U ou have everything here, on purpose. I don't gamble, but attend different conventions. This is my fifth stay. Many restaurants, movie theater, bowling, coffee house. Everything! Great place.

Let me start by saying my wife loves to come here, no pun intended, but the food is good. They have incredible deals for just under 5 bucks. The service could have been better, I was treated better by Antonio our wait staff but Wessen could be nicer and Briana, I think that was her name, needs to learn how to treat people if she wants to stay in this business. The food is good!

The property is great, we stay here a lot. We also have thanksgiving reservations. The coupon book is a big plus. We found out the bus stops out front, so for$5 you can get a 24 hour pass you can go to the strip for fireworks or anywhere you may want go. We always recommend this place to family in Omaha where the Gaughns came from.

Nice family friendly hotel, great pool. The buffet is good enough for the money. Pretty affordable for Vegas. 15 min drive to the strip. Parking at the strip is not too bad, shuttle is expensive.

As I came to visit friends from out of town I found this property to be very clean, organized, friendly and a larger crowd then I had expected. That is good. Now we just need to get rid of the ridiculous mask rule and people will be happier and better off.

Great casino for a night out. Huge game space, great poker room and sportsbook. Movie theaters, bowling and of course tons of restaurants and bars. I wouldn't call it high end but it's well kept and has generally friendly staff throughout. One of my favorite spots!

This was my first time at this hotel. I was impressed with the room as well as the overall service. Overall it was very nice, some of the people and or bad element was the only downside. They did hv plenty of onsite police and security to deal with issues and check id's before you can even get to the elevators. The onsite buffet was average for Vegas, some of the other places to eat were much better. Room service was very good! I would stay here again without question.

Best spot in the whole world! Love my bartenders and servers! Love my machine! Love my Valet guys! I spend 95% of my time here the rooms are awesome, there's food, bowling, Sportsbook everything you need in one spot it is at the far south end of the strip away from the rest of the hustle and bustle but I like that part!

We always enjoy our stay at this facility. Lots of amenities on site. The spa is exceptional, you can spend all day there if you want. Not on the strip, but they have shuttles and Lift is reasonable to use.

This is casino is far from the strip but lacks none of the bright lights and wow factor. It s very spacious inside with lots of machines and tables. Several restaurants and a comfortable bar area with table seating. This casino is also very clean.

We ate at the buffet and went to the arcade while we were staying next door. The location was great and had fun family things to do with a theater, a bowling alley, and an arcade. We had fun.

The prices were amazing for food and drinks. However some of the staff weren't that friendly. The Shake and Steak house was amazing both for price and the taste of their burgers. The staff were all very friendly.

We didn't get to try it but they have a $4 steak and eggs special after midnight at one of the restaurants inside the casino. We saw a movie one night in the casino but didn't get around to bowling. All of this inside one casino, pretty cool place. And it's right next to our condo across the street at the grandview.

South point is my new favourite place to stay in vegas. I have been lots of time for conventions and this time It was at south point. The hotel is nice and big with everything you need at any hour. The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a lot of great slot machines and lots of tables to play at so never waiting to play. The restaurants that are on the grounds are wonderful and well priced. The pool area is fantastic with lots of room and chairs. They have rodeo grounds right inside the hotel as well which makes for a very cool experience. They have local vendors inside selling awesome stuff that makes the atmosphere different from all the rest. I will for sure be staying here again when I head back down. Thanks team.

I was visiting to see the spazmatics, while I didnt stay there at the hotel they definitely know how to have a great show. 80s cover band and everyone was dressed up and having a great time.

Awesome deals on food and drinks, with multiple spots within the hotel to hang out and relax. I don t gamble however there s a lot of things to do in the bowling and theater complex. Not to mention the good rooms, awesome sweets on the 25th floor with gorgeous views, and the year round spa/gym. As a local, or any person coming in from out of town, this is the best location on the strip to stay away from the real bad tourist lockup crowds. While still having immediate access to the strip and stadiums. FYI if you re from out of town don t try to walk to the Luxor (south strip) from this location. An Uber/Lyft costs no more than $5.00, and will save you a two hour walk. Once you re at a casino on south Las Vegas boulevard (the strip), you can take a train that runs behind the length of each casino to reach every casino. No fees and very fast as most tourists don t know about the train system. I prefer the ones that start to run behind Mandalay Bay, and can be picked up again at the hotel (used to be Monte Carlo) right in T Mobile Arena party area, and run to the Bellagio (again for free and fast). Using this system you can then reach each casino by foot. They re big but all designed the same so if you re next to the pool, you re at the back of the casino. Thank me later if you re ever a little tipsy and lost.

From there, if you still have a week or so more time you can move up from Caesars thru the fashion show mall, however the train ends at the Bellagio.

I know this tip will definitely help a few people save a ton of money and time if you re ever in town!

Very large resort!!! Table games, slots, restaurants galore, drinks, bowling AND and equine center!!!! It's Gigantic, appeared to be very well kept. Didn't have a room there but went to watch the Arabian Horse World Cup.

It is a great resort, reasonably priced and lots to do. Fantastic Swimming Pool with Spa and Gym facilities. Plenty for the kids as well with Tenpin Bowling, movies and of course the pool. A bit far from the main strip but right next to highway which makes getting there easy...

Played a poker tournament there recently, the casino continues to attract a large local crowd. Everything is clean, service is good, so no complaints. Did take a star for the heavy smoke smell compared to other locations. Love the ice cream shop at the entrance too....

It was an awesome place to be. The customer service was almost excellent and all other staff was very helpful. The hotel was big, and accommodating. First hotel I have ever been too that has their own equestrian and other cowboy activities

This is my fourth stay at South pointe, I stay here for several reasons mainly due to bingo and being out of the craziness of the strip. Rooms have been recently refurbished and well appointed. Love the non smoking floors. Casino area is spacious and feels less smoky than many others that we have visited, which we really appreciate. Also Uber drivers are able to pick up and drop off under the canary at the main door instead of in parking garages like the strip hotels.

First time here and we really enjoyed ourselves! We first notice clean, odor/fabreeze-free hallways and room which is important for guest with sensitivities to strong odors. South Point is definitely a one-stop destination for anyone visiting Vegas, tasty buffet, pool, cinemas, gym and ice cream!

Always loved staying here, changed to hardwood floors which was nice. Miss the couch over the two chairs they put in. And felt the earthquake when in room. But over all will continue to stay here... Great stay every time

When going to Las Vegas, I love staying at the Southpoint hotel and casino. Very nice hotel, good places to eat, very nice casino and sportsbook, friendly staff, very nice rooms and just far enough away from the strip to stay away from the madness.

My stay at South Point was unfortunately caused by a diverted flight that forced an overnight stay in Vegas. Fortunately, when I arrived at South Point my room was exactly what I needed. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The staff was very efficient during the check in process as well. I had a great night of sleep and was happy with all aspects of my time at South Point.

If you are going to Vegas and want to avoid the main strip, I highly recommend you check out South Point. It is close enough that when you want the strip action you can get there easily. Also the best priced casino liquor store that I know off. Their one bedroom suites are huge and recommend.

This topic is about requesting for comps after playing (gambling) at this establishment. Today at around 7pm I spoke with Roxy about getting movie ticket comps since i played earlier this morning. She politely stated that i did not qualify but took the time out to explain how the system work and not like most of the slot host who quickly answer you with, "you dont have anything" with an attitude!! Kudos too Roxy and I think his name is Rick who works on the day shift who was also helpful in this matter!! Both of you should re-train your fellow slot host so that South Point can achieve 5 stars instead of anything less. Other than this Topic i recommended South Point too my clients and family for i have been in the customer service buisness for over 35 years for everything else at this casino is AWESOME!! I definitely would have rate SP a 5 star except for the minor set back with the slot host employees not named Roxy or Rick!!

Overall clean and good experience. This casino had more of a smoke smell compared to the other casinos. It's only a $13 Uber ride to the strip, very cheap compared to taxi.. They have every amenity including bowling alley, movie theatre pool and more. If you are looking for a good value this place is the place.

Big for nothing hotel. This hotel management doesn't care about their customers who lodged in the hotel. They're after customers who come to play casinos. Don't come here if you're looking for family vacation/relaxation. There's no customer service here!!
