Very good view of South Mumbai from the higher floors

Though it is a Hotel, the people working here are very humble. I met with Shane on the 9th floor, Romila, they were all very courteous to help...

A wonderful hotel. Very rarely does one notice the finer points of a hotel or room or service in a quick one night business trip, but St. Regis stood out on all three fronts. Immaculate rooms, excellent service and then the higher up you go the views become quite nice as well. I hear the restaurants are really good as well, but didnt get a chance to try any of them

There are some 5 lifts which should have LCD display which lift is nearby and comming first..

Amazing place. It's soo grand. Came here to celebrate my grandfather's 75th birthday today and they made sure that our experience was luxurious.
We dined at 'Seven Kitchens'. The food spread was amazing. Food was excellent, specially, the caramel walnut salad, the crab sushi, salmon sushi, chicken biryani and prawns curry are a must try.
The dessert spread was huge. There were around 10+ choices in ice-creams itself .... and each dessert was better than the other. The hazelnut tart, orange meringue, Blueberry pudding are a must try.
A must visit for a true fine dining experience .

It was great to be here for an event. Food was excellent and the staff very very hospitable!! Safety protocols were maintained. Keep up the good work!

This places is situated in Lower Parel, Mumbai and is very close to the railway station and High Street Pheonix. The restaurants are beautiful but super expensive. The food served is great and they have a very good and helpful staff.This place is filled with foreigners and big company players.

Attended a conference here. It's luxurious inside and has excellent restaurants.

Beautiful hotel. No complaints. Huge breakfast spread. Very friendly staff. Good WiFi. To top it up is the convenience to the best Mall in Mumbai.

I loved this hotel ever since it was known as Palladium. Have stayed their during the lake and fashion week so I am sure the stay can't get better then this..amazing view from terrace. Superb food for breakfast and really nice rooms what else do u need in a hotel

Loved this hotel! It is a personal favorite. Staff was so well mannered kind and courtious. Food was amazing. Room was spacious decent and beautiful. Elegant and classy furniture.

Expensive but also a very stunning hotel! Bars/club on the top floors are a must see!

The St. Regis Mumbai (previously Shangri-La Hotel), Lower Parel- India's tallest hotel building at 155 metres/ 509 feet, 40 floors above ground level. This hotel designed by P.G. Patki Architects has 461 rooms and was completed in 2012 after commencing construction in 2008.

This is very peaceful place and very pleasant service has been given by the staff

The place looks magnificent. Especially the Aston Ballroom that overlooked the city and had an open terrace.

Had buffet lunch today. Food was too good, excellent courteous service, mind blowing ambience. Overall experience is quite satisfactory.

Was at the St. Regis for the ASCENT Conclave which was at the main ballroom. Seems like the service level has dropped significantly from my previous times. They really need to pull up their socks if they need to maintain the St. Regis quality.

An amazing place, one of a kind, well worth staying.

My family and I recently had the privilege of staying at this fantastic hotel. Words fail to do justice to the outstanding level of service, care and hospitality we experienced. The rooms were impeccable and the food left us in gastronomic heaven!! The service is extremely personal and every effort is made to ensure ones comfort and expectations are met and exceeded. I would highly recommend The St Regis Mumbai !!

Good spread but not that amazing food some of the things we're extremely salty. Ice cream wasn't kept which is mentioned in the menu.

Great hotel. The breakfast is exceptional and in general the staff are eager to please. I would have given 5 stars if only they manned the pool bar. There are staff falling over each other all over the hotel yet nobody to serve a cold drink by the pool. Nevertheless I would stay again.

Omg I love love love this place!!!! They took such care of us whilst on our trip. We are still here and they go all out to tend to the smallest details. We were going to miss breakfast and they sent complimentary food later just so we wouldn t go empty stomached!! And to our liking too!! Love them. Thanks to F&B Akram, butler services and fabulous team at the breakfast restaurant. We never want to stay anywhere else. Well done and kudos!!!!

Nice... But I didn't like the inconvenience in between two halls .
They didn't tell us that they are having another event in between our two booked halls. That created little mess in our event .. food and ambiance is grt

Good Access to Hotel from main road. . .
Pick Up and Drop area is a little too small, to much of chaos while an event being held in the hotel (and the hotel seems to be very popular for events)

Food is good. Presentation at by the Mekong could be better.

Elegant property. Good service at the tea Lounge which is perfect for a quick business meeting. The Buffet lunch served at the Seven Kitchens restaurant truly had offerings from as many kitchens. Excellent quality & service here too. Amongst the finest and widest Buffet range across hotels in the city. Kudos to it's staff! Hope you do take care of after them all. It's they who make our experience worth returning to :-)
