One of the best hotels in the middle of Mumbai. Located inside the Phoenix mills mall, this five star hotel has everything from conference rooms to large exhibition halls, best restaurants and amazing views from the Centre of the city overlooking the Mahalakshmi race course and the Arabian sea. Shopping and fine dining is also available in the mall below the hotel.

Superb place. Can easily be as one of the best clubs in Mumbai so far. Music is very good, decor is also nice, crowd is classy. Also quite a few celeb can be spotted. All and all 5/5 for what they provide. Surely a must go with filled pockets.

I still know the hotel under one of the older names, it seems to change frequently. Anyway, room lobby and co were tip top. The huge panorama window on my 17th floor really had an outstanding view. Breakfast absolutely recommendable.

The St. Regis Mumbai is in the vicinity of High Street Phoenix giving great options for shopping and entertainment. The interior architecture and design of the hotel is majestic. The banquet hall is luxurious and ideal for meetups and events. The food and service provided was good too.

Hotel rooms are nice. Good for have conference and in evening hang out in mall.

Very good breakfast spread, spacious rooms, a good swimming pool, and a superb location next to High Street Phoenix mall.

St. Regis is the tallest tower hotel in Mumbai. The place is very much upscale and has the best service and great interiors. The view from the rooms is very much astonishing. Rooms are cosy and everything is made to perfection. Everything in the room is been placed at the right place. Room service is prominent. The overall hotel delivers great experience right from service, room and food. The location of the hotel adds on to the leisure of the hotel. Must stay place if your Mumbai. The Hotel offers every kind space depending on the requirements also has many different restaurants, pubs and rooftop leisure place. Offering at the hotel is way beyond luxury a highly recommend the place to everyone.

Great view from the roof top bar Asilo. Nice ambience, perfect place to lay back and enjoy your time. Should have gone before sunset, the view would have been even better. The food was priced moderately. In short a must visit in Mumbai.

The people who are managing the guest area and the reception arereally not friendly. The security check at the entry feels intrusive and uncomfortable. Even for male. no greetings no politeness. Way too average.

The food served during the event was not upto the mark.

We have been here on 2 occasions for seminars. The conference rooms are very large and have all facilities.

Food is very good and this place is frequented by celebrities.

The only problem is it's tiny approach to entrance. Parking is a big problem and you may have to go to the paladium mall parking.

Like the hospitality and overall good and will recommend for others also

Excellent hotel. As one would expect from St. Regis, with a little more depth than normal five star international chains. Mumbai St. Regis has both European and Indian touches as well as excellent services.

I would avoid going here after midnight. Place is understaffed and quality drops.

One of the best luxury hotels in Mumbai, located in South Mumbai in lower parel is 40-45min away from International Airport. Landmark near the hotel are TATA power, Paledium mall and high street phenix mall and Mahalaxmi Racecourse (which is close by). The hotel also do have 6 f&b outlets with one of the best cuisines Available such as modern European, Japanese and Asian too and a night club too.

Hidden gem in Mumbai!
Located just right next to a fancy Palladium Mall, you will find almost everything you want within this neighbourhood.

We stayed in Suite room, which is also has a 24-hours butler service. They can assist you with many things, starting from pressing your laundry, afternoon tea, arranging meeting rooms, etc.

This room also comes with free 1 time airport transfer.

Hotel staffs are so friendly, reliable, honest and polite.

It's worth it for every penny you've spent!

We went to Seven kitchens restaurant in this building. The interior is splendid and amazing. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Variety of the buffet would make you go crazy. The service there is very good and ambience is fancy. It was worth going there.

Great hotel, if have the evening can go to the 9th floor and hear amazing live piano, great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Stephan was playing when I was there, took requests and played amazingly well.

When I woke up to a room without a door the Story.

This was my visit to St. Regis (Although I have enjoyed amazing hospitality from several SPG hotels around the world)

A few events that made me write this review:

1. The engineering department takes down my room door to repair it while I was still in the room (without informing me). But I must compliment them for the finesse of their work as they made no noise while doing so. Out of sheer luck, I walked towards the cupboard to be bewildered with the site in front of me. The door was on the ground and a man with a walky-talky immediately informed me that it will take just another 30mins.

2. F& B: By the Mekong, made a reservation for a quiet dinner (as the restaurant has a phenomenal view of the city from 37th floor). Only to be accommodated in one of the back rows with an assurance that I will be moved once a table becomes available. Surprise Surprise, the table did get vacant and the manager did accommodate new guests on the table, but it wasn t us :) only to be told, they had reservation, well so did I???

3. SPA: stunning facility with a huge Jacuzzi. But try getting into the Sauna and you could find the staff drying SPA towels there. After all, it is one hot and dry place in the city which is otherwise experiencing monsoon which is making it look super green and fresh.

The good bits:
Breakfast was very well spread and managed by a very efficient staff and I could spot the manager (Swadha) on duty her toes across my stay lasting over 4 days. Full marks there.
The room was very well appointed. The infra is right up there.
Palladium is right next door, so super convenient to catch up on some quick shopping.

Suggestion to hotel:
Spend time and effort on staff training and motivation. They are the only real asset in the service industry.

Went out on brunch on Sunday - very diverse and exotic food. Recommend going there!

Nice place to stay with excellent service. Its location makes it easier for people coming to Mumbai for shopping or otherwise. Good ambience in the restaurants make for memorable evenings.

Incredibly bad service.
1) i was promised a room upgrade which i did not get
2) incredibly bad service, my food was not delivered for an hour and later told that the item was not available. Havent seen worse service at a mariott property

Nice less known place in Mumbai.. posh place with all that you can ask for. Business hotel with auditorium and they do arrange for functions if asked for.
