A splendid hotel to rest with a very attentive and professional staff. The pool is beautiful.

The toilets in the front car park are poorly maintained and many are damaged ... Even if it is for the driver but for attention ...

Have stayed at the St. Regis Bali several times and absolutely enjoy this resort, which I count among the best beach resorts out there. Their signature outstanding service (their answer to any request is "certainly, Sir" - amazing), great food, amazing lagoon, fab beach and tranquil environment (including a terrific spa) leaves me relaxed every time I visit. Can't wait to go back.

On of the finest hotel i have ever been. The staff are wonderful, nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the festivities are great. The room is specious and clean. I do recommend it .

The staff's response is calm and the time flows slowly when you are here.
After breakfast, you can have a happy time while listening to the sound of the waves while drinking alcohol in the sea or in the pool.
I do not want to go home if I go here.

It's all about getting out of the resort (laughs).

The most unfriendly hotel I ever know for giving services. So I was being the vendor to support their event, but they didn't give their support and cooperation on the day. Even when I asked for water, they hard to do it. They don't always smile. They use the buggy but they didn't even ask / offer me from the ballroom to the beach. They not even being kind to give an offer while they're riding it. They treat people based on their preference while for me, we all are the same human to be treated the same. And even for water? While hotels business are dealing with giving good services. Not a good experience for me as a human being.

Its a premium property. The one disadvantage is that most of the laguna/beach suits are under construction so you can only get garden suits or regular suites which dont have beach views. The head of butler goes out if its way to provide the best service.

After all, if you come to Bali you must see the sea
Breakfast is the best here.
Even items not on the menu will be made to order.
I wanted broth so I got a lobster bisque.
The staff's response is also very good.
However, I was assigned a flyer with a guest next door even though it was not crowded in this time of corona...

Just went for the Sunday luncheon. Bit disappointed for the price. Waiting staff not very attentive as kept having to ask for the used plates to be cleared.

Very good ... five star hotel. The facilities are quite complete ... comfortable. Even when Raja Salman visits Bali, he stays at ST. Basically, Regis Bali is guaranteed to be comfortable and beautiful ... it won't be disappointed

One of the best hotels I have experienced, from service, to location to facility. Everything is done with class. And the teams will do absolutely everything they can to accommodate you. Kudos to the spa and the gym is amazing.

So much to write about this resort so let me number them to make it easy:
1. Welcomed with utmost respect
2. Stayed at the villa lagoon. This is practically a house fully furnished to the finest detail
3. Breakfast at Boneka was world class. I recommend eating the lobster omelette. My wife loved the waffles and ate every single breakfast
4. Treated like royalty by the staff
5. Received multiple gifts throughout our stay. My wife and I are very grateful
6. Huge shutout to Bambang, our concierge, who took care of us
7. Everyone called me by my name. Felt very special. My wife thought I was secretly a billionaire. My platinum status may have had something to do with this.
8. Fire show lasted 10 mins. We highly recommend watching it. It plays at 6pm

Still the best resort in Bali hands down. And I have been to alot of them!

Excellent restaurant with a very rich cuisine. There are a lot of meat and seafood dishes. There are mussels, crayfish, sushi, rolls.
Very pleasant live music with piano and saxophone.
While we were sitting, they brought us dishes from the chef several times (some were very tasty)
Of the minuses - they don't know how to cook lamb (the meat was like rubber).
The second disadvantage is that there is no free plain water, with a very expensive entrance price. I had to drink watermelon.

The entrance to the territory is through a metal detector, and at the entrance the bike is inspected. In general, everything is serious.

Very private beach, the best in Nusa Dua area. Well maintained property, service and food are good but a bit expensive... well it's the St Regis so can't complain.

Here for office meeting, the staff are very cooperative and helpfull. But you need to ask in detail of you need something.

My wife and I had the most wonderful stay in a Gardenia Villa during our honeymoon this past week (best combination for beauty, central location, and privacy).

On August 26th we were married in Philadelphia and two days later started our 30+ hour trip to Bali. We originally booked a 5 day stay at the St. Regis with plans to travel to Singapore next. After the first two days, we loved the resort and staff so much that we decided to cancel our trip to Singapore and extended our stay through today, Monday September 5th.

Everything about the resort is beautiful and well-kept and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The villa we stayed in was immaculate and house keeping was always surprising us with sweet notes, clean sheets/towels, and a honeymoon rose petal bath. Each restaurant was also absolutely delicious and world-class. Particularly, the included breakfast every morning at Boneka was jaw dropping in terms of service, international gourmet selection, and local dishes.

Most importantly, there are a few people in particular who really made our experience wonderful and I am sure would do the same for you:

-Eka Wira at Boneka and Dulong, he made us feel so welcome and made the most perfect host anytime we saw him. Each day we looked forward to seeing Eka.
-Bagus, Antina, Wira, Dewa, Eta, Era, Wayhu, Dias, and Januhadi at Boneka
-Ayu (Concierge)
-the entire spa staff
-Monica at King Cole Bar
-Bartenders at Kayaputi
-the hosts of private chapel dinners

So balinese style but the lavish way, great restaurants, bars, services and impeccable rooms... always to be back here

The most "luxurious" breakfast in life

I was advised by a local acquaintance and stayed there. We expected that breakfast was great above all, but more than expected! It is too gorgeous. . .

You can eat as much as you like on the order other than the buffet. There was foie gras too, and I ate too much from morning.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the swimming pool is the best, there is also a beach, but all meals in the hotel are at a high level, so we strongly recommend it to people who want to eat good food and relax in the hotel.

Famous 5 star hotel in Nusa Dua. Ever King Salman (Saudi Arabia) lived in this hotel. Facilities and services are very good.

Kind staff and well managed facilities.
Stayed at suite room for 2 nights.
The most impressive thing is breakfast offering king crab omelet and various menu.
But it's quite crowded and all staff were pretty busy. I couldn't even order drinks before omelet served.
On 2nd day, I had chance to have breakfast service in room, it was also very comfortable but would like to recommend you to have breakfast in designated breakfast place. When you choose menu for delivery service to room, the special menu such as king crab omelet was not mentioned on order paper. So you may not notice signature menu if you don't have idea of menu beforehand.
About room condition..the room was old but very spacious and well organized from dress room to bath room.
But I saw many molds from the edge of shower area, so requested to clean them up and it was done very quickly with sincere sorry card.
The refrigerator was out of order, and telephone inside room was also not working at first. All things were fixed but that was not pleased experience.
Was not perfect stay but I can't stop thinking have a holiday again at St. Regis. It may because of that calm and isolated beach, nice staff, and beautiful weather.

We just dined in only at the restaurant...never stays there..the staffs was friendly and very polite. The best foigrass ever had

The best vacation of my life!! I stayed here for my birthday vacation in May, 2019 and I was treated like royalty. It was like living a dream. The staff of St. Regis went above and beyond to ensure that I had the most enjoyable experience. And I sure did! They surprised me by decorating my room and placed a table with cake, rose Patels, balloons etc. It was breathtaking! Every person on property was a breath of fresh air. Not to mention the restaurant staff. Especially the staff at Boneka Restsurant. They made every meal super special. That lobster omelette is to die for! I can t find words to express my overall experience but I can say without hesitation that I will be back!!! You guys rock!

Service intimate staff with high quality, high quality room equipment, beautiful high-end hotel

Absolutely fantastic, from the moment you leave the plane - the team escorts you through a special immigration to the transfer service.
Ground level rooms ("suites") come with a dipping pool and Cabana. Villas surround the huge saltwater lagoon. If you stay in a room, you may almost miss that gem. Sadly it's only 1.20m deep, but that's OK. Even during almost full occupancy, the lagoon was virtually empty. Then of course you have another pool and the beach!
Outdoor dinner is a nice romantic option. Breakfast was good, but not hugely memorable. For extra comfort have it delivered to the room as the breakfast restaurant can get a bit busy.

I gave one star so it will hopefully help some people: the Beach is NOT private. You can rest anywhere you want and hotel stuff can't throw you away. We spent 10 minutes discussing with them and they left us in peace. Please stand for your rights! Everything before the pavement is public and you can stay wherever you want, don't let the management tell you otherwise. Just honor hotel's property and don't use their beds etc... wish you fun using this nice beach!

This hotel was at the beginning of our trip. BIG MISTAKE. We are afraid everything after it is just going to be a massive disappointment.
Every detail was carefully thought out and presented in a way that could only make you feel welcomed.
Majority of other 5 star properties seems and feels like 3 stars after this experience.

This is our most favorite hotel in the world and honestly, the best one to date.

Suites, villas and service always excellent. They have the most congenial team and whenever you would ask for something the request will be follow promptly in no time.
What we also liked about St Regis it never felt crowded. There were always beach chairs available, and there was never a wait for breakfast.

The property itself is immaculate and gorgeous, laid out beautifully and really built around guest privacy. Even when resort is full it's never feels crowded.

Both the villas and suites are stunning with local Balinese architecture and materials...large, very well equipped, private, very stylish and with excellent finish.

The entire staff is incredibly warm and very professional running like a clock and we always felt like the resort's most important guests!
Breakfasts are a big deal to us and it is absolutely a meal to look forward to here...huge, gorgeous buffet with plenty of options, you won't be disappointed. Overall the food and drinks quality superb in every restaurant, more expensive than in local places, but quality will be uncomparable
When staying in the suite you will be close to lobby and breakfast.

Surrounded by tropical rainforest gardens, the area is full of greenery, the rooms are beautiful, and the butler service is meticulous.

Absolutely beautiful. Service was particularly friendly and attentive, especially Carlos, chief butler, who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was incredible. The grounds are vast, many private nooks to relax and even at peak hours of the day, the private beach and pool areas were never crowded. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with how my partner and I were spoken too and treated at a recent encounter at St Regis Bali.
not impressed with the service that it just made the experience very off putting. I was hoping to have my wedding here, needless to say that I will not be having fun it hear now. The even more disappointing part of the stay is that I work in Travel, and always recommend clients to stay here.

Friendly atmosphere ... luxurious ... incidentally my wife and I wanted lunch there ... until the loby was greeted by a friendly hotel clerk and we were ushered in using a golf vehicle (golf car) because the position of the restaurant was facing the sea ... where the restaurant staff greeted him and introduced himself as the officers who will serve us ... feel VVIP really ... the menu that is served is western ... the cake is the pizza and I have the steak ... we chose the place in the outdors below us there is a long swimming pool ... the atmosphere is very beautiful .. . My wife didn't run out of pizza because it was really large in size and asked for a wrap from the restaurant to help it beoxed but with a note that it could only be eaten a maximum of 3 hours from when it was wrapped ... amazingly ... until we finished eating the duty manager always served well ... we arrived to pay the bill and go home ... I looked for the golf course, it was not there ... and there was no restaurant clerk who offered us to order golfcar ... so we walked to. Loby while holding hands with his wife beloved...

Every employee is very kind, the service is very caring. The staff training is very solid. Next time I will choose st Regis again.
