Absolutely amazing resort. Staff are extremely helpful and respond quickly.

We celebrated our engagement here and the hotel prepared balloons, flowers, and cake as a surprise.

Butler can setup rose bath. No bubble bath though.

One night a large part of a tree fell on the patio. The staff cleaned it right away and brought macaroons later for the incident.

A 5 star hotel located on the coast of NUSA DUA, for excellent facilities, 24 hour service, and very suitable for your family if you want to spend the night in BALI. This is included in the most luxurious hotel in BALI province. .

The service and the meal are nothing to say, the environment is very good, if the budget allows, it is recommended to try to live once~

Awesome villa, perfect Beach and super duper friendly staff

The hotel was beautifully maintained and thought out. What set it apart was the staff, they all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Especially, Ani (front desk), Adi and Tin and Sudeka (butler), Dwi, Gus Eka, Tusti, and Putri (reatarants)

Always love this hotel, very nice Bali feel hotel, spacious open area, soft sandy beach, breakfast is perfect with lot of choice and tasty local dishes and western food, the room and villa is nice and in good condition, clean and well setting, i think it s the best hotel in Bali

First time at a St Regis and the service is incredible. Now I understand what a Butler means at St Regis, and the entire team really try and make your stay at St Regis from good to fantastic. If you can, definitely stay here. They do have offers often on their instagram page too so definitely follow them. The beach is the cleanest on Nusa Dua side but to be honest I wasn't that impressed with beaches overall in Bali, in April anyway.

The aperitif's aren't free from 6pm and you have little free cakes around the pool from 3.30pm.

A fantastic address for a holiday for two. It is worth every 5 stars. We can really recommend the St Regis-top class.

The beach is still very nice here, clean and comfortable. On certain days there are events too. If you just want to play on the beach it's also really good. Just enter 3,000 per person. It's really recommended to play here again in Bali

However, following my most recent hotel stay, I feel compelled to write this one. I ve earned Platinum Status with Fairmont, Starwood and Marriott, and as a result have a relatively high level of expectation when it comes to high-end properties. And as a traveler who can appreciate extraordinary service and attention, I want to tell everyone who may be interested in visiting Bali Indonesia, that the St. Regis Bali is a cut above any property I ve ever experienced. Beyond the outstanding property, meticulous grounds, world-class cuisine and endless guest amenities, the people of the St. Regis must be recognized as the most memorable. From the grounds crew, to the restaurant and front-end staff, to the management. Collectively, this was - hands-down they made this the most outstanding vacation experience I ve had the good fortune to enjoy. I cannot emphasize the feeling, but to say, you must experience it for yourself. Google needs a 6th star for them.

Maldives in Bali!! The Resort is so stunning moreover if you are stay in Strand Villa. The ambiance and the view directly toward to the ocean view and you have a free-private access to the beach just a step away from your villa. Besides, the elegance architecture from the Swimming pool enhance the luxury touch of this resort.

Stay 4 days 3 nights .. The service is quite satisfying even during a pandemic .. the breakfast is very very good ... the pool is satisfying .. the beach is clean .. the bed is comfortable and clean .. next time I want to stay here again oh yeah for those who have a baby here can make the cheff menu too, you know .. Highly recommended for those who have children of a steady age. Likewise, the employees are all friendly, starting from gardeners, security, all staff are friendly
Just one suggestion .. for the children learning center to be more creative in making activities

We were not as a guest in the hotel, but have only enjoyed the beautiful beach in front of the hotel. However, every day we noticed that hotel staff, who were supposed to clean the beach, buried not only the seaweed and other organic material, but also all the garbage (bottles, plastic bags, etc.) in the sand. For extra pits were dug near the surf of the sea. One would expect that a hotel like the St. Regis and its management looks a little more outside the box and takes care of the well-being of the expensive paying guests as well as the protection of the beautiful nature, from which one finally profits decisively.

Book at the hotel transfer from the airport. Wonderful breakfasts. Clean beach, spacious rooms. Villas with access to the pool with sea water. Many restaurants. Expensive. Of the minuses, some distance and privacy.

Went for dinner on our last night in Bali. Hotel was resolute good and the food was lovely. The service was also very good.

This is my favourite resort in Bali as I currently am married and have no children yet. Wonderful facilities, beautiful rooms and excellent service. The food at the restaurant never fails to impress and they have a fantastic fire show every evening. I will definitely be staying here every time I come to Bali.
