The hotel is fantastic as everyone else has said but my personal experience is the reason why everyone praises about the hotel is because of the staff there....Spcly the sevens kitchen team there services just adds on to the St regis reputation without them it wudnt be possible....Hats off to Mr Shri Krishna keep up the good work wish u all the success....THANK You!!!!

Awesome, awesome experience at the St Regis clubs. Rooftop has views of Mumbai all around, two separate clubs with DJs playing different, equally great music, world class. Just be prepared to pay accordingly

Average - After my experience at the St. Regis in Singapore, the Mumbai property was a letdown.

Food is really good
Ambience is nice and warm
The lights radiate perfect brightness that's pleasing and the temperature is very well controlled
They have a nice sensible selection of restaurants and bars

Awesome place for a stay in Mumbai if you have a Money to spend. View is amazing and rooms are bigger and better. Food that you'll love. The best mall of Mumbai is just next to this Hotel.

I recently attended the IGA (India Gaming Awards) at the venue. It was held at the Astral Ball Room. The event was a huge success and a big hand was played by the staff that did a superb job of setting up the room which looked beautiful. The food be it starters, main course or dessert had an vide variety spanning both veg and non-veg delicacies. The presentation along with the taste was exquisite. Did not get a chance to approach the bar but from the feedback by others present the option was limited. The service in terms of cleaning up used dishes was a bit slow also there I felt there was a lack of a designated place to keep the used utensils. The overall experience was simply outstanding and a really good job by the staff present as well as all those associated with the preparation for the event. Will surely recommend to others

London's iconic brand brings in the right flavours of Butler Service in India, staff is extremely courteous. I recommend it for short business stays as we as MICE..cheers !!

Very special hotel has the Butler works nicely with me on making sure everything I need It's taken care of and really helps to organize your day-to-day activities. I've enjoyed my stay and have four more nights.

Beautiful hotel, but with small rooms. The location is good as it is connected to the Palladium Mall. The service was good, but could have been better, especially compared to other hotels in Mumbai.

The Seven Kitchens 24/7 restaurant is an all time favourite with its good food and great staff and an awesome ambience! A must visit to experience and get addicted especially for post midnight hunger pangs.

Need to improve on food. All items in high tea had component of white flour

Well located hotel within a mall - a concept quite popular in South East Asia yet rare in India - the only one with such a concept in mbai.

Quite some great food options here and if not, there is the Palladium for th additionals. Living here means a direct access into the luxury palladium mall.

Banquets are massive and multiple options available too. Just getting in and out of this place could be a nightmare so factor that in if you have a flight to catch.

Great experience but very expensive. Choose wisely. But it doesn't hurt to have an expensive taste once in a while;)

Stayed many times with my Twin Kids. Dlx room & Suite... Amazing rooms. HUGE rooms. GREAT Comfort. Amazing people - highly courteous. Out n Out to pamper you & provide you. Huge & Super yummm breakfast & Food. Everything one can ask for. FAB Hotel. Extremely Classy. ABSOLUTE GO.

Just a feedback: The portion size of everything in Buffet is very large. Be it a croissant, muffins basically bakery items, Juice glasses, sambhar & chutney bowls ... basically everything And most of us pick up stuff to taste new variety .... and in the end so much food gets wasted on the table. End of the day Its a NATIONAL resource which is getting wasted.

I had a word with Mr Prasad from F & B department over this & he gave me such a patience listening & i really hope he is able to take the matter to senior authorities & make positive changes here.

This is a 5 star hotel. This has many beautiful scenery and it's garden is so huge this hotel feels me like my dream place. service is awesome all the staff members are very polite many of the celebrities are prefer this hotel located in lower Patel. This hotel has unique infrastructure and from inside it is like a paradise you feel so good. Many effective and attractive lightning . I was here for a wedding and business purpose.

I loved the hotel and it s interiors. It has a very chivalrous staff and we experienced royalty all through our stay. Our room had a beautiful view - Mumbai skyline. They offered a wide variety of breakfast buffet and loved each of the bakery products. What I will like them to improve on is - they can make better Sushi and Coffee. Apart from it, I had extremely good experience and I will recommend it to many.

We had been to Seven Kitchens restaurent. As the name suggests is a beautiful restaurent located in St. Regis, Lower Parel in Mumbai arranging buffet of seven different cuisine.

We were here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. The place is huge. The moment we stepped in, were amazed by the ambience. The decor is a treat to the eyes.

A variety of cuisine were offered to choose from and to be very honest, one would be confused as in where to start from

We started with Chicken Hot and Sour soup followed by pani puri and dahi puri which was sooo delicious followed by Asian food, sea food.... from prawns to Noodles to Chicken Biryani to Pizza to Suchi... full of options to choose from...
And yes, the place is a delight for veggies. Lots of options available for vegetarians

Desserts is the best part.. served with Blackforest cake, Red velvet pastry, Cheese cake, Ice cream, pedas, Berry opera, Oreo Brownie, Creme Brulee and much more...

They also serve you with exotic fruits.. to name a few, green apple, dragon fruit, fig and so on.

Cost per head of buffet is around Rs. 2300/- per head. A little pricey but worth every penny
