Fabulous resort placed in the beautiful Nusa Dua. It's one of the best hotels I ever been in my whole life. Superb amenities together with extraordinary, professional staff service let you feel pampered in unbelievable way. Marvelous food. Staying in this resort you can see completely different quality comparing to other 5 star hotels. The beach front villas located in exceptional view spot. Clean, perfect sandy beach and amazing water colour. Highly recommended. Definitely gonna come back.

Amazing hotel. Excellent rooms, fantastic staff and good food. Especially would recommend the Balinese restaurant.
Beautiful beach and salt water lagoon. On walkway to Bali Collection mall (about 20 minutes).
Grounds are spacious and hotel never feels crowded. Many places to explore and I wish that there had been a better map.
Spa and gym are very nice as well.

Brunch on Sunday is recommended. Enjoy culinary delights.

We have just spent an amazing couple of nights at The St Regis Bali. We had high expectations but nothing could prepare us for the outstanding service and care by the staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make everything perfect, the beach and the beautiful gardens at the resort are also remarkable. The restaurant and spa teams were also absolutely amazing. Everyone looked after us extremely well, we've stayed in 100s of great hotels but this stay was the best we've ever experienced. We'll be back!

The place is beautiful and very comfortable but my experience with Bali was all unsuccessful because of the weather and heat. And other quality people in Seminyak, where most hotels are located, including the ligian resorts

The resort didn't meet our expectation. The resort and room are pretty big. However, the furniture and decoration already show their age and it's a bit smelly. The breakfast is ok, but not great, and it lacks vegetarian options. We also tried the famous afternoon tea, but felt disappointed due to the average food quality. We also use the hotel's tour package, but the car was not particularly comfy.

Made several visits to St Regis while staying at the Laguna Resort in Bali, both of which are part of SPG hotel. Enjoyed dinner at the beautiful Kayaputi and drinks at the King Cole bar while listening to Jazz. Great service too with choice to sit indoor or ob the terrace.

This bar is particularly empty considering the offering. Would encourage more people to visit, have a cocktail and request the Jazz duo to play your favourite tune.

Generally love the St. Regis as they remain consistent globally and absolutely enjoy SPG hotels. #thespglife

The hotel is luxurious & the service is good and friendly

Everything about this hotel is first class! Exceeded my expectations! Check in and out was seamless, the service was excellent and the villas are beautifully designed with excellent amenities and very well set out. We travelled with our 11 year old son and my sister s family who also raved about the villas next door. The amenities and attention to detail at the St Regis is unparalleled. We honestly did not feel like leaving the resort! Excellent food and beverage as well and the spectacular clean white sand beach is your backyard.

I've been to Bulgari, W, and katamama in Bali, and it ranks second in my standard! The service is crazy and good... The breakfast is so popular, but it's actually gorgeous, it doesn't taste great
Unfortunately, it wasn't a quiet resort feeling because there were so many guests. Still, there were a lot of design elements and the swimming pool was great.

My wife and I stayed 5 days at the St Regis in late February. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the ocean. From the moment we arrived, it seemed that every staff member knew our names and were all remarkably attentive. Our meals were superlative and the wait staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Nothing was rushed. Two of the waiters, Yoga and Moor, both highly personable and genuine, truly added to our experience of the hotel and of Bali. The only downside: the access to the large salt water pool (mostly behind the private villas)was very unclear and awkward.

We were in Nusa Dua area and decided to stop by the Kayuputi restaurant - the food and the view was great. On the way out, we forgot a drone at the hotel and when I called the hotel the day after, Melisa at the front desk helped me following up with the restaurant. She contacted me again to clarify the details on where I might have lost the item and finally she was able to help locate the item and sent a driver to deliver it to me! I was very impressed by the service and since we were planning to stay in Nusa Dua after our trip to Ubud we decided to book a stay at the St Regis. Very much looking forward to being there!

The hotel is perfect. Great location and facilities. And the service level is beyond expectations. More than luxary. Thank you. The only problem is the sea full of corals that made evening swimming (low tide) difficult. Nethertheless the great Lagoon swiming pool could it compensate. Our villa had the exit towards the Lagoon so it was a pleasure to swim after sunset.

What an upscale place, we thought we were getting some food but this was a complete experience! Kind of expensive but the food was exquisite

Truly fantastic. Plan for a 30-40 minute ride from the airport. The resort is peacefully calm and has its own quiet beach where you can catch the sunrise. I was upgraded to a Pool Suite thanks to Marriott Gold status. Spacious room with an amazing bathroom! Service was impeccable everywhere. They truly appreciate you here. Pics follow of the bathroom and the breakfast which was a quite reasonable 30 USD given the selection and quality of items offered to you. Of note is the amazing Balinese coffee.

Great holiday hotel! There are swimming pools and beaches, and there are chairs and deck chairs. There is a daze pavilion near the pool where you can relax in the sun! The service staff will come over immediately to prepare towels and water for you! There is also beer to order
The room is comfortable and clean. I live in a basic room. There is a locker room for luggage, a balcony, a large bathroom, a small living room
The spa in the hotel is also great!

The part of afternoon tea is cakes and biscuits, but it's a bit sweet and there are other meals you can order!

I stayed at Gardenia Villa for 4 nights.
It is divided into a hotel building and a villa building on a vast site. Before entering the hotel, you will be inspected as if you were at the airport.

The St. Regis Bali is a hotel where you can enjoy a meal. It was the most luxurious breakfast I have ever stayed. Although it is a buffet style, there is an a la carte menu and you can order as many times as you like. The friendly and attentive Balinese hotel staff will often recommend drinks and food. I feel a little annoyed by the Japanese, but I'm getting used to it.

The villa building is cleaned twice in the morning and evening.
The garden and flowers in the private pool often fall, so it seems to come for cleaning.
If you want to relax in the pool or room,
You will not come in if you refuse to clean in the evening or keep the villa gate locked.

I think it's better for people who want to relax at the hotel.
And I thought it was a hotel where you could enjoy the luxury.

One of the top hotels we stayed in. It is expensive but great. The Strand Villa is costly but has direct access to the beach, butler service and a private swimming pool. We noticed that some parts of the villa needed maintenance which unfortunately seems to be common in south Asian hotels. Overall, the room, living area, bathrooms and the pool area were all clean. The outside garden was well tendered. A server was always there to bring us bottled water and drinks whenever we stepped onto the beach. This beach is unusually empty, even though it is not a private beach. We tried the two large pools: the fresh water and the salt water. They were both clean and mostly empty of guests in a November month. We had coconut water at the bar in one of the pools. The coconut water was tasty but not as great as the king coconut you find in Sri Lanka - now that gets the prize. The service is great.

We never went out side of the hotel except to the nearest shopping are to buy souvenirs and was ripped off for transport on the return trip. Our advice it to arrange a two-way trip with a driver at the hotel. And make sure the driver waits for you at the mall. This is not the hotel's fault.
