Horrible service, owner contracts out her employee...

Horrible service, owner contracts out her employees and pays them when she books an appointment for them. They messed up our appointment time and we could not make it to the time they tried to give us, refused to refund our money because she already paid her employee for the time slot we were not told about, had to call the bank to refute the charges. Customer service horrible would not recommend this place.
