Very nice facility...But bringing items from ground floor to 8th floor is a pain you must do something about it.

Luna is very good.The crowd, ambience,music and the dj in XXO club are all the best in town.Plus u get a bird's eye view from the 37th floor.Just amazing.

I was there due to a professional event, although the hotel is very beautiful the food isn't top notch compared to other similar category hotels.

Extremely luxurious, located right by the Palladium mall. The staff is friendly, and competent. The rooms are spacious, neat and beautiful. The decor is fancy, as is everything else. Also helps that it is located very much in the center of Mumbai, not too far from the airport nor town. You'll never run out of places to eat at, within the hotel, nor the plenty of brilliant restaurants in the malls two minutes away.

Amazing spread ...if you need to enjoy it in full, at least 2 hours are needed... service is world class..

I m highly disappointed . I went with my son and order a clear soup and when we ate it was completely salty. And then the waiter got us new one and in that I found 3 flies fromf which my son was eating. This we don't expect from any hotel. And if we come to such a hotel surely not. Never going back
