the best butter croissants I've had. It came with the continental breakfast plate.

Had the opportunity to upgrade my regular suite to a St Regis Suite where I began my 2021. The room was a marvelous suite on 20th Floor with the most amazing views of Mumbai city. I Highly recommended for lads who love to party like Wiz and Drake. During my stay we played FIFA in room and movies on the other. They also have guest policy allowing 8 guests to chill with y all, but allowing only 3 including you to stay back. They have an infinity pool facing the city, unfortunately we couldn t use it due to Covid-19. Food & breakfast are like any other Marriott hotel standards, but you can bring takeaways from Maccas, Dominos or any other outlet since the hotel is alongside the Phoenix mall. Also, the Location is excellent as you are right in the middle of Mumbai city.

The hotel is great! Stuff very friendly and food is generous but all is not counting while you have to wait 20 min for the lift everytime you leave or approach your room. 37 stories are served by 3 elevators!!

The hotel is 38 floors building above the palladium at High Street Phoenix. The hotel lobby is on the 9th floor and it looks awesome. It has several ballrooms fir hosting events and several restaurants too at the higher floors. The food here is delicious too.

This is the most heartbreaking & bad choice of spending my special day with wife and kids, being our 10th wedding anniversary, we decided to book a stay with St Regis for a day we had made the booking earlier and had specified that we need a smoking room with a higher floor specifically above the 21st floor , So we reached here at 1:30pm we finished our formalities and were taken to the room which was on the 16th even after speaking to the person at the front desk and giving her all the specification still we were taken to the 16 th floor after telling them that we had a confirmation and had spoken to some guy called Rahul at the reservation they told me that they have no record of that we were taken back to the lobby and had to wait for the duty manager to come and have a word with us after waiting for almost 30min the manager came and arranged to put us up on the 27 floor, so finally we entered our room at 3:00pm when we checked in there were screw on the floor which had fallen from the mini bar cupboard and pricked my daughter's leg which led it to bleed then there was this air-conditioning issue of it not cooling so the technician came and took around 30min to get it sorted and still the issue pursues with having them charging us a bomb of an amt to spend one night is this the type of experience we should get and is this the right standard of this luxurious 5star hotel that maintains such a low class customer satisfaction, eventually they come up with empathy statements like sorry for the inconveniences and we will give u a late check out ,does that even matter apart from all the feeling and disappointing facts of deciding to stay here ,very low standard of customer satisfaction no guest relations and very heartbreaking

We had a great stay, lovely staff, clean room, attention to detail by cleaning staff, amazing breakfast at Seven. One of the best, delicious dinners by an amazingly talented chef: M Ali at Sahib Kipling...& we ate at all the top restaurants in Mumbai. Highly recommended.

The St. Regis Mumbai was really really awesome experience, the way of there Hospility was great, quality of food was really really good.

Premium location, impeccable service. Great product

The interior of the room was good but bed sheets and linens were very dirty.
Toilet was horrible and ambience was very bad.
Dinning service is terrible.
Over all very bad experience..
