The attention in the place is the best, they care to ensure that they are doing well. Breakfast is the best super varied, you will surely find something you like. I loved this hotel.

We hosted an event recently at the St. Regis property in Mumbai. The service, venue, food and everything else was fantastic. The stay was very comfortable. Absolutely recommend this place.

Hotel is awesome, but lots of traffic near this loacation.

The brunch at the seven kitchens ~ elaborately laid, total value for money. The endearing staff Kiran, Rahul Y, Ninad, Sahil, Debu and the live band made our family event, a memorable one! Keep going!

The hotel is fantastic. Hotel staff is cooperative, courteous and helpful. Connected to a posh mall. Rooms are fantastic but the roof of the rooms were leaking due to the heavy rains in Mumbai (something which should not happen in a 5-star hotel). The restaurants in the hotel are amazing. Food is outstanding.

Brilliant food and ambience. The deserts were not up to the mark but usually they are good. Saw the slowest of services from the Hotel during the current meeting.

Had lunch at seven kitchens. Amazing experience. excellent service and food. recommended for special occasions.

We had gone for a buffet dinner. I would say as compared to a five star the place was extremely ordinary and overpriced. We had gone for a seafood buffet. They had a very wide spread. However, the lobsters and prawns were over pretty soon. Inspite of having a live barbeque and tandoor counter served stuff cold. The kebabs we're chewy and cold. The overall experience was extremely ordinary.

It was a experience I wish I could forget. I came to cover a professional event, which included top government officials and a parliamentary meet They forgot to serve tea, and through the event either the coffee wasn't there or tea wasn't there Food service was pathetic, I literally had to go round in circles for 15 mins before I could figure out that the rotis wasn't being refilled in the food line. I felt as if I was in a 2 star hotel, even though I was physically in a posh high street pheonix location. The positive : I got to drink kensai water, it's a bottled volcanic water, which was a first for me so that was a amazing experience. Very nice security staff, they make small talk and talked to me, which doesnot usually happen, very polite and nice. Overall I will say it's a average hotel, with great interiors and infrastructure.

Average food for a five star. Too much of a traffic block inside the hotel on a Saturday evening; from the main road to the hotel entrance - even more than the road outside.

My sister and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast buffet here on 22nd January. Absolutely delicious and a massive amount of variety all tasty and freshly prepared. Our experience was made more enjoyable by our lovely waiter Huzefa, who was incredibly helpful and attentive!

We visited the hotel again today for breakfast and again the food was fabulous! Well worth a visit even if just for breakfast!

A very sophisticated place, after all it's a 5 star hotel! This place is popular with foreigners. Not to mention but the staff working here are very polite and well mannered also the washrooms are very well maintained. The food was quite good here.
I had gone for a wedding reception, the starters and desert tasted fantastic with a wide option to choose from. The main course tasted good but it did not reach my expectations.

Very well made property which is bwing run by incompetence management. Had a very bad experience while my stay at the hotel as there was a wedding at the hotel and the staff didn't seem to care about regular non wedding related guests.

It's a good place except for the location. Situated in a crowded and high traffic jam prone area one has to think twice before deciding to go there. Food was delicious and healthy.
