There for a friend's wedding and I hadn't seen how extensive the club's facilities were before

Lewis from the dinner dance was amazing. Made sure everything was perfect and all the dietary requirements were met! He deserves great praise from his management. He made our first dining and dancing experience perfect!

Veneto Club is an institution and well known in the local area. Lots of parking available and good for functions. The elevator to the function area could need a little tidy up and maintenance but not a deal breaker. Was there for BABBA an ABBA tribute band, so was not too fussed about the old style layout and catering.

Good food at good price with spacious seating and plenty of tables.

Was there for Mothers Day lunch. Great food some lovely music to eat by. A lovely afternoon.

Called in impromptu for lunch on a public holiday. Fast, friendly service and great food. Goodchoice of beer and drinks. Reasonably priced too. Cheers Veneto Club

I ve eaten a lot of Italian food in my time, the food here is excellent.
Great home made pasta is fantastic, nonnas meatballs are so so good, the polenta chips really moreish!
Generous servings too.
We had the ricotta gnocchi, bigoli pasta, prawn risotto, all excellent.

Good ...disppointed about running out of prawns not the first time .

The food was very disappointing for Italian restaurant . For the price of $29.00 to get 2 small pieces of meat in sauce and small bowl of salad ? We had to purchase chips separately to be able to eat the meal the way it's eaten in Italy .That also pushed the price to the level of very good restaurant in the city. Staff was friendly but not experienced .
Also very noisy....Wont be back in a hurry.

ANSWER TO OWNERS RESPONSE :
I understand all that but one or two spoons of mash potato or simular would make veal scallopini 4-5 star dish at the cost of less than 50 cents.
In Europe veal is served with choice of potatoes and salad, so I expect that in Italian restaurant. I have been getting that for many years in different restaurants as this is one of my favorite dishes . Instead we've been charged extra $ 8.00 for the chips. It may save you few cents but it has lost you a new customer that eats out regularly .

I attended a New Years Eve Event here and thought it was lovely. The staff were very helpful, the food was lovely and the venue was great

Not having been to the club for many years I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bistro had been moved to the ground floor in a very modern renovation. Friendly, attentive staff but menu is slightly over priced for the quality of well presented dishes. Atmosphere is good.

I only go for the football. Nice new playing surface

Every now and then I get to ref a game at the Veneto club as you can see by the photos the ground is in fantastic condition and so enjoyable to run out there on nice sunny day witch I had the other day. It's a beautiful venue and I love getting out there to ref every chance I get

It has gaming and function rooms and one can expect a reasonably good ecperience

Always a favorite of ours. Every dish every time comes out quality. I might be bias as our family is from veneto...but the food has also australian fusion characteristics which is good for some....and love your polenta chips, flounder, and radichio risotto.

It was one of the best Italians places to eat food made by Italians or chefs who followed Italians recipes. You can taste the change!

My parents and friends attended your function for new years eve for the first time and wanted to express their feedback to your venue which unfortunately was extremely disappointed. Firstly, the service was appalling, minimum service was offered, for example they had to continuously ask for the basic things that should've been supplied as a standard service, things like milk, sugar was not offered or given unless requested for a standard coffee. Food was very disappointing, minimal provided, not tasty, didn't enjoy it at all. Expectations for 50 years Italian venue which (Italian catering always highly regarded in general) for amount of money spent for seats on New years eve was extremely disappointing and wanted to share this with management who potentially will make changes for the best to improve their venue functions.

Great place to come and deliver money, if your going to play the pokies here you can save time and go and give it to the cashier instead, because you have no hope of winning, not a whinger but a realist. Good luck.

Nice, but small meals. No good for males if they eat a lot.

This venue is excellent in terms of space, parking is great, although very outdated needs a re vamp. Food is ok pretty average..

Was at a wine judging at this club that was excellent. Ample parking and well catered. Easy access to the various sections and polite staff.

Very popular venue in Bulleen, along Bulleen Rd just off the Eastern Freeway. It s the older of many many clubs all over Melbourne. The buffet meals are reasonably priced. Of course there are poker machines here too! This place can accomodate lots of people!

One of the best Mediterranean clubs you'll find in the Eastern suburbs. Go the for a casual dinner or book your next function.
