Great hotel - here you are welcome.

Room (we had the suite with pool) was very nice and spacious. The outdoor area with pool a dream. Modern meets Balinese style. Here and there you can see that the hotel is 10 years, but with the friendliness and prudence of all staff you can see over it.

The restaurants have 4 options that have convinced us all. Prices are reasonable for the quality and you also get easier dishes for 12-15 . Alcohol is very expensive here.

The hotel area is huge and you will always find something new. There are many retreats and several pool landscapes - one with a bar.

The place is very comfortable. Many trees are soothing.

We went for lunch and were well looked after. The meals we had were tasty and delicious.

A huge upscale resort. The security guys were nice. However, as we were meeting a client here and ordered piccolo latte, the coffee was horrible. The barista was definitely not well-trained to make good coffee.

One of the top destination for couples, they have a very pleasant atmosphere and great room.

I came here only for breakfast in famous Boneka restaurant. The hotel is quite nice, restaurant was busy with guests having breakfast. I must say they have a creative menu. You thought you would get food in a way you imagine it would be and then what you got was completely out of the box. Very interesting experience I must say.

The lagoon pool with sea water is just great.
She is endless.
Breakfast: perfect with a buffet and a la carte.
The staff is very caring.
The Spa is transcendent I had to do more than 5 treatments in 1 week.
To conclude, if you want to go, do it with your eyes closed!

A very beautiful and luxurious place, as a famous resort on the island of Bali

I stayed at this resort for my honeymoon and overall I was very disappointed that this resort didn't live up to my expectations.

Don't get me wrong, this is fantastic resort with wonderful facilities and amenities, the resort has its own private beach, and a swimming pool looking into the beach with a bar. The pool suite that I got was amazing and it was nothing short of heavenly experience. They provide transportation, concierge and butler service

However, my stay was terrible, here are the issues that I had during my stay.

1. The check in process took 2 HOURS, literally it took them two hours to check me in and assign me a room. This is brutal, even the worst hotel I have visited had me checked into my room in less than 15 minutes. For a five star hotel, this is not acceptable at all. The staff apologized multiple times which was of no use, if you didn't have the room available, you should have let me know upfront or given me a better room that is available, they could have planned better, I asked them if they can put me in a room with higher category, they asked me to pay for it. Anyways, I waited two hours and had to miss my lunch and it also did upset our other plans in the day. My wife wasn't impressed with their response either. Every time we asked, they had no idea when it will be ready, asked us to wait. Also, being a gold elite member, they refused me when I asked for free breakfast.

2. At around 9:30 PM, when we were asleep, housekeeping kept ringing my door bell until I opened and asked me if I needed second cleaning, on the positive side, I was impressed they are providing this service, however, they should have asked this when I check in/or requested this earlier in the evening, not disturb my sleep late at night.

3. The next day, I requested for bath salt and it took them around 30 minutes to deliver it to my room, I just kept calling and waiting, asking where it is. Wife and I were very upset that I couldn't get my bath and had to wait this long on towel. I mean, the other hotels that I stayed in didn't take longer than 5 to 10 minutes to deliver anything.

4. Also, I ordered tea for me and my wife, and again, they took around 35 minutes to deliver the tea to the room, poor service, when I called the second time, the butler service person argued it takes them around 15-20 minutes and wasn't even apologetic.

Overall, the staff were willing to help, but when it came to the actual service it was poor with delays.

Will I stay at this resort again? Probably not. I had high expectations for this resort, and unfortunately with the service i received, It didn't meet my expectations.

Very luxurious hotel, amazing from staying to leaving

The bathtub in the room was covered with petals, and the scenes seen in the movie moved to the front, and people were moved.

A beach dedicated to tenants, a waiter handing a beach towel and cold mineral water as soon as he approaches the lounger

Breakfast is invincible, and high-end ingredients such as lobster omelet steak are infinitely eaten!

Best Resort in Bali

I've been to here twice, but this time I stayed at another hotel called mulia which is beside St. Regis. I got tons of memory with this hotel, the swimming pool is incredibly big. One of the best hotel in Bali.

Idyllic hotel, very quiet and very clean, very helpful personel and super good breakfast.
The location guarantees a total change of scenery, the setting is truly magical, the price for the region is not a gift but if you can afford it you will not regret it!

The villa is good, the villa directly faces the sea as soon as the door is opened. The waiter is very good. I will come over next time.

The epitome of a hotel stay has to be a night in St Regis. Trully an excellence.

We stayed in the beachfront villa and it was fabulous.

Everything is done in perfection by the details: staff greeted us by name upon our stay, outstanding butler service, ample amenity kits, extensive breakfast menu, etc. I can't find a single disappointing moment during my stay except the bar soap that is too oily for me

Overall, really fabulous and perfect stay in St Regis. Truly other hotels need to try hard to compete on the same level. It has to be one of the best stay in my life.

Awesome brunch, a must do if you are in Bali and staying in Nusa Dua. The selection is amazing, and wonderful free flowing cocktails before the meal!

Amazing resort with incredibly friendly and professional staff. I was highly impressed by how great the overall service level was. The hotel has multiple pools, great restaurants and big, clean and convenient rooms. The St. Regis absolutely saved my holiday after a less than pleasant experience at an other property in nusa dua before. Will return for sure.

The place is really cool and the service is the best

Did not stay here. We tried the food at Boneka Restaurant! Overpriced but quality is not 5 star. The prawns are not fresh, and the waitress is not well trained as she gave wrong price and information about the buffet. Poor and slow service. Setting is in an old vintage restaurant. Expected more.

No doubt of being the best Villa and SPA in Bali. Very good and must have breakfast buffet !!! Always kind and good mannered people here. Beach, swimming pool, facilities are all awesome.
