Wedding venue was beautiful. Food and drinks were nice.

The best scenery where you can play freely in a beautiful and well-managed white sand beach, and the canopy sunbeds like a veil of a bride wrapped around a seawater pool. There's a drink bar right in the pool ... But the private pools of each villa are better than that, with a direct link to the sea water pool and fun to explore.

However, due to a security problem, taxis that are directly called without going through the front desk can not come to the front, so walk to the front gate or call the taxi via the front desk.

This place is amazing and I love the blue lagoon pool. The staff is incredible as it always is for a St. Regis. The rooms here are some of the nicest that I have ever seen.
It's pricey but's so worth it if you go to Bali. I will be back!

I go to hotel ino just take money, incidentally in the palace there is a BCA ATM with a fraction of 100K.

The service is good and the rooms are clean, comfortable and the facilities are good for those who really enter ...

There is a tea time service, good for those who leave early in the morning can not have breakfast plus bread added.

The dancing show is exotic and fantastic. Great discount for spg member for dinner.

A good resort, especially for the breakfast. Tea time and water spa are so so... I was impressed by their beach. It's a good place for relax.

Beautiful hotel, there are surprises everywhere, the staff is friendly and intimate, the breakfast is very rich, the room is large and there is a balcony, watching the sunrise on the beach..., everywhere is beautiful.

While I did not stay here, my brother had his wedding here. I must commend the people and the villas looked fantastic. The head butler actually came to help my brother tie his bow tie after others couldn't do it, and stayed for the wedding.

Food was reasonably priced, after factoring the price of food back home. Decent quality as well.

OMG! You have not lived until you do the Branch at the St.Regis. The place is amazing, super luxurious with spectacular ocean view. The kick off of the branch is by popping champagne it s a traditional practice every Saturday brunch. This experience has been one of the best we ever had, and we travel a lot world wide and eat in great places. St.Regis by far has been one of the best we ever experienced, we are doing to write a detailed blog post about it. Watery mouth as I am typing this. :) top quality for an amazing price. Thank you for the incredible food experience. Your staff and the manager were really awesome!

I came here only for dinner, as we came too early and the staff offer us to have little tour around the hotel and it was very nice treat to my family. The staff who show us around which drives a buggy was very friendly and well mannered. Thank you!

Pretty amazing. The best hotel experience apart from Gili lankanfushi. Great service, and a Couric great restaurants. The laguna pool was a pleasure to swim in.

My husband and I went here on our honeymoon in March 2016, cashing in much of our savings and many hotel points along the way. We shopped for destinations for MONTHS and ultimately chose the St. Regis Bali for a 10 day stay. We absolutely LOVED our time there and I may or may not have cried on the way back to the airport. Clearly, this property is well-reviewed, but a few highlights that bear mentioning:

1) The brunch is not just "excellent," the brunch is so incredible I think it would have been worth paying what we paid just for the brunch. Allow yourself to be seduced by the decadent lobster omelette, but also give the Indonesian breakfast food a try. I once had 7 cuisines during one meal - it was my heaven!

2) Turndown service! They play soft jazz piano, turn down all the lights to the perfect level, lay out slippers and robes for you, and leave you nice notes with serene quotes. I saved ALL the notes and slippers and, sometimes after a hard day, try to replicate the St. Regis turndown service at home. It doesn't work, unfortunately, but it brings back happy memories.

3) The beach staff were wonderful. They were able to prepare beach stations with customized details (like we requested that our station have two towels for each of us and cold water waiting around 10 AM each morning). Of all the staff (and there are A LOT), we interacted the most with the beach staff, and they really made our stay spectacular.

4) The butlers were kind and generous. I had never had butler service before this trip, and if you'd asked me about the concept before the trip, I would have been skeptical. But the butlers at the St. Regis are more wise confidantes than they are servers. They gave great advice when we wanted to eat outside the resort, they helped us figure out what weird bug bites we had, and they generally made our trip special at every turn. I realized that what separates St. Regis butlers from other great staff at classy hotels is that they ANTICIPATE guests' needs rather than FULFILL guest requests. For example, they delivered aloe to the room when they saw me walking around sunburned and they offered to unpack when we arrived exhausted. As far as I can tell, their job is to figure out what guests want before they realize they want it. And they are really good at their job!

5) Other than the brunch, the food is not spectacular. It's worth eating at the resort a few times because the food is definitely still good and the ambiance is incredible. But otherwise, there are such amazing food options on the island, I'd eat elsewhere most evenings.

6) The tour company right inside the hotel is fantastic. We had an absolutely lovely two days with our guide. We wanted to do some odd things (like see a factory, courtesy of my manufacturing engineer father) and he made it happen. Plus, the guide was interesting, personable, fun, and knowledgeable. Alas, I have desperately tried to remember his name but cannot - it's been too long and I never wrote it down. But he has a son that got into college to study computer science and chose to be a bartender instead (which led to an interesting conversation with him about the incentives to enter tourism in a place like Bali).

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the southern part of Bali, extremely clean & comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the St. Regis Bali has been nothing short of phenomenal, exceptional or outstanding. From the time we landed until the time we checked out, the hotel provided unprecedented service. I came to Bali to celebrate my birthday with my husband and the the hotel ensured I had the best birthday experience. Our villa was breathtaking, as so was the breakfast and room service. What stood out was how incredibly nice the people are here, as if they re not programmed to say no to anything. I had a wonderful experience, it s the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy your time close to nature. It was really hard to say good bye, but I m sure to plan a trip to Bali soon again.

Beautiful beach with a wedding chapel and strand villas with private beach access and beds. Sea is a bit rough though as there is no barrier reef, but can be a lot of fun in the waves too.

Come for a visit to the restaurant. Good food, great ambience, good service.

An absolutely fantastic property! The grounds and rooms are stunning. There is so much attention to detail. Nothing is overlooked. The service and hospitality is the best I ve experienced anywhere in the world. The food and drinks were very good and fairly priced for such a high end resort. If you are planning to spend time at the beach in Bali, it should be at the St. Regis.

By far the best St Regus I've visited and the best hotel in Bali in my opinion. Service is exceptional and personalised, more so than even Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay

Really I am very disappointed why online taxis may not pick me up at the ST hotel. Regis, please help the hotel management improve the transportation system in the hotel so that consumers are comfortable when using transportation services

Five plus! Breakfast - for all tastes, service at a high level. Housekeeping impeccable. The territory is big, beautiful, well-groomed. Unusual saltwater pool, clean beach. Villas (probably the rooms) with nice furniture, interior decoration, lighting.

Worst hotel I ever stayed .... So many things were not working in the villa we stayed, in the spa aquatic pool and the locker... maintenance of this property is unexpectedly very bad... especially for hotel who once was the best hotel resort in Asia ... it's not really worth to pay such a high price with terrible hotel maintenance. Save the money for other hotel... will definitely not coming back.... In fact feel regret to stay here as it was my first time to try this hotel ... however the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
