Really happy here. The view is really cool, the facilities are also really good. Friendly all the staff. The food is also okay, maybe the fried rice I'm not suitable because it's a bit hard. But overall very cozy. The rooms are also okay, the beds are really comfortable. The fridge didn't change cold and the staff changed it. Many facilities that really make me bored. Field, pool, playground, flying fox, billiards, kids space, table tennis, and every corner is good for photos. Anyway, it's really best for this place! Love it so much

Its a good place...the staff are very friendly start from concierge (mr aat , mr deny),staff at the front desk (ms fia), mr dudi as the night manager... . When my son had fever.. and has to cancel trip to bromo, they were very helpful and offer some hot food for my son 00.00 am. Even the staff who was deliver the food ask whether my son need to have ice pack for the fever.
The shuttle bus also very flexible..

I last stayed here on June 9, 2020 to June 14, 2020 for a staycation. Incidentally, when I go to Batu, I always stay at The Singhasari Resort, because I think this resort is the most authentic.

If I want a staycation, I definitely choose a resort with a calm, relaxed, private, luxury, fresh aura, and all of that is in this resort. Even though the resort is super crowded, but I don't feel cramped and not short of breath ...

At first I was irritated too because it was difficult to order gofood at this resort because gofood could not enter the lobby, but it turned out that I was embarrassed, because all of the 4 to 5 star hotels I have stayed in from all cities in Indonesia are all too do the same thing (maybe it's the policy, yes), but actually it doesn't matter because the room service is open 24 hours with food that tastes really good and the price is affordable, still friendly in the pocket hehehehehe ...

The view is really nice, the lobby is spacious & comfortable, the pool is spacious, there are 3 jacuzzi pools ... for the exterior it is suitable, * 5. Unfortunately the equipment in the room isn't really good. The pillow is only 2, said housekeeping, the standard is 2 but if I ask for a new update ... everywhere I want to have 4 fixed pillows * 4, sometimes there is someone who prepares 2 in the closet. The pillow also has runny, it's not soft blass, it's not really 5. Dirty floors especially the balcony area. Tea, sugar, ordinary quality creams ... what brand is not clear, the tea is t ** g ji but it's really ordinary ... far from the impression * 5. Room 3101 bathroom floor rather collapsed behind the door so that if you wash your feet or clean the water closet instead of flowing to the avur (corner) instead flow to the part that should be the higher part of the avur position.
