Great bingo, great progressive on pai gow, good comps. As a local this is hands down my fave place to gamble. Slots cards and bingo all great. Movie theater is a great deal too.

It is located at the entrance of Las Vegas, casino and hotel, it is very clean and it is a very pleasant environment for the whole family, and its prices are very reasonable, I recommend it

Great atmosphere. Helpful staff members. Although it does seem a bit old, like it could use some remodeling. That's just my opinion though.

Variety of things to do. There is a movie theater, bowling alley, beautiful outdoor pool area as well as good restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and comfy. The card games and slots are varied and fun.

I was here for the convention. The lunches were great. Each room had free wifi, which made conducting business easy and accessible. Friendly staff.

As a Las Vegas local, I am a big fan of the South Point because of all the events the casino hosts. Most recently, I attended the Rocky Mountain Gun Show there and enjoyed my time there. The Sunday brunch buffet at South Point is also one of my favorites.

Very nice hotel. Spacious and comfortable. Rooms are nice size and inviting. The casino is not crowded and there are plenty of games to participate in.

This was my first visit. The show (Kingston Trio) was great. Nice place.

The casino was fairly large, which you would expect after seeing the place from outside. They also have a theater and bowling alley inside, along with a few places to eat. Steak n shake, a buffet, and an Asian resteraunt

Where else in the world can you show your horse, spend the night and gamble all in one place? Southpoint is awesome!

Im not the one to rate anything, but I've been staying here for eight plus years. Tonight has been the worst experience I've every had. I personally paid for three customers I never met and a buddies drink. i understand it was 2:30 A.M. But the whole time that we where playing it was a complete joke to get something to drink. i Find it completely weird that that the manager laughed at me when i showed up with the drinks, that I personal paid for while we where gambling. Used to be the most amazing place to stay, but I guess there better than now,amd don't need to impress anyone know.

Fun place to play bingo. There is a lot of smoking at the casino which makes it difficult and gross to breathe with a mask on

This casino is really clean and they have good options for bets. The people honestly want you to win (even though you will end up losing most of the time). Good times!

Has great selections on places to eat.Rooms are very nice especially the deluxe suite and tbe view is fantastic.just don't go here to gamble tightest machines ive ever experienced and im a local. They do have great promotions if you could ever win there but don't count on it . I swear they shut down players cards on certain people. If your going for a night out bowling movies and to eat great place but gambling dont do it you will not win!

South Point is a beauty of a casino. They have great management which trickles down to nice perks for players and looser slots. The building is huge for being off the Strip. It is flawless in its maintenance and design. Staff are very good and are there for guests. There are many restaurants and facilities, like off track betting and an equestrian center.
I've never been in the resort rooms.

Great place to stay. And they have a Steak & Shake. Also a great buffet, especially on Fridays & Saturdays. I loved the jacuzzi.

Nice building, friendly, helpful staff. No refills on soda which comes in a small glass, not great for people who don't drink and want to gamble but all in all a great experience. Had a lobster grilled cheese at one of the restaurants that was absolutely delicious and loaded with real lobster. Bathrooms clean and everything was easy to find.

This place has it all. We enjoyed our 4 day stay greatly. Good food choices on site. Has an arena with events perodically. Nice pool area. We also tried spa which was a first for us as these tend to be $$ but had a nice experience. Casino has good options for gaming. Overall nice place. We have stayed at many resorts on the strip including mgm, treasure island and Venetian and will be going back to Southpoint for overall value.

Great hotel to stay at. Rooms are nice and the many restaurants they have are top quality. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Hotel has a lot of great features but needs to do more about the old smoke smell.

This place is awesome and the staff is always on point and the cleaning lives of the bathrooms and also the community property in the surrounding areas of the gas station also in really really fine condition

Nice hotel. Good food prices. Friendly staff. I was on an airline voucher, and the Front desk was very helpful tracking the cab that took the hotel voucher instead of the cab voucher.

I only visited for a convention and did t stay in the hotel but it was definitely dated in comparison to the hotels on the strip. It was still a nice hotel and plenty of affordable dining options. The casino was ok and conference facilities are nice but horrible wifi and cell connection.

Fun place. My friend who has since passed away liked going there because he thought they had the cutest cocktail waitresses. LOL

Nice hotel/casino. Plenty of restaurants. There is bowling. Movie theater. Events arena and nightlife. Rooms are nice and clean. Only problem I have is that it's 15 min. Drive from the main strip.

Rude casino staff.... left me with bad taste in my mouth. I stay at this casino hotel every year to attend a trade show, on my most recent trip I decided to play craps and the Pitt boss did not like the way I was shooting and told me I could not play anymore even though I had just lost some money and tipping the staff.

So I complained to the floor manager and told them the story and I don t feel welcome here anymore, so I have decided to not stay here in the future and stay st the Silverton on the next trip. South point has credited me two nights stay, but this should not happen in the first place .

I m still not happy. The casino has shown their eeakness as they are so afraid that I. Would clean them out. Yaaaa. Right... they are so weak and scared.

No fridge or. microwave in the rooms, not even a coffee maker.

Not coming back!

Reasonable prices, friendly employees - if you need to stay at a resort in Las Vegas, stay here.

Loved it great pricing plenty of stuff to do for everyone. Also right where I was bowling the whole time.

Amazing breakfast deal, 5$ for steak and eggs. Not amazing quality but for 5$ it is incredible value. Gambling is also great but doesn't have all the newest machines.

Southpoint security came by when we were shooting photos at night! Great bunch of hard working dudes. Checked on us multiple times and didn t rush is away! Went in for a quick bite to eat after because they were so nice!

Always a quick in and out on my way thru Las Vegas!! Choice of Locals and people like me disinterested in the crammed confines of The Strip! Dealers etc. Are ALWAYS Polite and Friendly!

Good priced rooms south of the strip, quiet and easy to navigate through casino. One of our favorites in Las Vegas for value, free parking and reasonably priced dining options.

Hotel is good, lots going on, bed was not comfortable at all. Not much of a view, no microwave or fridge. Room service was good.

Love staying at South Point! Less traffic than staying on the strip and the rooms are clean! House keeping is amazing! They come twice a day to check to make sure guests have what they need!

If you're going into Vegas you need to book at South Point...yes it's away from downtown Vegas but it's worth it

Every time we head to Vegas we stay at South Point. It's away from the strip which is nice and they have so many things to do inside this hotel. The bull riding arena is pretty awesome along with their big selection of restaurants.

Loved it! Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and close enough to the strip. The on-site diner was exceptional.

Still the best night owl's eating spot with 1/2 pound burger & fries at $3.99, and steak & eggs at $4.95! The casino also has all of the old games that I enjoy playing.

I only spent a few nights at South Point but the casino is very clean and staff friendly. We were here for Nationals Bowling and enjoyed the atmosphere. Lots of food choices due to many restaurant options.

Big Sur Oyster Bar Awesome NE Clam Chowder, we are locals so when we have the taste for clam chowder and my Oysters Rockefeller this is the only place we go. Always friendly service at the counter. Fresh no dirt in the oysters always cooked to perfection and flavorful.

Love the spa here! They give local discounts and access to the steam room, sauna and pool all day when you book a massage. Went to the Oyster Bar after and it was pricey but delicious.

Great place to hold a conference! My only wish is that the expo rooms and conference rooms were closer together but otherwise it all is great! Lots of parking as well :)

Room is nice. They have down blankets and I am allergic to down. Housekeeping said they have no substitutes. Many people are allergic to down not good. Think price is a bit too high as well.

Not to much smoking at this hotel, had a bowling alley and a theater.

You can't go wrong at this South end of the strip casino. Plenty to do here for the whole family.

Had breakfast at the Coronado Cafe, reasonably priced and the food and service were excellent.

I love South Pointe, I stay here almost everytime I am in town. The rooms are clean, it's pretty inexpensive the majority of the time, the staff is awesome. It's also far enough from the strip that it isn't crazy even during an event like CES, but close enough for a quick Uber ride.

Good as the rest of the Casinos on the strip but has very slow cocktail service. Waited over 1 hour for waitress!

I am not sure they fully follow the covid cleaning requirements. The staff are seen carrying and distributing masks but the cleaning of machines and seats is less visible.

I came here for the USBC Championship and came away with some good lessons and a nice little prize as well.
