Great place to hang solo or with family. They have bowling, movies, wonderful places to eat, and cool slot machines.

Everything you need in one place. I stay a couple times a year and always the best service!

The hotel rooms are really nice they do have smoke free rooms as well as entire floors. I would not recommend eating the the buffet. The cafe on the other had serves great meal any time of the day. The casino has an over over intoxicating smell of smoke all over the casino floor. I wish they would have a better ventilation system that would use an exhaust to remove some of the smoke.

An excellent overall experience. Provided all the accommodations I needed to have a wonderful time. Will be returning again.

The south point is near the airport. Everybody that works there are very friendly. Its right off the freeway. We go there for the bowling center and we like eating in the cafe they have great menu lots to choose from Plus easy parking.

It has a pretty gud variety of games that pay fair and lots of nice & respectful workers that are willing to help with whatever you need I'm there all the time

Great spot away from the strip. Large room, good sized bathroom and fantastic water pressure in the shower. Lots of fun!!! Bowling, arcade and movie theater!!

We went over to play bingo. Bingo room held approximately 600 spots. You could get regular bingo cards or use the electronic cards. This hotel is mostly frequented by locals, however we found it a very nice get away from the glitz and glamour of the strip. Plenty of tables and slots for your gambling pleasures!!

Staffs were disinfecting constantly. I felt safe.
I love the Graveyard Special of Coronado Cafe.

Service is excellent and its very clean. Good place to try your luck .

Very nice hotel. Good clean rooms and good customer service. However it's far from the main strip and a bit smokier than the higher end casino resorts in Vegas.

Came in made some bets at sports book asked just for water was looked at like im crazy then it took 30 minutes not a place for good service.

Decent casino. Small compared to most. The buffet is outdated and lacks imagination. Oyster bar is pretty good very limited menu. On this visit they had an equestrian event going on ( cutting) and a pageant going on.( pageant of america or something) I didnt gamble as the casino was crowded. A lot more kids at this casino than at other casinos in town

Been here many times. Went for the movie theaters today. Very expensive food in the theater, and other restaurants. For a Senior, going on certain days is advantageous and cheaper.

We ate at the Steakhouse at this Casino. It was delicious and the staff was extremely pleasant!

A little far from everything else but nice place. Pricey rooms for the location.

Convenient, easy on off the 15 freeway..good selection of restaurants..nice movie theater and bowling alley...always something going on..$1 Mamosas and Bloody Mary drinks before noon on weekdays...and free parking!

The Garden Buffet is great, a lot of delicious choices

I gave a 1 star for not keeping up with the mask rule inside casino. Not keeping 5 ft distance in the lines to the restaurants. I know we are all tired of wearing mask. I know to get get rid of this virus we all have to work together. I'm an owner at Grandview. I haven't been out of my home town in a year. I thought south point would enforce their governor orders to wear mask. Guess I thought wrong.

Drab atmosphere. No one winning. Slots as tight as if you were at a nicer place on the Strip

South point is an amazing hotel and casino for those people that like to be where the fun is but also like a little distance from the craze of downtown Las Vegas. They really do care about the people they serve day in and day out. Amazing rooms and suites with wonderful views of Las Vegas.

Clean and they have everything you need.. best of all at least the room we got, it had tile floor instead of a nasty carpet

We went and saw the gala of royal horses. Event was good. Employees were friendly. One had no clue what he was doing when seating guests, but overall very pleasant.

This is our favorite place to stay in vegas. The staff is friendly. the prices aren't quite as high as the strip and some other establishments. The pool is well thought out and gets plenty of sun, an issue with other places we have stayed is that the sun is never on the pool due to high buildings or the direction the pool is facing. There are several restaurant choices. Even the gift shop liquor and drink prices are halfway reasonable. The rooms are well apportioned and clean. Plenty of parking.

We stopped for the steak n' shake in the hotel, good food, and a regular casino atmosphere.

I stay at the grandview next door so it's nice to have this casino close by. Lots of options of things to do!

Discrimanatory staff, had my dad call me at 8am because they didnt have anyone that spoke spanish. The issue was about him having a bathtub clogged and no hot water. I understand my father got riled up because of this very dumb issue but the staff didnt acknowledge him and made him feel unwelcomed. The manager Desiree Long didnt want to give us any documentation of this issue and she didnt even want to speak to me to translate. I can say that no one in my family will ever stay here again. Ridiculous, worst hotel experience ever

Not bad the only thing it was there was alot people smoking weed u dont your kids around that

This hotel is the best one I have ever stayed at. We went for a bowling tournament and bold in the arena. They have to bowling centers in the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the pool was fantastic. There's also several restaurants inside the hotel. The Oyster Bar has great food. I had a lobster grilled cheese sandwich and it was awesome!

Was very happy staying here, will stay here again but this time we will ask for a higher floor and also not a view of a wall. That Was my only complaint. Otherwise great hotel and great friendly service. Valet parking was great and quick.

Oh my God my girlfriend and I were about to leave Vegas I got this wild hair that we needed to gamble some before we did so I arrived here ended up spending over 3 hours of pure fun very nice place to go and Gamble other machines are loose and there's lots of them not to mention if you're there till we use ours in the morning while I was the coffee is fantastic you must go and see for yourself you won't regret it I promise

Resort fees? No housekeeping service, but, still charging resort fees..... wow, that is worse than the strip for arrogance. This "pandemic" has ruined customer service, for ever....

Tight machines, smoky, never in almost 4 year's have I hit A hand pay but at dottys in 1 year, I have 7 hand pays. Hmmm

For being way off the strip, it's quite a pleasant casino. Clean rooms. Very friendly employees.

Love South point for their awesome bowling alley. The fact that it is non smoking is a huge plus. Also couldn't beat the $4 drinks which included spiked long islands, which is what we got. Date night would have been a whole lot better if there was some place to get a longer like atmosphere with music. We walked the whole place and the only options were a loud 80s bands or this big dirty showroom behind a bar which had a stage with a television that played some blues music with bad audio visual quality. Had to go elsewhere. With many of the other strip options charging for parking, this could be an opportunity to attract more locals.

Absolutely love it!!!! Room is great. So much to do on site. Like 9 restaurants food is amazing. Bowling alley and new release movie theatre ON SITE. Free shuttle to and from airport and only 8.50 to strip. Extra legit. Will stay here from now on...

We found an open buffet in Vegas! Well Covid managed, food was great, the omlet maker dude was fantastic. Kudos!

Stayed at South Point for a few nights and had a great time. I loved the restaurant options and the theater. Not too far from the strip. The rooms felt modern and clean. My only complaint was the bed was too firm for my tastes. That said, would stay again.

It's a very good 0place because there is a lot of restaurants in the casino.

Although not on the Vegas strip, it has 11 restaurants and things to do besides gambling. Pool area is very nice too.

First of all it started off getting into my room the drinking glasses were dirty and our sink in our bathroom still had ashes in it. Next our room smelled like pot. On top of that I get quoted one rate then we get there and get quoted a different price . Then we went to check out and they charged us a different rate. I went to the front desk and they basically said I was lying. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone they cheat you out of money.i was not the only one who had extra charges added to my card another person in our bowling group had extra charges to their card.

I love that the rooms have no carpeting. Housekeeping is really friendly. Casino's air quality could be pumped with a scent to hide the smoke smell.

The bowling is cheap and the movies are never crowded! Just prepare for the smoking when you walk in the casino . They have an all you can eat seafood buffet on the weekends, it's so worth the 40 bucks !

We were staying at the Grandview for NASCAR weekend and so hit SOUTHPOINT for breakfast. The Coronado Cafe runs quite efficiently. We were seated, had a beverage in front of us and order taken within 10 minutes. The servers, hostesses and bussers all appeared to work together as a team making our dining experience quite enjoyable. The cafe was busy with rodeo folk, NASCAR fans and casino/hotel guests. Our breakfast was hot and delicious. After our meal we spent a couple hours wandering around and gambling...working off our hearty meal. No big jackpot wins today, but we enjoy this casino. The atmosphere is relaxing, the gaming floor quite sizeable and there are plenty of table games. Food venues surround the gaming floor as well as a hit dog cart near the sports book. Public areas are very clean and welcoming. On a previous visit I did stay in one of the rooms and it was large and comfortable. We have also enjoyed bowling. at the upstairs alley. That was really fun, and there are slot machines to play while waiting for your lane. This is really a great casino with all the bells and whistles.

Very nice spacious rooms for a good price! The resort fees were lower then most I looked at. It would have been nice to have had an in room refrigerator, but the room we got did not have one. Would definitely stay again!

Used to go here a lot and actually like this place but I usually end up even or a little under when gambling here. But at least they let u play for awhile. Plus steak and shake is bomb.

A decent hotel with many amenities. We enjoy going to Steak N Shake, Coronado Cafe, the movie theater and the occasional stay-cation. Location is nice. South of the Strip about 10 mins.

Terrible slot machines. I like the old machine but they don't pay. Not even to play back winning. I played so much money that I was comp the 4 nights I stayed. Actually comp? the money I gambled is what paid for the hotel rooms. Rooms are nice.

We Own It the Grandview next door so convenient to go over South Point has everything we saw Ron Snyder when we were there great comedy Act great restaurants gambling and Bowling not to mention and movie theater

Great food and meal prices. There is a wealth of amenities available at the casino, including a movie theater and a bowling alley. Most of the food staff are friendly.

My boyfriend and I was in Vegas celebrating my birthday. We went to the movie theater and gambled a little. We also ate at some of the restaurants and it was good. I love the bright lights and not a lot of smoke.
