Went for an event by Mgage company in thier banquet hall. Party was great food was awsome.

So St. Regis is hosting the Premier Badminton League....and we are the official travel partners of Badminton association of India....so there was a launch event on 21 Dec 2018....in which all the whose who of the federation and national and international players were present. Including the games of Saina Nehwal...pv Sindhu....Gopichand ....Carolina Marin....it was a great fun and successful event managed by St. Regis Mumbai.....and the food was really amazing as well.

Buffet at Seven Kitchens totally worth it ! Huge spread , delicious food and great service at only Rs. 3000 including taxes

We already know several St Regis, the food is a very strong point that makes us repeat because we thought it was a guarantee, that was until the St Regis in Mumbai, we went the first day to 7 Kitchen for the mid-day buffet, my seafood They did not attract my attention for not looking appetizing, my husband launched into a huge prawn and on the plate he stayed, let's say there is a lot of variety and different stations, but it is not excellent. We asked for a room service or a private dinning as they call here, in our Astor suite on the 34th floor, with wonderful views, the waiter came and left the tray with everything in it except two plates of hamburgers, when you ask ... "I can do something more for you! ??? , very well learned, I ask him if I could please place the appropriate table, and the poor man simply did not know, I realized it is not that he did not want to, it is that he did not know what I wanted . I have a great tour of 5 Star hotels in Suites and I know what to expect from a meal in Suite. A table with its tablecloths and everything well placed. This shocked us a lot.
On the other hand, every time I entered the suite, an intense smell of cleaning products, but the bad ones and that smell bad. Another great but to this St Regis, the noise of the nightclub, I recommend not to take floor 34 or 33 ... from there down.
La Butler, it occurred to me to ask her to unpack my suitcase, and I don't know if she doesn't know or that she didn't want to work, I just take everything out as is and pile it on two shelves in the closet, she didn't hang anything from the hangers, she did. in 2 minutes with no interest, so in our 5 days we decided not to use their service, ah! I forgot, I called her once to modify my reservation and what she did was stop me with the place and I had to explain everything again and that it costs me in English that is not my language.
Lest it be so negative in my review, I will say that the suite, the facilities, the service in general, the check in and out very attentive.
Except for one lady at the reception desk who told her that I wanted to change and she said to me in a brusque way "sit down!", So abruptly that I stood up and when he was going again, I told him that I didn't sit down because I didn't like him. way to tell me.

The hotel is beautiful they have temperature check and sanitation at entrance they also have a good rooftop bar amazing view very good ambience many restaurants are there in hotel it's next to a mall so you can shop there

Rooms, large, well maintained, plenty of amenities, plenty of storage, what else do you want ?

Service, this is what makes this hotel special
The staff, from check in, and pretty much every time you walk anywhere in this hotel you will be taken care of, from guest relations to managers, to housekeeping, this was the best hospitality I have seen in a long time

So my thank you primarily goes to the staff that made my stay truly great, but also to the different department managers, well done

the food, the Indian restaurant accordingly to locals I know is currently pretty much the best in Mumbai, and I have to say that it was delicious

Buffet in the morning offers plenty of choices, from Asian, Indian, to your American food, you will leave happy, the pastries are very well made, and thank you to the women serving them, who figured after a few days my favorites and got them ready for me whenever I came in in the morning, again its the service here

I very much recommend this hotel and would not even bother to look for somewhere else

Had gone there for a party at their seven kitchens restaurant, had a great experience, food was amazing, view is superb, hospitality is wonderful, highly recommended for a great evening

At a conclave.....25 minutes tea break.
3 The staff struggle for a cup of coffee from the machine. After 5 minutes they find out milk is not adequate in the machine. Pour milk still no coffee. After 10 minutes discovers beans are less. After beans are added another 5 minutes and restart later they realize it's out of water! Tea break over, 25 minutes wait and no coffee. Bunch of trainees ruining a global brand

Old fashioned charm and service . Attention to detail is non comparable. Great location , fantastic restaurants and entertainment. Can't find any fault.

The eating joints here are expensive, but the buffet is priced reasonably.

Anything I say about this place is less. It s the heart of Mumbai! The best hospitality, the best privacy & trust me its a comfort zone is a busy place like Mumbai. St. Regis has my heart. Love this place.
