For the second time dropping the choice of staying at this hotel, the service is super, if you only want to take a vacation to enjoy the atmosphere and don't want to go to other objects, it's perfectly fitting to choose this hotel

Built in the great work of architecture, love their cultural style so much. Good service. Minus, maybe, the bathroom design are too simple for 5 star hotel like this, compared with their ambience in another room design (bedroom, lobby, cafe, rooftop lounge). But still can be compromised. Still the best hotel in Batu.

The service is good, friendly and solution. The rate is astounding for the size of the facility which is completely ordinary and has nothing special. Room quality isn't even as good as some 3 or 4 star hotels with prices that are many times cheaper in other cities.

A five star hotel that is perfect for those who travel in the city of Batu. The view is very good. There is a chapel with a good view

Great choice to spend the weekend with family. This resort have complete facilities i.e. wide swimming pool, jogging track, kid outdoor playground, flying fox and best spot for social media photo enthusiasm. The restaurant also offer complete choice for breakfast, however the beef meat not yet available on the Sunday morning when I stayed.

Very nice place for family trip. Breakfast is varied and tastes ok. But some of the local dessert menus are not good ... the pool is bgs. Staff are friendly.

Sorry ... the renovation floor of the bathroom needs to be spy, it can be leveled so that the water does not pool

Friendly service, clean place, good food, complete facilities (swimming pool, gym, aerobics). You can jog because the garden area is large, cool, just ready to go .. Happy to have stopped at Singhasari Resort. Thank you for the friendly service.

Overall good, complete facilities, friendly staff, varied breakfast ... Just the quality of the building is not equivalent to the 5-star hotel that we used to meet, such as furniture, apparel, amenities, as usual, even in our city there was a leak on the dividing wall bathroom and some of the most functional devices that should not be available in hotels * 5. It is easy for TSR management to pay attention to things like this. Thanks TSR for ur hospitality

the toilets are not smooth ... so the mando water overflowed out of the toilet of all the floods

For good service staff, only king size bed for uk. 5 star hotels are lacking, usually in other hotels are loose & have toddlers ... for bfast is lacking in variants, no yoghurt / bakery is limited .. Noisy air conditioner .. so far good ..

Mantab hotel, Mantab service, swimming pool is also a national standae, if you go to Batu, it is not complete if you don't stay at Singhasari Resort. Are you sure you won't be disappointed, because this is a 5 star hotel, and can be booked through its website, the hotel price rate is not quite clear, because I have never stayed, because my house is also in Batu

Hotelnya keren...fasilitasnya banyak ada kolam renang, jacuzzi, sauna, playground, billyard, mini golf, sepeda, dan naik kuda...semuanya gratis yg berbayar hanau naik kuda, dan naik sepeda listrik...menu breakfastnya juga bervariasi...aneka sereal, aneka telur, waffle/pancake, croisant/danish/bread pudding, bubur ayam, soto ayam, mie kuah, miso soup, potato wedges, sausage, ayam bbq, sayur, salad buah/sayur, aneka jus buah, jamu, teh/kopi juga ada...tempat makan nyaman, luas...staff nya ramah2, pelayanannya bagus

Best resort in Batu. Super complete facilities: swimming pool, play ground, gym, ping pong, xbox room, golf. All facilities are free. At this resort there are rules that cannot be ordered to grab food at the resort. The rooms are spacious, there are rooms that can be directly into the pool.
