FYI, I NEVER leave bad reviews. This is a first for me. Terrible experience. Went for a 90 minute massage. The massage therapist was 30 minutes late arriving, the pressure was annoyingly soft and then randomly way too hard. No flow with the massage just very random placing, pressure, and repetitive strokes. I feel like there s no way she could have been certified. It just felt like she didn t know what she was doing, my back and neck have been bothering me since. It was also freezing cold, lights were too bright, and I was not kept covered up well. I felt exposed. $140. The staff was friendly, but not professional at all. The place was dirty, dust build up in the bathroom bad. I went with a friend, she said her massage was very similar to mine.. just felt like they didn t know what they were doing. I ve had a lot of massages and never had an experience like this.
